The Opportunity
We are looking for a pragmatic IT Service Operations Coordinator and Incident Manager, for our Commercial Acquiring Technology team in Stockholm, Sweden. The business-critical AWS microservice-based card-acquiring banking platform is developed and operated by four skilled autonomous DevOps teams with a strong agile mindset and lean culture using open-source technologies and serverless architecture.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities?
In this role you will be part of a Lean Agile Centre of Excellence team dedicated to support the DevOps teams in lean-agile ways of working while being compliant to regulations, guidelines and corporate policies and directives. In the role, you will have special focus on:
Our IT Service Operations Community of Practice and process coordinator towards Worldline where you will continuously
Maintain and develop the processes to be fit for purpose
Exchange experiences and practices on our ways of working
Continuous measure and grow reporting including collecting KPIs
Monitoring of third-party IT service providers
Supporting the DevOps teams on how to be compliant to policies, standards/guidelines and processes
Acting as Incident & Problem manager throughout the entire life cycle including stakeholder communication
Internal and External Audits
Close collaboration with Risk and Compliance teams
When needed participate in various projects


Who Are We Looking For
You have a 5+ years of experience from working with IT Service Operations (ITIL) processes and/or as Incident/Problem manager with a sincere interest in IT Service Operations within the regulated PayTech/FinTech industry.
You are passionate about lean-agile ways of working and cultures and how to make them work in a regulated environment (we are a payment institute with a license under the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen).
You are a role model for your team and others by paying attention to commitment, accountability, and result for yourself and for your team - you set your team first!
You are comfortable in an international environment and by handling many stakeholders and prioritizations in a high-performance culture.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Compliance Officer with experience of working in the payment industry.
As a part of the Nordic Compliance team, you will work with the Nordic Worldline entities, and be based in Stockholm. As a part of the Worldline Group you will also be contributing to business area- and group wide initiatives on a European- and Global level.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with compliance in an international environment, while maintaining a local core and work closely with various teams in the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide advice and support on compliance topics
Carry out compliance monitoring activities
Monitor, and advice on implementation of, changes in regulatory requirements
Carry out ongoing improvements of the compliance program and methodology
Contribute to reports to senior management and the Board of Directors
Contribute to local-, business area- and group wide Compliance projects
Foster a strong compliance culture within the company and part take in developing/maintaining the Compliance trainings and awareness program.


Who Are We Looking For
As a successful hire, you have extensive knowledge and experience working with matters on the Swedish Payment Services Act, PSD2 and the related regulatory framework. Experience working with other Nordic payment regulations, coming payment regulations, data privacy, DORA, AML/CFT and/or financial sanctions is beneficial. You perform your compliance duties with integrity, and you are making yourself familiar with the organization and the business, keeping “a finger on the pulse” without compromising the independence required of an internal control function. You work proactively and independently but are not afraid to consult your colleagues, raise concerns or ask for help. You have:
A master’s degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in compliance roles
Experience in working with a payment service provider in a compliance role
Strong communication, presentation and intercultural skills
Oral and written English and Swedish skills are on a professional level

Active participation and contribution in all phases of the product lifecycle including discovery, delivery and operations.

3+ years confirmed experience in software development. You know Python well enough to write applications for production use. You are comfortable working with relational databases (). You are also comfortable working with version control (using Git, for example)
A deep understanding of software quality assurance principles (and preferably experience in test automation)
Deep knowledge of software architecture and design including information security and experience from high-availability API platforms
Experience of developing and maintaining microservices (preferably both server-based and serverless) that are used in production
Practical experience from working with Amazon Web Services, preferably with infrastructure-as-code via tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. You are familiar with services such as S3, SQS, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS and ECS
Experience of working with Docker, preferably in Amazon ECS
Experience from CI/CD production deployment using Jenkins pipelines (or similar)

Full working proficiency in Swedish and/or English
Valid working permit for Sweden (office location is Stockholm with hybrid work model)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Credit Risk Expert to be part of the Credit Risk Centre of Excellence within our global Credit Risk department consisting of several globally dispersed teams which have the end-to-end credit risk management responsibility at merchant and portfolio level.


In this challenging role you will be at the core of our organization with a high level of exposure, contributing to the quality and high standards within Credit Risk and supporting Worldline's growth and profitability by ensuring sustainable new and existing credit exposures and minimalization of credit losses. Besides your direct colleagues within Credit Risk you will work closely with various stakeholders such as Sales, Account Management, Legal and other Risk departments. This position is based in Sweden and we offer a hybrid way of working from home and at our Stockholm office.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Continuous contribution to further professionalization of the Credit Risk Center of Excellence (CoE)
Provide guidance and recommendations, on request and pro-actively, to the operational risk teams (e.g. Credit Risk, Onboarding, Monitoring) ensuring them to optimize their standard operating procedures (SOP)
Portfolio monitoring and KPI management
Assess working processes and procedures, identify shortcomings, perform gap analyses and provide recommendations or take ownership on improvements
Develop and maintain up-to-date merchant and credit risk working instructions, framework and procedures and contribute to policies
Escalation management and decisioning where needed
Tooling ownership and requirement identification



Who Are We Looking For
Previous experience with credit risk assessment, including assessing financial statements and business risk profiles.
Enhanced knowledge and a deep understanding of the broad spectrum of credit risk management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Full working proficiency in English (Swedish language is a plus, but not a must)
You are result-oriented and diligent with a strong ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
You have a good sense of responsibility and always strive for precision and deliver simplicity.
Experience with Data analyses
Master's degree in finance, accounting, business economics, or related field
Payment or FinTech industry experience would be a plus

The Opportunity
We’re looking to hire a 2nd Line Security Officer who will be driving security governance in the Nordics. As one of Worldline’s global business lines, Merchant Services is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions.
This is a critical role for our business, we cover the full retail value chain, online and in-store, delivering a real digital journey for retailers and their customers and facilitating consumers’ engagement via seamless services, on any device – with payment at the heart of the shopping experience.
You are our ideal candidate if you have a solid understanding of information security, security risk management and security governance. In this role, you will report to the regional 2nd line security officer and be located in Stockholm, Sweden.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will be working in a highly international team of Information Security officers, all with responsibility for different regions or countries. The team consists of 5 people currently. In Merchant Services, we are globally minded with a FinTech atmosphere. You will experience this in your everyday life as a Worldliner.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Monitor, advise and support first line security services (access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring & logging, penetration testing, patch management, anti-virus management, security hardening, key & certificate management)
Perform security risk assessments in assigned business projects and monitor implementation of security recommendations to assure security operational readiness.
Lead external and internal audits and certifications
Provide input for security reporting
Promote Security awareness and training
Assist in security Incidents & Problems
Support crisis management in case of major security incidents and threats
Assure Security Risk Management on a continuous basis



Who Are We Looking For
As a successful hire, you combine a genuine interest, experience, validated skills and personal attributes in the Security domain. You possess an interest in new technologies as well as in information security and enjoy helping others.
Through collaboration with other departments in the business, you will build our reputation as a trusted partner and thought leader in the online payment space.
As our new 2nd Line Security Office these are the skills we cannot do without:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, IT Security, engineering, or other related fields
Knowledge of relevant security frameworks (ISO27001, PCI)
Thorough understanding of the processing operations as well as the information systems and data security needs
Master security risk management and/or cyber security
5+ years of information security experience



It would be great if you have the following as well:
Experience/certification from cloud environments
Certificate in security (e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP)
Experience of PCI DSS, PCI PIN, and card payments.
