The Opportunity
We are looking for a pragmatic IT Service Operations Coordinator and Incident Manager, for our Commercial Acquiring Technology team in Stockholm, Sweden. The business-critical AWS microservice-based card-acquiring banking platform is developed and operated by four skilled autonomous DevOps teams with a strong agile mindset and lean culture using open-source technologies and serverless architecture.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities?
In this role you will be part of a Lean Agile Centre of Excellence team dedicated to support the DevOps teams in lean-agile ways of working while being compliant to regulations, guidelines and corporate policies and directives. In the role, you will have special focus on:
Our IT Service Operations Community of Practice and process coordinator towards Worldline where you will continuously
Maintain and develop the processes to be fit for purpose
Exchange experiences and practices on our ways of working
Continuous measure and grow reporting including collecting KPIs
Monitoring of third-party IT service providers
Supporting the DevOps teams on how to be compliant to policies, standards/guidelines and processes
Acting as Incident & Problem manager throughout the entire life cycle including stakeholder communication
Internal and External Audits
Close collaboration with Risk and Compliance teams
When needed participate in various projects


Who Are We Looking For
You have a 5+ years of experience from working with IT Service Operations (ITIL) processes and/or as Incident/Problem manager with a sincere interest in IT Service Operations within the regulated PayTech/FinTech industry.
You are passionate about lean-agile ways of working and cultures and how to make them work in a regulated environment (we are a payment institute with a license under the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen).
You are a role model for your team and others by paying attention to commitment, accountability, and result for yourself and for your team - you set your team first!
You are comfortable in an international environment and by handling many stakeholders and prioritizations in a high-performance culture.
On top of this we also need you to have:
Experience from acting in the role as Incident and Problem manager

Securing an outstanding qualitative service availability 24/7/365 and on-call duty is expected according to a rotating schedule

What makes you stand out
You are a junior to mid-experienced Software Engineer used to full-cycle DevOps mode
You have been developing in Java/AWS for some time exposed to micro-services and serverless technologies
Have highly collaborative attitude, setting your team first while also successfully collaborating with others
You are comfortable in a fast-moving and agile culture - handling many different stakeholders, prioritizations and fast decisions is not an issue for you
If you have previous experience from the card-payment industry, preferably acquiring processing or other transaction intense industry where scale is important that’s a big advantage
Being passionate about delivering a payment acquiring experience that brings value for our customers and our business

Who Are We Looking For

Day-to-Day Responsibilities?

You will help build the Engineering Platform, enabling developers to independently create, test, launch, manage, and monitor real-time authorization platform through self-service and continuous improvement. As part of a dedicated, domain-focused team, you will help design and deliver an internal platform that:
Empowers development teams with seamless, self-service access to tools and technologies
Minimizes non-development overhead and cross-team delays
Reduces cognitive load around security, governance, and compliance
Enables fast, independent software delivery
Measures success through clear, observable business outcomes



Your work will directly support internal teams in innovating, building, and operating at scale, and will include participating in an on-call rotation schedule.

What can't we do without:

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced software developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, especially with Python in production environments. You know your way around version control (like Git).
You understand the fundamentals of SSO, user authentication and access control, and have exposure to tools like AWS Cognito, Flask, and key protocols like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
You're skilled in Python and Go, and you have a strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP(s), especially when using NGINX to manage proxies and handle requests.
Cloud tech is second nature to you. You’ve worked extensively with AWS — think ELB, Route53, Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, RDS — and you understand cloud-native networking concepts like VPCs, subnets, peering, transit gateways, service meshes, NATs, and firewalls.
You understand the complexities of AWS multi-account strategies and have used Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) to automate the lifecycle of account provisioning.
You have practical experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Docker for containerization, ideally within AWS ECS.
Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or similar. Fluent in English and/or Swedish with a valid Swedish work permit.
Bonus points if you’ve got some experience with React too.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Compliance Officer with experience of working in the payment industry.
As a part of the Nordic Compliance team, you will work with the Nordic Worldline entities, and be based in Stockholm. As a part of the Worldline Group you will also be contributing to business area- and group wide initiatives on a European- and Global level.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide advice and support on compliance topics

Who Are We Looking For
As a successful hire, you have extensive knowledge and experience working with matters on the Swedish Payment Services Act, PSD2 and the related regulatory framework. Experience working with other Nordic payment regulations, coming payment regulations, data privacy, DORA, AML/CFT and/or financial sanctions is beneficial. You perform your compliance duties with integrity, and you are making yourself familiar with the organization and the business, keeping “a finger on the pulse” without compromising the independence required of an internal control function. You work proactively and independently but are not afraid to consult your colleagues, raise concerns or ask for help. You have:
A master’s degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in compliance roles
Experience in working with a payment service provider in a compliance role
Strong communication, presentation and intercultural skills
Oral and written English and Swedish skills are on a professional level

The Opportunity
The Risk Officer is a critical role within the second line of defense for the Merchant Services (MS) Division within Worldline. In this role you will be a part of the team leading the charge in strengthening our company's internal controls and risk management processes. If you're someone with an eye for details, a liking for risk management, and a keen interest in ICT and operational risks and controls, we'd love to hear from you.
Reporting directly to the business line’s Head of Internal Control, and also supporting your local entity’s management team and senior specialists, you'll play an integral role in driving the effective operation of our operating environment. You will be supported by the global entity risk officer network and will also participate in global risk initiatives to ensure that risk management industry best practices are rolled-out across the Merchant Services Division.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to become part of our global credit risk department with our international based teams who have the end-to-end credit risk management responsibility for our merchant verticals.
In this challenging role you will be at the core of our organisation with a high level of exposure and be able to communicate with large (sometimes listed) merchants at CFO or Treasurer level. You will work closely with sales supporting Worldline’s growth and value creation ambitions and have the responsibility for managing the associated credit risks in an assigned portfolio of merchants.
As our new colleague you will perform in-depth credit analysis, conduct credit memos and perform annual reviews of merchants to assess their creditworthiness. You recommend appropriate credit limits, terms and conditions and present your proposal to the relevant Credit Risk Committees for decisioning.
You will work closely with various stakeholders such as sales, account management, legal and other risk departments and also attend meetings with merchants.
You will be based in Sweden and work hybrid from home and at our office in Stockholm.

About the team
Our global credit risk team is part of 1st line risk & compliance and has an end-to-end credit management responsibility for the verticals Key Accounts (e-retail, wholesale, entertainment, event ticketing, gaming, payment facilitators etc) and Travel & Hospitality (airlines, cruise lines, hotels chains, online travel agencies). We are tasked with underwriting and reviewing new and existing merchants, monitoring non-delivery exposure and credit quality.
The credit risk department is growing and currently consists of 18 colleagues spread across different offices at international locations. The regular exchange with experts from different countries ensures exciting daily work and challenges at the same time. In Credit Risk we are globally minded with a FinTech atmosphere. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In-depth financial analyses (P&L, BS and CF) and conduct detailed underwriting / credit assessments documenting the merchant business model and sector dynamics, financial performance with the key indicators, credit risks and mitigants.

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to become part of our global credit risk department with our international based teams who have the end-to-end credit risk management responsibility for our merchant verticals.
In this challenging role you will be at the core of our organisation with a high level of exposure and be able to communicate with large (sometimes listed) merchants at CFO or Treasurer level. You will work closely with sales supporting Worldline’s growth and value creation ambitions and have the responsibility for managing the associated credit risks in an assigned portfolio of merchants.
As our new colleague you will perform in-depth credit analysis, conduct credit memos and perform annual reviews of merchants to assess their creditworthiness. You recommend appropriate credit limits, terms and conditions and present your proposal to the relevant Credit Risk Committees for decisioning.
You will work closely with various stakeholders such as sales, account management, legal and other risk departments and also attend meetings with merchants.

About the team
Our global credit risk team is part of 1st line risk & compliance and has an end-to-end credit management responsibility for the verticals Key Accounts (e-retail, wholesale, entertainment, event ticketing, gaming, payment facilitators etc) and Travel & Hospitality (airlines, cruise lines, hotels chains, online travel agencies). We are tasked with underwriting and reviewing new and existing merchants, monitoring non-delivery exposure and credit quality.
The credit risk department is growing and currently consists of 16 colleagues spread across different offices at international locations. The regular exchange with experts from different countries ensures exciting daily work and challenges at the same time. In Credit Risk we are globally minded with a FinTech atmosphere. Your day-to-day responsibilities
· In-depth financial analyses (P&L, BS and CF) and conduct detailed underwriting / credit assessments documenting the merchant business model and sector dynamics, financial performance with the key indicators, credit risks and mitigants.

The opportunity
We are looking for a Solution Manager in Commercial Acquiring to join our team in Stockholm. In this position, you play a vital role in driving the fast-growing payment business of Worldline and support the Global Business Division Commercial Acquiring. This specific role comes with a responsibility for setting our Card Present Partner offer, working closely with the Product Owner for our authorization system and Back Office application, and setting our differentiated segment solution. Furthermore, you will support our payment terminal certification process, both for the partner and the scheme certification. By evaluating market needs and industry trends, translating them into detailed new IT and business requirements, and ensuring compliance with the individual scheme regulations, you are making a difference at the heart of Worldline!

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Act as principal of the Commercial Acquiring Division being a business counterpart to project managers and product owners by defining business and IT requirements, mainly for the acquiring authorization host, but also for the Back-Office application.
You are the one driving the lifecycle management for the Acquiring API for In-store Business.
Ensure compliance with the payment protocol requirements towards the acquiring authorization host (proactive monitoring, reactive countermeasures), and support the internal EMV Level 3 certification process.
Support the lifecycle and organizational change of each internally processed payment protocol.
Contribute to the recurring solution roadmap planning and cost budgeting.
Define and enforce together with internal Partner Management acquiring related quality standards towards 3rd party providers (e.g. Network Service Providers in the card payment industry).
Prepare the content of communication towards external partners (E.g. NSPs, PSPs, merchants) in case of relevant changes.
Build solution-related value propositions and conduct solution sales training.


Skills we can't do without
Relevant higher education, preferable in business, IT, or any relevant fields (ideally combined).
Proven working experience in the payment industry (international working experience is a plus).
You have excellent and structured communication skills using the English language.
You are a phenomenal teammate and used to work very closely with product development.
You have strong analytical skills and superb knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite, to translate those skills into meaningful outputs, in particular via PowerPoint and Excel.
You are skilled in terms of interlaced thinking and assertiveness.
