Client Leadership & Advisory Impact
Lead material, high-stakes client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and senior executives

Frame complex strategic and operational issues for senior clients, enabling informed decision-making and sustainable performance improvement

Qualifications & Experience

As part of our Nordic recruiting team, you will be responsible for coordinating recruiting processes for both graduate and experience hiring and make sure our recruitment activities run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities as a Recruiting Coordinator at Bain
You play a key role to attract, nurture and recruit our next generation of talented Consultants from the best academic institutions in the Nordics. You support our team across different offices with executing and coordinating the graduate recruiting days, thrive in building relationships with them as you coordinate the recruiting process. In addition, you coordinate our experienced hiring activities across the Nordics with the highest possible standard.
In this role you coordinate the recruitment process for graduate recruits and experienced hiring, which includes:
Support with managing the candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews as well as the offer and closing process
Support the wider Nordic team with interview scheduling and be first point of contact for recruits and internal consultant team
Coordinate Nordic and local recruitment events (planning, execution and follow up - on campus or in-house)

Qualifications and Experience
Studying or recently graduated from a B.A. degree or equivalent
Previous experience from recruiting for professional service organizations is a benefit, but not a strict requirement
Strong interest in recruitment and/or similar coordination role
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in written and spoken English (basic proficiency in Swedish a benefit, not a requirement)
