About the role?
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in our Acquisition organization. Acquisition focuses on the entire customer journey from first contact through to completed installation - the teams that turn interest into happy customers with heat pumps in their homes.
This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, technical guidance, and organizational alignment. You will ensure engineers have context, support, and a mandate to do their best work.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to deliver solutions that matter.

About the role
As a Linux Developer, you will be responsible for the operating system powering our IoT devices, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work with Linux BSP development and Yocto, building and maintaining the embedded platform as well as SDKs for application development.
The role includes enabling secure connectivity across multiple wireless interfaces and supporting feature-rich, connected products. What you will be doing

Set up and configure the Yocto Linux-based operating system on our hardware devices.

About the role
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data Analytics and ML team. We are looking for somebody who can continue building, improving, expanding and maintaining our data infrastructure and central back-end, from GCP fundamentals to collaborating with tech teams to set up their data serving pipelines, to enabling analytics engineers and domain experts to build data marts, dashboarding and data science efforts.

A deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and an openness to explore new tools that could help us be even more efficient.

About the role
As a Product Manager on our Billing & Subscriptions team, you'll drive the evolution of Aira's financial infrastructure, creating seamless payment experiences that power our clean energy revolution. About the role
You'll work in the Fleet Management workstream, empowering colleagues to provide exceptional customer support and maintenance. You will achieve this by creating systems for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the clean energy-tech fleet remotely. With your systems, you enable the company to address product-related issues reactively and proactively, improving quality and customer satisfaction.
Fleet Management is a small and effective product team working towards this mission. As a team member, you will be part of figuring out how to achieve it on a product and technical level. Our current roadmap contains primarily backend work, but we see ourselves driving more frontend initiatives in the future. The role primarily focuses on backend development, though familiarity with frontend technologies is a plus.
As a member of the Fleet Management Team, you will contribute to:

About the role
Join our expanding Engagement area and play a key role in the Application Services team as a Full-stack Developer creating, expanding and maintaining web as well as mobile apps that make for an exceptional Aira experience. The focus of the Application Services team is to create world-class product-driven software for both: our customers – end users of Aira’s green energy tech – and our internal users such as Aira heat pump installers. On one hand, these apps need to be clean, easy to use and intuitive to enable effortless UX. - Life cycle management (updates, testing, etc.)

- You will be the single point of contact within the financial domain for new needs/requirements

- Understanding the application development roadmap and how that impacts our use

- Being a stakeholder in the roll-out of new markets/companies/hubs

- Managing 3rd party add-ons, like AP-automation solutions

- Internal stakeholder management and setting up appropriate governance model with the business (securing the right amount of super users in the markets, councils, development process/sprints, etc.)

- Ensure smooth delivery, deployment, access to the system, and integration with other parts of the system platform/infrastructure

- Ensuring compliance with our information (security) standards

- Participate in incident and problem processes, both internal and external

We would like you to have:

- Experience in Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations within the Finance domain)

- Comprehension of diverse functional requirements for system or software?applications (e.g., Finance, Supply chain, Purchase, etc.)

- Good knowledge of standard processes and ways of using D365 F&O and how to use configuration to improve process efficiency

- Understanding of requirements for integrations and how systems communicate with other systems/solutions

- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, and expertise in implementing standardization and achieving global scalability.

- Education in finance and/or accounting, or equivalent professional experience.

We would also appreciate if you had some experience with:

- Creating functional requirements

- Consultancy/project-leading

About the role?

Join our expanding Engagement team as a full-stack developer focused on creating web and digital applications for our internal users. These applications enable exceptional customer support and maintenance for our products.

You'll work within the IoT Management workstream, where we develop tools for seamless device management, monitoring, and updates. This helps us address product-related issues proactively and reactively, enhancing quality and customer satisfaction.

The IoT Management workstream is crucial in optimizing the customer journey and supporting informed energy decisions. Your role is key in ensuring our devices, like heat pumps, function as intended. The team is responsible for:

- Managing firmware and software updates

- Enabling device health monitoring

- Handling alarms

- Assisting troubleshooting with telemetric data visualization

- Enabling remote commands for internal users

- Implementing predictive maintenance

- Tracking device lifecycle states

What you will be doing

- Leveraging your solid experience in product-driven software development, with proficiency in Java, Angular 2, and Kotlin.

- Actively engaging in ongoing discussions regarding design and device lifecycles.

- Writing clean, scalable code and conducting thorough testing, enhancing, and maintaining your code.

- Overseeing and enhancing our databases and overall infrastructure.

- Demonstrating expertise in system architecture.

- Applying Agile methodologies and collaborating in cross-functional teams.

- Building and integrating APIs.

- Knowledge of AWS, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and experience working with connected devices and IoT would be a plus.
