Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Contribute with deep logistics expertise, providing support to business and tech related projects and initiatives ensuring increased business value
Owning, updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on a global level.
Gather initiatives and prepare materials for Logistics steering
Prioritization before initiating early assessments and pre-studies.
Support in coordinating QBR process and ceremonies together with Value Stream Products, including ensuring alignment towards non-logistics Value Streams and platforms.
Further develop a deep understanding of existing business needs and processes within the functional area using data and user insights to build material that will make business decisions and initiatives critical to scale.
Lead early assessments, pre-studies and implementations for initiatives, including defining high-level goals and KPI's, creating business cases
Evaluating business and tech do ability and conducting fit-gap analysis, also coordinating deliveries with Tech functions and other Value Streams.
Responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly solutions within the functional area, creating exceptional value and ensuring engagement amongst end-users
Define and align high-level functional and technical requirements and design for new initiatives and continuous improvements together with relevant stakeholders, including ensuring coordination towards external logistics solution providers.

To enforce the requirements of Electrical Swedish regulations in regard to installation, testing and commissioning of digital integrated systems along the trackside
To establish written delegation to personnel performing tasks within electrical safety and electrical installation work
Being the company´s registered compliance lead electrician at Swedish authorities for electrical installation companies.
To ensure the design, installation, operation and maintenance of site electrical systems and equipment can be carried out safely and without danger
To allocate this work to competent persons as appropriate.
To ensure the design and installation of site electrical equipment is installed and commissioned to the correct standard for both operation and maintenance.
To ensure that electrical installations and electrical safety work comply with applicable laws, regulations and standard.
To provide technical advice on electrical matters to internal and external stakeholders.
To provide trainings acc to EN 50110, EN 50191, electrical installation work and Alstoms specific electrical safety framework.
To ensure the level of risk associated with all the work scope is appropriately assessed and effective risk control measures are put in place to mitigate those risks identified.
To update and yearly review the electrical control programs (“egenkontrollprogram”) and instructions for the several Alstom Sweden businesses.
To provide support when CE-labeling of test equipment and high voltage test equipment is needed.
To follow-up that the electrical control program (“egenkontrollprogram”) is followed, applicable controls are performed acc. to the program and the personnel performing electrical installation work is covered in the respective program
To conduct inspections and verification of test-places and labs according to Swedish and European standards.
To conduct inspections at sites, onboard and trackside installation and commissioning activities.
To support in electrical accidents or incidents investigation & root causes analysis (RCA)

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the RSM Engineering Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
As a Life Cycle Cost Engineer, you are responsible for supporting the Sales team and manages the engineering services technical scope of bids ensuring the delivery of an accurate and competitive proposal in line with the standard solution and commercial strategy.
We’ll look to you for:
Provide to the Bid Manager the estimate of engineering services effort needed for the bid preparation
Negotiate with the Project Engineering Director the allocation of the technical team in line with the bid needs (expertise and timing)
Analyze, with the support of System Application Architect(s), the potential gaps between the customer's specification and standard solutions and products and support Bid Manager and Tender Leader in defining the most suitable compliance strategy
Build the system architecture applying the solution chosen with the support from the Solutions Directors
Coordinate, from a technical point of view, the bid internal stakeholders (Installation, Testing & Commissioning, RCs Project Engineering, Development Centers) and the external stakeholders (if applicable) to ensure overall understanding of the bid technical strategy (including scheme plans, bill of quantities, migration strategy, PDO, etc.)
When applicable, propose the migration strategy to be applied with close collaboration with the Installation and T&C teams
Perform requirements compliance analysis and/or clause-by-clause of technical bid documents
Consolidate the technical assumptions applicable to the bid
Prepare and lead a Technical Design Review up to the approval of the technical scope associated to the bid
Lead the preparation and consolidation of the technical documentation to be delivered with the bid
Coordinate the engineering quotations and risks evaluation checking for overall consistency and competitiveness
Support Bid Manager during the negotiation with the Customer, identifying any technical change during that phase
Ensure a smooth handover with the PrEM (Project Engineering Manager) in case of contract award

Arbetsuppgifter:

Som transportupphandlare hos Dagab utvecklar och underhåller du effektiva transportflöden genom nära samarbete med inköpsaffären och den operativa verksamheten. I denna roll får du insyn i hela Axfoods affär, från leverantör till butik, och du skapar omfattande kontaktytor. Du blir en deI av ett engagerat team på 15 personer inom Varuflödesförhandling där ni tillsammans bidrar till att skapa optimala inköpsvillkor och flexibel logistik. Arbetet innebär dagliga insatser för att förbättra logistik och inköpsvillkor från leverantörerna till Dagabs lager. Ditt arbete kräver analytiskt tänkande och en helhetsförståelse för organisationen med fokus på att reducera kostnader associerat till inköp. Du rapporterar till Chef för Varuflödesförhandling.

Dina arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden kommer bl.a. vara:
• Utforma kostnadseffektiva och hållbara logistiklösningar
• Utforma processer och arbetsmetoder vilka syftar till förbättrad service för Dagab
• Aktivt arbeta för ökad SLA (Service level agreement) från Transportör
• Aktivt arbeta för ökad kontroll och insyn i helheten av värdekedjan
• Ansvara för att planera och genomförande av upphandlingar
• Ansvara för kontinuerlig analys och förbättringsarbete av befintliga kontrakt

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Civilekonom- eller civilingenjörsexamen med inriktning mot logistik eller Supply Chain
• Minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom logistik exempelvis från en roll som upphandlare, inköpare eller liknande inom Supply Chain
• Meriterande med erfarenhet inom detalj- och/eller partihandel
• Meriterande med erfarenhet av SAP

Som person är du bra på att skapa goda och långsiktiga relationer, du har en mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och tycker om att samarbeta tvärfunktionellt och i olika teamkonstellationer. We are looking for a Railway Signalling Certification and Authorisation Engineer. Your first tasks will be to work with the authorisation of onboard signalling installations in Sweden and Norway. We are happy to welcome recent graduates (0-4 years of experience) from engineering education with an interest in working in a quickly developing field with a large number of interfaces, both internally and to external entities such as authorities and clients. The role will give you a good overview of railway signalling projects and is a good starting point for a career in the field of railway signalling. The position will include a significant amount of on-the-job training where you work on projects under the supervision of more experienced staff.
Alstom is contracted for the equipment of signalling system for a large number of railway vehicles in both Sweden and Norway with the new European signalling system ERTMS. This role is part of building the Certification and Authorisation support for these projects in Sweden.

We will look to you:
Be responsible for writing Certification & Authorisation plans and evidence documentation toward assessors.
Be the interface in Certification and Authorisation matters towards the Engineering part of Alstom, the client, and the authorities in Sweden and the EU.
Unless you already have experience of this kind of work you will initially be under close supervision which will lessen as the experience of the employee grows. In the beginning, a significant amount of reading will be needed, and later keeping up to date with both the law texts and the internal tools is part of the work.

We are currently looking for a Specific Application Design Engineer in Stockholm.


Your mission:

The main purpose of this position is to fit our generic ETCS Onboard Automatic Train Protection System (ATP) into a specific vehicle (train) type.
This role covers the overall integration process of our generic products, from site visits (mainly in Scandinavia), electrical design, electrical schematics creation, write installation/de-installations manuals, to analysis and tracing of requirements.
Since this is an integration of a safety critical system, the scope of work also include interfacing with safety team, as well as documenting evidences of compliance towards the internal integration process, as well as towards generic system guidelines and constraints.
It is easy to learn within the team since we have an open discussions climate. The team consists of people with both wide and deep experience willing to share their knowledge.


Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting field surveys for vehicle design inspection.
Interpreting, generating, tracing and fulfilling requirements.
Producing electrical schematics/drawings.
Defining necessary COST to integrate the generic system and produce components part lists.
Producing installation instructions/checklists.
Meetings/co-operations/support with external customers/manufacturers/installers and authorities.
Writing test cases/scenarios for both standstill testing and operational testing.
Supporting on-site testing.
Producing documents for safety cases and release info about the onboard system integration.
Producing the deviation report based on deviations from the Technical Specification.
Participating in bid estimation work for new potential contracts.

Your experience and required competencies:

Bachelor’s degree or more in electrical engineering.
5 years or more experience in similar adaptation/integration of complex system.

Experience in schematic drawing programs (e.g. AutoCAD)
Knowledge of DOORS and Rational Synergy are considered added values.

Purpose of the job
The main purpose of this position is to fit our generic ETCS Onboard Automatic Train Protection System (ATP) into a specific vehicle (train) type. By this, the role includes over-all engineering work, from site visits (mainly in Scandinavia, but also supporting UK and Africa), to mechanical design and analysis of these.

• Field surveys including vehicle investigations of their characteristics.

Production Engineer for our location in Stockholm, Sweden

As a Production Engineer will be focused on supporting Alstom Operations internal and external manufacturing sites, ensuring Group products are delivered on time and to the required Quality. The Engineer will be required to work as part of a Global team to provide Supplier Selection, Assembly and Product Development support for a wide range of Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Products.

You will be focusing on monitoring ongoing production to improve FPY, set individual target for main products and make sure we have an action plan to follow and work systematically to reach our production goals.

Working as part of a Global team, you will also be responsible for Design for manufacture with the Product Design Authority, for a wide range of Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Products.

Responsibilities:
Provide Design for Manufacture feedback during the product development phase.
Provide Technical support for both Internal and External Manufacturing sites
Produce Production Process schematics and Pre-Series Reports,
Provide input to plan, manage and perform Product Introduction
Specify key processes at External and Internal Manufacturing sites.
Support in transfer production projects
Provide technical assessment to support Procurement in the Supplier Selection process
Support Regional Procurement teams in supplier governance activities
Perform Regional Bid reviews to ensure planning and coverage
Review TRDs to ensure applicable standards are adhered to.


As Production Engineer you will work closely with the Supplier, EAPD, Production Test Engineer, Production Documentation Engineer and Strategic Sourcing to monitor ongoing series production performance and identify, target and implement programs to improve:
First Pass Yield and product quality
Lead time and production load levelling
Identify Production capacity
Alstom owned tools and test system performance and reliability.


Qualifications:
University Degree in Engineering or Equivalent experience
Typically, 2-5 years of experience, less will be considered with relevant experience.
Experience in working with Engineering, Procurement, International and external Suppliers.
Desired competencies: teamwork, communication, planning, drive for results and flexibility
Language skills required advanced/business fluent level of English. It could be beneficial to have at least a medium level of Swedish.

Som konsult inom Digital Rail Systems på WSP hjälper du våra kunder i sina digitala resor inom interna och externa uppdrag som bidrar till att utveckla våra kunders strategi att hantera framtidens utmaningar. Vi jobbar inom hela transportbranschen även om våra rötter och projekt oftast är inom järnvägsbranschen.
I detta ingår att genomföra eller bidra till strategier, förstudier, projektarbete, kundanbud eller utveckling av befintliga affärer med ett digitalt fokus. Hos oss möter du en blandning av affärsdrivna seniora medarbetare med breda nätverk och lång erfarenhet såväl som ambitiösa juniora talanger som brinner för hållbarhet, och drivs av tillgänglighet såväl som ny teknik.
I din roll hos oss ansvarar du för att utveckla både relationer med och lösningar för våra kunder. Arbetet innebär en blandning av teknik, försäljning och projektledning, med tillhörande utmaningar.

Kvalifikationer
Om du gillar jobba med data, göra dataanalys och lösa problem med data kan du vara rätt person för jobbet! Vi ser att du utöver detta troligtvis arbetat som rådgivare eller med tekniska och digitala lösningar inom transportbranschen i roller som solution architect, business analyst eller liknande. Meriterande är om du även har erfarenhet av olika roller och har erfarenhet från projektledning av komplexa projekt. Dessutom är erfarenhet av cloud-lösningar, programmering (till exempel python, R) och IoT implementationen inom transportbranschen meriterande.
