Vi söker en ambitiös Engineering Manager till vår depå i Luleå.

Din framtida roll
I rollen kommer du att hantera ingenjörsverksamhen i Alstoms kontrakt gällande underhåll och tekniksupport i Norra Sverige. Kunderna är SJ, VR och LKAB och kontrakten avser underhåll av Trafikverkets Nattvagnar och lok, Norrtåg regionaltåg bestående av fordon av typen Coradia X62, Regina X52 och ASEA X11, samt materialförsörjning och teknisk support för IORE lok. Underhållet utförs huvudsakligen i 2 depåer lokaliserade i Luleå samt Umeå.

Du agerar som teknisk expertis till både interna och externa intressenter för att effektivisera och vidareutveckla Alstoms ingenjörsverksamhet inom aktuell region. Du kommer tillsammans med ingenjörerna för respektive flotta att arbeta med tilldelade delprojekt och ansvarsområden inom projekten. Du förväntas, baserat på den insamlade erfarenheten, föreslå förbättringar och modifieringar av fordonen och bidra till kontinuerlig utveckling specifikt när det gäller tillgänglighet, tillförlitlighet och förbättrade underhållsmetoder. Du och teamet kommer att arbeta tillsammans med Alstoms Maintenance Performace Center där vi samlar förbättringsaktiviteter och kunskap om flottor av samma typ i Fleet performace teams (tex Coradia, Regina).
Du kommer att rapportera till Alstoms RSM Engineering Manager Nordics samt Project Manager för respektive projekt och kommer att spela en central roll i projektens ledningsgrupp.

Du kommer även att:
Ansvara för ingenjörsteamet om ytterligare 3-4 personer
Själv vara operativ i projektaktiviteterna
Hantera och underhålla den tekniska definitionen och konfigurationen av fordonen
Säkerhetsställa att fordonen underhålls med järnvägssäkerhet i fokus och hålla underhållsdokumentation för projektet uppdaterad.
Ägare till det tekniska arbetspaketet för projektet, uppfylla QCD-mål och hantera tillhörande risk
Se till att produktsäkerhetspolicyn implementeras
Hantera flottornas tekniska prestanda vid underhåll och drift (såsom tillgänglighet, tillförlitlighet, underhållsmässighet) samt erfarenhetsåterföra till relevant fordonsplattform.
Definiera underhållsteknisk plan och organisera relevant team
Agera som teknisk expertis mot kunden vid behov
Hantera tekniska avvikelser, initiering av incidentanalysrapporter samt rotorsaksanalyser
Säkerställa arbete i enlighet standardiserad ändringsprocess

Your future role

As a Life Cycle Cost Engineer, you are responsible for supporting the Sales team and manages the engineering services technical scope of bids ensuring the delivery of an accurate and competitive proposal in line with the standard solution and commercial strategy.
We’ll look to you for:
Provide to the Bid Manager the estimate of engineering services effort needed for the bid preparation
Negotiate with the Project Engineering Director the allocation of the technical team in line with the bid needs (expertise and timing)
Analyze, with the support of System Application Architect(s), the potential gaps between the customer's specification and standard solutions and products and support Bid Manager and Tender Leader in defining the most suitable compliance strategy
Build the system architecture applying the solution chosen with the support from the Solutions Directors
Coordinate, from a technical point of view, the bid internal stakeholders (Installation, Testing & Commissioning, RCs Project Engineering, Development Centers) and the external stakeholders (if applicable) to ensure overall understanding of the bid technical strategy (including scheme plans, bill of quantities, migration strategy, PDO, etc.)
When applicable, propose the migration strategy to be applied with close collaboration with the Installation and T&C teams
Perform requirements compliance analysis and/or clause-by-clause of technical bid documents
Consolidate the technical assumptions applicable to the bid
Prepare and lead a Technical Design Review up to the approval of the technical scope associated to the bid
Lead the preparation and consolidation of the technical documentation to be delivered with the bid

Arbetsuppgifter:

Som transportupphandlare hos Dagab utvecklar och underhåller du effektiva transportflöden genom nära samarbete med inköpsaffären och den operativa verksamheten. I denna roll får du insyn i hela Axfoods affär, från leverantör till butik, och du skapar omfattande kontaktytor. Du blir en deI av ett engagerat team på 15 personer inom Varuflödesförhandling där ni tillsammans bidrar till att skapa optimala inköpsvillkor och flexibel logistik. Arbetet innebär dagliga insatser för att förbättra logistik och inköpsvillkor från leverantörerna till Dagabs lager. Ditt arbete kräver analytiskt tänkande och en helhetsförståelse för organisationen med fokus på att reducera kostnader associerat till inköp. Du rapporterar till Chef för Varuflödesförhandling.

Dina arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden kommer bl.a. vara:
• Utforma kostnadseffektiva och hållbara logistiklösningar
• Utforma processer och arbetsmetoder vilka syftar till förbättrad service för Dagab
• Aktivt arbeta för ökad SLA (Service level agreement) från Transportör
• Aktivt arbeta för ökad kontroll och insyn i helheten av värdekedjan
• Ansvara för att planera och genomförande av upphandlingar

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Civilekonom- eller civilingenjörsexamen med inriktning mot logistik eller Supply Chain
• Minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom logistik exempelvis från en roll som upphandlare, inköpare eller liknande inom Supply Chain
• Meriterande med erfarenhet inom detalj- och/eller partihandel
• Meriterande med erfarenhet av SAP

Profil
Vi tror att det viktigaste för att du ska trivas i rollen är att du är tekniskt lagd och har ett brinnande intresse för problemlösning. Det är mycket meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet från underhåll av spårburna fordon, men du kan också ha övrig relevant erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin som till exempel buss- eller lastbilsmekaniker.


För att lyckas i rollen tror vi du har:

Du behöver även vara flytande i både engelska och svenska.

The Product Industrialisation Manager (PIM) will manage industrial quality, cost, and delivery of signalling products during all life cycle. In this role you will be part of a global team and working close together with the Product Design Authority for a wide range of signalling products.

We will look to you for:
Tender:
Participate to technical analysis during the tender phase for the industrial area in liaise with the Product Program Manager

Concurrent Engineering:
Develop concurrent engineering and design to cost approach between development and industrialization centres
Support product strategy and technology roadmap from industrial perspective
Apply signalling product industrialization process
Define industrial requirements specification per product line
Define the most efficient industrial scheme (prototype, serial & repairs)
Participating to product program reviews

Industrialization:
Define the generic Product industrial breakdown structure
Manage industrial risk through Product / Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan when relevant
Support sourcing and SQD teams in the suppliers’ qualification and quality follow up

Life Cycle:
Manage industrial Quality, Cost and Delivery of products during all life cycle and lead proper action plan (especially for recurring costs & lead time optimization)
Ensure industrial sustainability of product during life cycle: guarantee the manufacturability - reparability (incl. test bench and parts obsolescence management / re-design proposal)
Improve product competitiveness: cost optimization, lead time reduction, quality improvement
Provide and sustain industrial maturity report per product line (test First Passed Yield, failure rate at first installation, production cost, industrial scheme, lead time)
Manage traceability of product delivered to projects, and retrofit plan if needed
Manage the repair lead time and reduce the repair unitary cost
In case of non-conformity or incident, investigate root causes, finds and implement corrective solutions
Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis

Purpose of the Job

As an Indirect Commodity Buyer you will be responsible for deploying the commodity strategy for its assigned commodities and ensure project execution in line with QCDT objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology). The position will include a significant amount of on-the-job training where you work on projects under the supervision of more experienced staff.
Alstom is contracted for the equipment of signalling system for a large number of railway vehicles in both Sweden and Norway with the new European signalling system ERTMS. This role is part of building the Certification and Authorisation support for these projects in Sweden.

We will look to you:
Be responsible for writing Certification & Authorisation plans and evidence documentation toward assessors.
Be the interface in Certification and Authorisation matters towards the Engineering part of Alstom, the client, and the authorities in Sweden and the EU.
Unless you already have experience of this kind of work you will initially be under close supervision which will lessen as the experience of the employee grows. In the beginning, a significant amount of reading will be needed, and later keeping up to date with both the law texts and the internal tools is part of the work.

You will also be responsible for supporting junior C&A engineers in learning the craft of railway C&A.

To plan, execute, and improve the efficiency of the certification and authorisation work.

Your mission:

The main purpose of this position is to fit our generic ETCS Onboard Automatic Train Protection System (ATP) into a specific vehicle (train) type.
This role covers the overall integration process of our generic products, from site visits (mainly in Scandinavia), electrical design, electrical schematics creation, write installation/de-installations manuals, to analysis and tracing of requirements.
Since this is an integration of a safety critical system, the scope of work also include interfacing with safety team, as well as documenting evidences of compliance towards the internal integration process, as well as towards generic system guidelines and constraints.
It is easy to learn within the team since we have an open discussions climate. The team consists of people with both wide and deep experience willing to share their knowledge.


Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting field surveys for vehicle design inspection.
Interpreting, generating, tracing and fulfilling requirements.
Producing electrical schematics/drawings.
Defining necessary COST to integrate the generic system and produce components part lists.
Producing installation instructions/checklists.
Meetings/co-operations/support with external customers/manufacturers/installers and authorities.
Writing test cases/scenarios for both standstill testing and operational testing.
Supporting on-site testing.
Producing documents for safety cases and release info about the onboard system integration.
Producing the deviation report based on deviations from the Technical Specification.
Participating in bid estimation work for new potential contracts.
Planning, committing, executing and reporting your own activities.


Your experience and required competencies:

Bachelor’s degree or more in electrical engineering.
5 years or more experience in similar adaptation/integration of complex system.
Fluent English is mandatory and Swedish is highly desirable.
MS Office knowledge is mandatory, including VISIO.
Experience in schematic drawing programs (e.g. AutoCAD)
Knowledge of DOORS and Rational Synergy are considered added values.
Experience in ERTMS, other safety-critical systems and/or rolling stock systems (especially the ones that interface with trainborne ATP, like brakes, traction) is highly valued.
Ability to lead a team of engineers is desirable.

Your background
You have a strong background in Sustainability engineering within Embedded Systems development, or other experience in Embedded (maybe as hardware designer or systems engineer?) and a very strong drive for Sustainability. Your background is preferably from Rail solutions, but other electronics development businesses are also of interest.

You are a communicative team player with good drive, that can coordinate work tasks and operate cross-functionally. You are quality-driven and curious, and value learning and developing.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in sustainability or electronic engineering, or equivalent
Documented experience from sustainability engineering or other development of embedded systems or electronics, at least 3 years (mandatory)
Experience in sustainability engineering and analysis methods (mandatory)
Knowledge of ISO14001 and EcoDesign legal demands (bonus)
Knowledge about Cenelec Standards for Safety (or equivalent standards if needed: AREMA, IEEE, European TSI, etc ) and safe system design (bonus)
Very good command of the English language, orally and in writing (mandatory)
Command of the Swedish language (bonus) or strong drive to learn Swedish

Your mission:

Purpose of your role
As an Industrialisation Engineer you will have a key position in supporting Alstom Operations internal and external manufacturing sites, ensuring Group products are delivered on time and to the required Quality. Purpose of your role

As an Installation, Test and Commissioning Engineer, your main task will be to lead and support the Installation, Test and Commissioning activities to the Onboard signalling system.


Your Responsibilities

• Prepare test activities, e.g. documents, time tables, test areas, records, tools, etc

Your Qualifications

• Upper secondary School (Electrical and control technology), and relevant work experience
• Relevant previous experience in signalling systems installation, test and commissioning not a mandatory, but could be an advantage

Din bakgrund

Om rollen
Som konsult inom Digital Rail Systems på WSP hjälper du våra kunder i sina digitala resor inom interna och externa uppdrag som bidrar till att utveckla våra kunders strategi att hantera framtidens utmaningar. Vi jobbar inom hela transportbranschen även om våra rötter och projekt oftast är inom järnvägsbranschen.
I detta ingår att genomföra eller bidra till strategier, förstudier, projektarbete, kundanbud eller utveckling av befintliga affärer med ett digitalt fokus. Hos oss möter du en blandning av affärsdrivna seniora medarbetare med breda nätverk och lång erfarenhet såväl som ambitiösa juniora talanger som brinner för hållbarhet, och drivs av tillgänglighet såväl som ny teknik.
I din roll hos oss ansvarar du för att utveckla både relationer med och lösningar för våra kunder. Arbetet innebär en blandning av teknik, försäljning och projektledning, med tillhörande utmaningar.

Kvalifikationer
Om du gillar jobba med data, göra dataanalys och lösa problem med data kan du vara rätt person för jobbet! Vi ser att du utöver detta troligtvis arbetat som rådgivare eller med tekniska och digitala lösningar inom transportbranschen i roller som solution architect, business analyst eller liknande. Meriterande är om du även har erfarenhet av olika roller och har erfarenhet från projektledning av komplexa projekt. Dessutom är erfarenhet av cloud-lösningar, programmering (till exempel python, R) och IoT implementationen inom transportbranschen meriterande.

Join us as a Production Test Engineer for our location in Stockholm, Sweden

Purpose of the role:


The Production Test Engineer will be focused on Developing new Applications and Platforms for Production Test Equipment and additionally supporting existing Test Equipment in use for our Product Manufacture.
This equipment is installed at both internal manufacturing sites and third party CEM manufacturing sites and is essential to ensure that Divisional products are delivered on time and to the required Quality.
Working as part of a Global team, the Engineer will also be responsible for Design for Test with the Product Design Authority, for a wide range of Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Products.

Key responsibilities:


• Specify and commission key updates and new test equipment at External and Internal Manufacturing sites
• Support existing test applications used in production to avoid production downtime
• Develop Test Plans for Bombardier Transportation products from requirements
• Produce manufacturing documentation including Test instructions and System Manuals
• Evolve and improve Test Development processes in a growing function
• Develop Test Plans from Performance Requirements for a wide range of products from digital systems to Safety-Critical RF transmission units
• Specify, develop and commission key test equipment at Worldwide External and Internal Manufacturing sites.
• Support existing test applications used in production to minimise production downtime
• Provide Design for Test feedback during the product development phase.
• Develop supporting documentation, including Test Instructions and system Manuals.
• Evolve and improve Test Hardware Platforms, Software Frameworks and Development Processes in a growing function

Your qualifications:


• Minimum two years relevant Industrial Experience or suitable Engineering Degree
• Good working knowledge of C# .net or C++ languages.
• Ability to develop requirements specifications for and fault find electrical and electronic hardware
• Experience in Production Test Equipment Development disciplines including software version control, Boundary scan, RF Test, Development tools such as Measurement Studio, product development cycles or mechanical design would be an advantage.
• Advanced English skills are a mandatory for the role, Swedish skills are considered a plus.
