Om uppdraget
Du kliver in i ett uppdrag där vårdens informationsflöden behöver fungera sömlöst i två viktiga införanden: anestesi och intensivvård i CHA/PDMS samt graviditet och förlossning i Cosmic Birth. Du delar din tid mellan båda områdena och får en ledande roll i att omsätta verksamhetens informationsbehov till interoperabla informationsstrukturer, säkra informationsöverföringar mellan system och vidareutveckla strukturerad dokumentation som journalmallar.
Du arbetar i en komplex miljö inom regional hälso- och sjukvård med många intressenter, parallella arbetsströmmar och höga krav på kvalitet och samordning. Här får du kombinera informatik, verksamhetsförståelse och ledning i ett uppdrag där ditt arbete blir viktigt både för kliniska arbetssätt och för hur information används i praktiken.
ArbetsuppgifterDu driver och samordnar informatikarbetet inom två parallella projekt kopplade till CHA/PDMS och Cosmic Birth.
Du planerar, styr och genomför aktiviteter som omsätter verksamhetens informationsbehov till interoperabla informationsstrukturer baserade på relevanta standarder.
Du mappar strukturerad data mellan olika system och säkerställer att informationsöverföringar fungerar till relevanta mottagande system.
Du förvaltar och vidareutvecklar strukturerad dokumentation, exempelvis journalmallar.
Du ansvarar för test- och kvalitetsäkringsarbete inom området informatik.
Du leder workshops och arbetsmöten, skapar struktur i samarbetet mellan olika intressenter och driver flera arbetsströmmar framåt.

WHO YOU ARE?
We are looking for people with…?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and at least 5-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer with mobile and front end focus.
Proficiency in Android development in Kotlin.
Proficiency in build secure applications with Microsoft Login and Single Sign-On capabilities.
Experience in mobile development for multiple devices.
Experience Integrate hardware and communicate effectively with Android applications.
Experience to work with SDKs from external vendors.
Experience in Consume web services (e.g., REST APIs).
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and utilize Figma for design implementation.
Experience of CI/ CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
Knowledge and apply basic Mobile Device Management (MDM) principles (e.g., Airwatch).
Experience in POS, Payment and Checkout area is a plus.

As a CAT Application Expert, you will work in a team that delivers translation technology cross-brand and globally for H&M Group. One day could start with supporting a merchandising team in Korea about translating a text with marketing specific requirement, and end with workshop exploring tech support for a new translation feature to support a new e-com platform.

As a Business-Oriented PLM CAD Expert at H&M, your primary focus will be to enhance the functionality and integration of our Siemens PLM tools (Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and NX) to meet strategic business objectives. As a Software Engineer in the Test Enablement team, you will play an instrumental part in enhancing our organization's test agility by providing necessary capabilities and support. Omvärldens förändringar och våra erfarenheter från det mångåriga arbetet med Nationell informationsstruktur gör att Socialstyrelsen nu ser ett behov av ett nytt och starkt fokus på detta område. Hands-on with languages & tools relevant to CI/CD Pipeline implementation e.g. .NET, C#, PowerShell, Bash etc.
Good expertise and experience with DevOps services administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of pipelines
Hands-on with managing and troubleshooting coupled integrations for SCM, Key Vaults, Logging and alert systems etc.
Experience leveraging IaC (Infrastructure as Code) for deployment automation using Terraform, ARM template etc. on Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud Platform
In-depth experience with API management platform (Azure preferred)
Hands-on experience with Azure CLI and/or PowerShell & REST API
Substantial experience with version control software (Azure DevOps, Github etc.)
Experience with industry best practices, strategies and troubleshooting for integration, build and deploy capabilities.
Knowledge and experience in deployment using GitHub actions is highly desirable

About the product area
Cyber security is important for H&M, and we have recently formed the new Cyber Security domain to define and instill a strong cyber security approach across the entire organization. As part of the investment into growing our internal cyber security capability, we are forming a Cyber Security Architecture area that reports to Chief Technology Risk Information Officer. The Cyber Security domain also has teams devoted to Security Engineering, Cyber Defense, Security Advisory and Assessment, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Security Culture and Awareness and regional teams to meet country specific security regulations.
What you will do
The main objective for the Cyber Security Architect is to enable secure and resilient business operations by defining and overseeing the implementation, adoption and effectiveness of security solutions.

As the Cyber Security Team Manager, you will lead a team of cyber security professionals responsible for providing strategic cyber security advice to our business. You will also be responsible for managing the team's day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, performance management, and budget management.

Lead a team of cyber security professionals focused on providing strategic cyber security advice to the business and delivery units

Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:

Svensk vård och omsorg står inför en mycket intressant och händelserik tid där nya innovativa och digitala lösningar för att effektivisera och förbättra för verksamheterna börjar växa fram. Som hälsoinformatiker på Socialstyrelsen erbjuds du ett samhällsviktigt och engagerande arbete som ger möjlighet att bidra till utvecklingen inom välfärdsområdet.

Placeringen är på enheten för informationsstruktur och e-hälsa, som bland annat har i uppdrag att förvalta, vidareutveckla och tillhandahålla en ändamålsenlig informationsstruktur. Enheten ansvarar också för internationella begreppssystemet Snomed CT och den övergripande samordningen av e?hälsofrågor på myndigheten.

Det är en spännande tid i e-hälsoarbetet där framväxten av regionernas kunskapsstyrningssystem, samverkan med kommunerna och regionerna i partnerskapet och förslaget om ett europeiskt datautrymme EHDS driver på arbetet. Förändringar såsom den nya lagen om sammanhållen vård- och omsorgsdokumentation är också en faktor som ökar behovet av en sammanhållen, nationell informationsstruktur. Omvärldens förändringar och våra erfarenheter från det mångåriga arbetet med Nationell informationsstruktur gör att Socialstyrelsen nu ser ett behov av att kraftsamla tillsammans med användarna för att utvärdera vad som är ändamålsenligt med den nationella informationsstrukturen och vad som behöver vidareutvecklas för att bidra till det gemensamma arbetet med e-hälsa på bästa sätt. Vi söker därför nu 2 hälsoinformatiker, som kommer vara centrala i det arbetet.

Som hälsoinformatiker måste du ha en god förmåga att förstå användarens behov ur såväl ett verksamhets- som ur ett informationshanteringsperspektiv. Du ingår i ett team där din roll blir att beskriva och strukturera den information som dokumenteras, hanteras och överförs i och mellan olika it-system inom vård och omsorg. Du arbetar med att utreda krav och behov, modellera fram lösningsförslag, utarbeta rapporter till regeringen och de praktiska delarna av de årliga releaserna av den Nationella informationsstrukturen. Du kommer också ge användarstöd till de verksamheter som vill implementera Nationell informationsstruktur i sina vårdprocesser och vårdinformationssystem. Du bidrar också i utveckling och förvaltning av de arbetsverktyg som krävs för en effektiv förvaltning av Nationell informationsstruktur. Som hälsoinformatiker deltar du också i samverkansaktiviteter på informatik- och terminologiområdet, både nationellt och internationellt.

Vi söker dig som har


• akademisk utbildning inom informatik, systemvetenskap eller annan relevant högskoleutbildning
• god kunskap och erfarenhet av informatik- eller informationsarkitektur inom vård och omsorg
• god kunskap och intresse av modellering
• förståelse för nyttan med strukturerad dokumentation i vård och omsorg
• relevant kunskap om olika standarder inom e-hälsa såsom HL7 FHIR och OpenEHR
• erfarenhet av projektarbete i projekt med flera intressenter
• goda muntliga och skriftliga kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Din bakgrund

• Du har en examen inom medicinsk informatik alternativt en relevant bakgrund inom IT

As Service Manager working within Vattenfall IT, you represent the complete IT Service Delivery Portfolio and its related agreements towards key stakeholder within Vattenfall IT and the business areas and units. You are responsible to capture the demands and needs of the business and to provide the Service Owners with information needed to continuously improve the services provided. And with your in-depth knowledge of the Service Portfolio and ongoing projects and improvements, you are able to support and advise your business customers on the overall IT strategy of Vattenfall. You are also responsible to setup delivery agreements our service and monitor regularly its quality and customer satisfaction. You will of course lead reviews and provide a clear and aligned customer roadmap and set the strategy based on business requirement and market trends to so that Vattenfall IT can deliver stable, secure and innovative services.
Some responsibilities:
Represent the complete IT Service delivery portfolio and related agreements towards all stakeholders in Vattenfall IT and Business
Setup and update clear delivery agreements for the business, to ensure that the current and future service level requirements of customers are identified, documented and maintained
Monitoring changing business needs and their fulfillment and communicate these changes to correct stakeholders
Operationally responsible for driving and coordinating escalation resolution and follow-up based on IT commitments towards the business
Secure alignment between IT and business stakeholders by proactive follow-up
Proactively and reactively initiate and ensure improvement initiatives in regard to all IT Services (fixed/variable) together with Vattenfall IT and Business
Provide frequent business specific reporting (budget, satisfaction, tickets) and analysis and initiate measures to drive increased end user satisfaction
Drive service and cost performance initiatives and ensure execution of improvement initiatives together with Business

The following experiences will also help you to become successful:
Leadership experience in a similar role or other relevant experience
Knowledge & proven experience in existing ITSM frameworks and related processes (e.g. ITIL, ISO 20000)

Uppdragsbeskrivning

Sugen på nya utmaningar? Förvaltningen för Katalogtjänst HSA behöver nu förstärkas med ytterligare en tjänstespecialist för innehållsfrågor och terminologi samt HSA:s kodverk.

Katalogtjänst HSA är en elektronisk katalog som innehåller kvalitetssäkrade uppgifter om personer, funktioner och enheter inom Sveriges kommuner, regioner och privata vårdgivare. Informationen i HSA används av många olika tjänster och funktioner och utgör ett viktigt underlag för behörighetsstyrning, olika säkerhetslösningar samt för sök- och jämförelsetjänster. Tjänsten är en av hälso- och sjukvårdens bastjänster och kommer att bli allt viktigare framöver, då betydelsen av korrekta och tydliga innehållsbeskrivningar och entydiga definitioner, för att uppnå semantisk operabilitet, ökar inom vård och omsorg. Du kommer att jobba med att förvalta flera olika informationsmängder, utöver HSA, och får där en viktig roll. Digitaliseringen av hälso- och sjukvården, regionerna och kommunernas innebär att nya informationsmängder kommer att behöva tas fram, utvecklas och förvaltas inom en enhetlig hantering av grunddata. Dessutom blir betydelsen av att ha korrekta och entydiga definitioner och begrepp (terminologi) allt viktigare. Du kommer också att skriva och uppdatera dokumentation, jobba med omvärldsbevakning, se till att uppsatta standards/lagrum/regelverk efterlevs samt medverka inom revisionsområdet.

Du kommer även att arbetsleda arbetsgruppen samt att driva arbetet framåt. Du behöver därför kunna leda möten, skriva anteckningar, dokumentera. Även andra förvaltningsuppdrag såsom till exempel ge användarstöd, genomföra behovs- och kravutredningar kommer att ingå.

Kompetens och utbildning

Dur behöver besitta relativt hög kunskap inom vård och omsorg och gärna ha en god teknisk förståelse samt vara högskoleutbildad inom informatik, terminologi, systemvetenskap eller motsvarande, alternativt är väl insatt i HSA:s innehåll och har arbetat med dessa frågor under flera år. Det är en fördel om du har kännedom om regionerna och kommunernas verksamhet och behov.

Vi vill att du är självgående, driven och resultatorienterad. Du tar initiativ, är pålitlig och ansvarstagande. Du tycker om att ha fokus på kvalitet och struktur, är noggrann och har en väl utvecklad analytisk förmåga, inte minst när det gäller problemlösning. Inera söker nu ett flertal informatiker. Som informatiker på Inera är din roll att omsätta verksamhetens krav i interoperabla informationsstrukturer, baserade på tillämpliga standarder. Arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker dig som ska arbeta med att ta fram publiceringsstatistik för KTH och utföra bibliometriska analyser. Vidare kommer du att arbeta med bibliometriska analyser på uppdrag av KTH:s ledning i form av bland annat sampublicerings- och benchmarkinganalyser. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår även att arbeta med externa analyser för andra lärosäten och institut. Arbeta med datadriven analys, förbättra datakvalitet samt arbeta med API:er ingår också i ditt uppdrag.

Kvalifikationer

Du har för tjänsten relevant högskoleexamen. Har du genomgått forskarutbildning eller är statistiker är det meriterande. Dina  kunskaper om vetenskaplig publicering och forskningens villkor är goda. Vi vill att du har erfarenhet av att analysera större mängder data (data science), har kunskaper i SAS och om relationsdatabaser (). Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av bibliometriska analyser samt visualisering av data. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att ha arbetat som statistiker eller med statistisk data och om du har kunskap om databasutveckling. Vi ser det även som meriterande om du har arbetat med öppna API:er, R och Shiny. Dina språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska är mycket goda. 

Personliga egenskaper

Som person är du flexibel och kreativ och kan ta egna initiativ. Du har också god förmåga att samarbeta och bidra till att gemensamma mål uppnås. Du är strukturerad och medveten om vad som är god kvalitet och hur god kvalitet kan uppnås. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.
