Responsibilities:
Elicit and capture business requirements
Act as the key contact on all functional decisions, end-to-end solution understanding, and scope for projects
Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients, which lead to clear determination of the deliverables expected from the company
Conduct and lead discovery sessions with clients (sessions that assess the clients' business and technical challenges and determining the company's and product's ability to support their needs). The Lead Business Analyst is expected to represent the company in these sessions and steer to an acceptable solution according to the company and product's capabilities
Continually communicate to clients on project progression and clarification of requirements
Be partner with all levels of the business, lead the identification of business' requirements, design function requirement and deliver the solutions
Document Requirement Specifications and Produce Functional Design documents per domains of expertise in all Commercial Lines. These documents determine the scope of the project and deliverables to the customer and call for the Senior Business Analyst's discretion in making decisions regarding the scope of the company's commitment to the customer
Implement, in means of configuration, relevant aspects of the client's requirements
Write/Review test plans
Perform expert testing and defects prioritization following development/configuration
Conduct training sessions on the system and its configured product set
Production support including UAT testing, defect analysis and Change Requests management
Manage Scope - Identify Change Requests and/or out of scope items
Perform gap analysis / impact assessments
Identify issues and risks related to business processes and solutions and develop mitigation strategies
Use management/reporting systems, as required; provide business insights through weekly and monthly reporting

Requirements:
7+ years of experience conducting business analysis
5+ yeas of Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance background – understand policy, billing, and claims, understand the foundations of P&C insurance
Policy billing and claims administration knowledge and implementation experience in the insurance industry, specifically P&C solutions is a must
5+ years of experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
Experience transforming Business requirements to technical requirements
Experience with configurable enterprise systems
Client facing experience is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of audiences – ability to clearly articulate requirements
Experience with JAD Sessions, SDLC- System Design Life Cycle, Gap analysis – nice to have
Strong hands on approach, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel up to 50% as dictated by business needs Visa mindre

Delivery Manager - Manages a project test team throughout the project life cycle, from the SDS period until the project successful completion and go-live, in terms of quality. Proactively communicating and assessing the impact of changes in the project, while coordinating and interacting with all relevant parties (e.g. PM, BA, Dev, customer)
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible to end-to-end Quality Assurance of one or more product lines, making quick and reliable software releases.
Shares responsibility of meeting of all Product goals with Development counterpart.
Includes setting-up and improving best practices & processes for quality & automation and their adoption.
Responsible for hiring and grooming of QA team members.
Interfaces with internal and external stake holders as needed in understanding/prioritization/resolution of product requirements and issues, and to deliver new capabilities and support existing capabilities on the product over multiple product releases and feature areas
Drive Test Automation and Test Efficiency Effectiveness Goals.
Support triage, investigation and debugging of issues and defects
Risk management and mitigation plans during crisis.
Manage QA Processes for Testing and automation team
Scrum Master for the QA team with the ability to run the scope the scrum and run it.

Qualifications:
5 + years of experience in Quality and Automation with Managing the team.
Deep understanding of automation testing working with Java, Selenium
Knowledge of P&C Insurance platform applications
Ability to adapt to various work settings
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Strong business and technology acumen – ability to relate technical solutions to business objectives
Strong communication skills
Willing to travel on need basis Visa mindre
