About the job:
Working at VNTRS as a Fullstack Javascript Developer you can expect a lot of diversity in your daily tasks (coding, advising clients, workshops with startups...). You will be working closely with startups from our portfolio as well as doing assignments with external clients.
We will actively let you work on both these types of projects to broaden your skillset. Within the assignments, you will be using recent JavaScript technologies, while also being a core part of teams composed of UX/UI designers, product owners, data analysts, and more.
Depending on the assignment, your opinion will have a big impact when it comes to the technical solution, but also the scoping of the product itself.
Must-have requirements

At least 6 years of relevant experience building web apps with JavaScript/Typescript (in both backend and frontend)

The the position is an hourly employment and we need you to be available to work minimum 8 hours/week (20 %) during the semesters. How you will make an impact
As Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working closely with the Head of Recruitment, playing an important role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.
Mostly focusing on recruiting for our tech consultant team, but you will also contribute towards developing our recruitment practices as a whole. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best talent out there by networking and ensuring our presence as an attractive employer within the tech start-up field.

Who we are

Who you are
You would probably define yourself as a Data Engineer, Backend Developer or “Data Hacker” and you have strong knowledge about cloud architectures, micro-services, serverless, and VS No. You have a good understanding of at least a couple of languages, CI/CD, Terraform, and of course you have dabbled with some of the most common big data frameworks like Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Beam, Flink etc.

What you will do
You will be joining the new ML department of VNTRS where our goal is threefolded:
Support startups with building products that are heavy in data and/or have machine learning features.
Work with the team on internal projects (like data-driven investments) as well as factorizing learnings from our missions into a generalizeable ML Engine, so that we continuously improve our delivery time for our customers.
Work with the team on larger external projects for companies in need of our skills. Typical deliveries can be setting up datalakes and pipelines, building complete MLOps infrastructure or making a specific ML product.

As Head of Recruitment, you will be working closely with the Head of HR, playing a leading role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.

As Head of Recruitment, you will be working closely with the Head of HR, playing a leading role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.

Who you are
