What you’ll do:
We make touch and eye tracking based assistive technology for people with communication and mobility challenges. The success of our products has life-changing impact on our customers. Our Research & Development Team develops the hardware, software, and other technology that makes that impact possible.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible for driving products forward, working with the team to create solutions and fix bugs and contributing to continuous improvement in our software development processes. By delivering innovative and reliable software, you will contribute to the success of our organization and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Your days will be filled with:
Work with the team to develop high-quality software and design the architecture of our current and upcoming software products.
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
Develop tools and applications by producing clean, reusable, and optimized code.
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting (mainly to improve and maintain quality).
Review and debug code.
Perform validation and verification testing.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies.



We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related degree.
Proven experience with a minimum of 6 years as a Software Engineer.
Extensive experience in software development, CI/CD, and Agile ways of working.
Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of programming languages C#, JavaScript (TypeScript, React) and designing cross platform UI (Windows/iOS)
Experience in iOS Development
Experience in Azure and Azure DevOps is preferable.
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to collaborate in both an internal and cross-functional team environment.
Ability to work independently when needed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll, Expenses and Benefits Specialist to join our People and Sustainability team.



What you will do:



As our Payroll, Expense and Benefits Specialist, you will be taking ownership of the processing of salary payments and expenses to ensure that the payroll process runs smoothly. You will have significant contribution in ensuring our compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements and keeping Tobii Dynavox updated on relevant and recent payroll laws and regulations.





In this role, you will practice a great level of organizational skills, as you will be partnering with our Finance team and local European providers, which vary from 140 to 2-3 in each country.





Your week will include the following range of tasks:


Partnering with our payroll providers and coordinate payroll information from all European sites to our payroll providers.


Coordinating the scheduling and processing of salary payments together with HR and Finance team.


Supporting our employees with questions regarding payroll, time reporting, benefits, and vacation.


Managing expenses, accounting, pension for all Tobii Dynavox employees in Europe.


Administrating company benefits such as leasing cars and bicycles.


Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll, expenses, and benefits.


Support HR and Finance in administrative tasks if needed.

Knowledge in Swedish compliance procedures on tax regulations.

Clinical Assistive Communication Specialist is part of the team that provides training to various teams and stakeholders within Tobii Dynavox and drives the development of supporting material in collaboration with the market units.
What you’ll do:
The Clinical Assistive Communication Specialist role actively and continuously searches and provides clinical knowledge and insights to ensure that our solutions are developed in a direction that supports our global community of users and internal stakeholders from a clinical best practice perspective. Being out in the field enables the Clinical Assistive Communication Specialist to build trust for Tobii Dynavox and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, enabling close collaboration with the market units and product development teams.

Your week would include the following range of tasks:
• Collecting, assessing, and analyzing clinical data, insights, and trends about the relevant
conditions/diagnoses we aim to address and for what methods for supporting assistive communication are used.
• Presenting collected clinical data and insights to the relevant stakeholders such as product management teams, product development teams and the market units.
• Creating and maintaining a list of persona descriptions and user journey descriptions.
• Supporting product managers and product development teams during the development of new functionality and features by providing relevant research on relevant clinical subjects
• Leading user testing sessions travelling domestically for 25% during the work hours
We are looking for someone with:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent education in Speech Language Pathology or closely related field.
• Experience equivalent to 5 years of practice in speech-language pathology or related field.
• Experience in implementing Augmentative Communication systems across a range of conditions.
• Technical familiarity of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and/or access tools.
• Verbal or oral communication skills in English language at a fully proficient level.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally for 25% when needed.

Extensive experience with quality management systems within a manufacturing environment, including ISO 13485:2016, ISO9001:2015, and DMEPOS.
Experience working with environmental management systems and standards, ISO14001:2015, REACH, and WEEE.
At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Your focus area:
In the complex US landscape of insurance funded healthcare, the sales of our devices depend on our ability to help our customers navigate through the funding process. The key to a scalable and efficient process is the use of systems and technology. Your job will be to identify and realize opportunities to digitalize processes and streamline so that our staff can help more people get a voice.
The systems involved in the funding-process include Salesforce and AdvancedMD as well as internally built systems. We also expect our new ERP system, due to be implemented in 2024, to affect the funding processes. As a key role, we expect you to be involved in many interesting projects but of course also that you will involve others and interact with many stakeholders in your projects
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development
Develop and own a clear and actionable product roadmap for the designated business area, outlining key initiatives, priorities, and milestones.
Define the long-term vision for IT solutions within the business area and align it with the organization's overall strategic goals.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, end-users, and technical teams, to understand and prioritize needs and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business objectives.

3. Project Planning and Execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA professionals, to plan and execute projects effectively.
Create project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.

4. Requirement Analysis
Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and objectives.
Continuously gather feedback and make adjustments to requirements as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Change Management
Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate the adoption of digital processes and tools.
Provide training and support to employees to ensure a smooth transition.

6. Communication and Reporting
Communicate project progress, status updates, and issues to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings.

Do you love working with processes and tools to empower a sales organization to perform at their best? The Tobii Dynavox EUROW Sales organization, covering the globe excluding North America, works with local stakeholders and our commercial partners to ensure that professionals and users who benefit from our world-leading Assistive Communication solutions can reach their full potential.
Your days will be filled with:
Be the business operational owner for the CRM system, within the EUROW sales organization.
Evaluating and improving sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales funnel and propose solutions.
Analyzing sales data, generate regular reports, and provide insights and dashboards to sales leadership and local teams.
Identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinating with customer service and operations to develop and implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and order processing.
Providing training and support to sales teams on usage of CRM and other tools and best practices.
Stay up to date with sales technologies and tools, recommending solutions as needed.
Document and optimize sales processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring adoption and compliance.
Be the designated stakeholder from sales in various internal projects.

We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales support, or a related role.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. English is must and Swedish is bonus.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales methodologies.
