About the Role:
As Installation Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at Tibber, you ensure our customers have the best possible experience with installation of the products they purchase from our store. You support the Installations Team with a variety of tasks including: training installers, co-ordinating orders & deliveries, interfacing with Customer Support to assist customers, and evaluating the performance of our Installer Partners to ensure we offer our customers the best quality installation experience.


What You’ll Do:
Oversee the installation journey from delivery to commissioning
Attend weekly meetings with our installation partners to evaluate KPIs, align plans, problem solve challenging installs, and identify areas for improvement
Liaise with customer support on installation queries & tickets to ensure our customers are well-informed and assisted with their questions as soon as possible
Identify areas for improvement in the installation journey, commissioning processes or product design,
Assist the finance team to process invoices and disputes efficiently
Ensure our installations are of the highest quality and in accordance with the latest guidelines and regulations with support from our market experts
Co-ordinate with our supply chain team as necessary to evaluate stock levels, delivery times and address logistics problems

Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably with a technical focus within the energy or installations field
Technical Aptitude: You’re comfortable discussing electrical components, enjoy diving into technical details, and are always eager to learn and adapt

About the job
As a Senior Data Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect, you will build the foundation for our data-driven culture, by designing, developing and optimizing Tibbers data warehouse and ETL flow using the latest cloud technology.
You will be an important part of Tibbers growing Data Insights team and work closely with our product, marketing, growth, customer and business team to empower data driven decisions.




Your responsibilities will be to:
Ensure our Redshift data warehouse is reliable and performing optimally.
Ensure the Tibber data is well structured, accurate and following data modeling and governance best practices.
Create data pipelines to ensure the data from various sources are stored and transformed into a format suitable for analysis.
Manage our Data and BI tech stack and make sure they scale as we grow.



We’re looking for someone with:
3+ years of relevant data engineering / data warehouse architect experience.
Experience in data warehouse architecture and development, preferable in AWS Redshift.
Experience in developing and optimizing ETL processes.
Solid programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
Comfortable writing queries, and working effectively with big data volumes in both relational databases and unstructured data.
Basic experience of data analysis/visualization in Tableau or similar is a plus.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Master of Science in engineering or similar is meritorious.

What the role entails
A lot of pride and tons of work have been put into the development of our apps. We always strive for a top-notch app which means many iterations and a drive to always push forward. We would rather drop features than risk a user experience with high friction, inconsistent flows, or poorly designed visuals. This has proven to be a successful mindset as our apps have great ratings: 4,9 for Android (and 4,9 for iOS as well!). We're using leading technologies such as RxJava, Dagger/Hilt, and Retrofit, though we’re currently in a process of moving towards coroutines.
The role also includes backend development to an extent, developing and maintaining our backend-for-frontend that’s written in Node.
To sum it up, we’re looking for an app developer with a backend twist, or a backend developer that likes making apps. Someone that doesn’t mind building that backend piece that’s missing, but still likes making the app that people will see and use.
We most often develop new features, but we also refactor stuff, simply because we want to be faster and have fewer issues with legacy code. You will get the opportunity to build the next generation of our product by building new features as well as continually improving the look and feel of the app. You will be a part of our highly skilled front-end team and work closely with both backend and mobile developers.
About you

About the job
In this position, you will focus on the user experience centering on our mobile applications for iOS and Android. They are our pride and glory with great ratings in the App Store as well as the Play Store. However, we don't want to stop here, we can do even better. The Tibber app is the gateway for our users to get familiar with their energy consumption, control their smart home, or check up on energy prices for the next 24 hours. In this role you will collaborate closely with other designers as well as developers, making sure we provide the best possible experience for our users. It is a true hands-on type of role where you will be involved in the whole cycle of UX/UI Design. This ranges from discovering opportunities, collecting insights, to delivering the product.

As a the Head of Trading, you be responsible for Tibber's energy trading operations.
