The Job
As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading one engineering team and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and technical solutions. You will play a key role in aligning engineering execution with Tendium’s business and product strategy.
This is a people-focused leadership role with strong technical ownership. You will coach, support, and develop engineers, while also collaborating closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and deliver development initiatives.
You will contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy, ensure technical excellence across our systems, and continuously improve team processes, efficiency, and developer experience. You will also be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of engineering talent, and act as a role model for Tendium’s engineering culture and values.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop an engineering team to foster high performance, engagement, and professional growth


Ensure planning, execution, and delivery of development initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Design, and other stakeholders


Promote technical excellence, scalability, security, and reliability across Tendium’s systems and services


Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy


Manage team capacity, priorities, and ways of working to improve efficiency and delivery predictability


Support recruitment, onboarding, and long-term retention of engineers


Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative engineering culture aligned with Tendium’s values and business objectives

We are primarily looking for Stockholm-based candidates and work in a hybrid setup.
Our Tech Stack
While this role is not a hands-on coding position, technical understanding is important. Our current stack includes:

Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), GraphQL (microservice architecture)


Databases: Postgre, OpenSearch, DocumentDB (MongoDB), S3


Infrastructure: AWS with containerised and serverless compute, managed through TypeScript CDK

The JobAs an AI Engineer, you will build state-of-the-art solutions using modern LLMs and agentic technologies, applying them directly to real product challenges. You’ll take ownership from understanding the problem to deploying and refining features that create meaningful value for users.
You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to shape what we build. This includes rapid prototyping, exploring current LLM and agentic methods, and turning them into reliable, production-ready systems.

Deeply understand our users and the challenges of navigating complex procurement data


Design, build, and refine AI systems, from prompt-driven models to multi-step agent flows


Own features end to end: discovery, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and iteration


Engineer prompts, model chains, and reasoning workflows that deliver reliable, high-quality results


Integrate AI outputs into product features that users trust and rely on


Collaborate with product and design to explore what AI should accomplish for procurement teams


Balance rapid experimentation with building scalable, maintainable AI systems

What You Bring
A product mindset and the ability to choose the right approach by understanding the problem first


Strong engineering fundamentals, with the ability to work across the stack when needed

The Opportunity As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve success using our platform. You'll work closely with existing customers in the SME segment to secure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This position offers a blend of relationship building and technical support, making sure our customers get the most out of our product.
You’ll be part of our commercial team, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams. While most interactions are digital, there will also be opportunities for face-to-face meetings. As a Customer Success Manager at Tendium, your main focus will be to:

The OpportunityAs a member of the GroundZero team, you will play a key role in sourcing procurement (public contracts) and other relevant data, designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, and conducting research to uncover new opportunities. Data pipelines: Proven track record designing, deploying, and operating production-grade data pipelines (batch and/or streaming), including monitoring, alerting, and reliability practices.
Cloud microservices: Hands-on experience building and maintaining microservice architectures using AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, Fargate/ECS (or close equivalents in another cloud). Comfortable with IaC and CI/CD.
Software engineering: Strong proficiency in Python (or similar), including writing robust, testable, and maintainable code; familiarity with async programming patterns.

Nice-to-haves (meritorious)
Data sourcing from zero: Built resilient pipelines to ingest external data (APIs, web scraping) including scheduling, backfills, rate limiting, retries, and schema evolution.
Analytics stack from zero: Set up cost-effective analytics stacks, with attention to cost, governance, and observability.
Infrastructure and platform: Experience with CDK (or Terraform), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

The Job
In this multifaceted position, you'll engage with two distinct teams, each representing different areas of our business. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and analytical rigor, providing the perfect opportunity for individuals who thrive in multifaceted environments. You'll split your time evenly between two key responsibilities.

Firstly, as a Bid Writer in our Managed Services team, you'll craft compelling proposals and manage high-value strategic bids for our largest international clients. You will be responsible for entire projects from analysing requirements, meeting with stakeholders to define a bid plan and providing essential content all whilst ensuring timely completion of projects to the highest possible standard. It is worth noting that bid writing can be quite different from other types of writing; you will need to be able to take in technical detail, emphasise the benefits and value the product can bring to a potential client, and make sure the content is tailored to the client. Given the global nature of our partnerships, occasional flexibility in working hours will be necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones. We offer flexible working hours and we encourage everyone to take time off work outside of office hours.

The other half of your time will be spent working as a Junior Analyst in our Data Team, focusing on the core operations of our company. You will work with deliveries, including analysing and compiling reports for our customers. You'll also be integral to data collection, primarily liaising with public sector stakeholders to gather essential data for our services. Your responsibilities will include locating, requesting, receiving, processing, and delivering data. You shall work with developing processes and methodology for data collection and processing and, together with your colleagues, be responsible for the ongoing delivery of data. Furthermore, you shall continuously ensure the company’s good reputation in relation to its data collection, as you will be representing the company in the process. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the collected data, as well as in synthesising comprehensive reports for our customers. Som Account Executive kommer du att sälja Tendiums innovativa SaaS-plattform inom en mängd olika branscher. Du kommer vara en viktig del av Tendiums säljteam som jobbar med en datadriven och digital säljprocess. The Job

As a part-time Junior Analyst, you will work with data collection and customer deliveries, the very core operation of the company, which will be your first step into a growing business with lots of opportunities. Your tasks will mainly be to contact actors in the public sector to gather data used for our services, control the quality of the gathered data, and then analyse and compile reports for customers. Your contribution will have a huge impact and thus it is of great importance that you are accurate and have a good eye for detail. As we work to maintain a high standard, it is important that you take ownership of your work. We are a technology-driven company, and you will work in our proprietary systems as well as in Microsoft Office and G Suite, so you should feel comfortable in a digital workplace.

A typical profile for this role is a first or second-year student of law, economics or engineering. You should have a technical and analytical mindset, and take pride in producing quality work. Meanwhile, you should be critical, comfortable with complexity and have the ability to navigate the unknown.

Requirements

Proficiency in Excel: The candidate should possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills in data manipulation, formulae, and spreadsheet management.

Effective communication: The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders

Technical and analytical mindset: The candidate should possess a keen attention to detail, demonstrating the ability to meticulously review and analyse information, documents, and tasks to ensure accuracy and precision in their work.

The Job
As a full-time Legal Counsel, you will be part of Tendium’s dynamic Legal Team, currently consisting of two Legal Counsels. Even though the Legal Team is one of the smallest teams in the company, the Legal Team has a significant impact on the Tendium organisation and is essential in Tendium's growth and development. The team practices an open and collaborative atmosphere, always eager to assist and learn from one another.

The Legal Team is responsible for ensuring Tendium's compliance with applicable laws in relevant business areas and minimising any legal risks. The team provides support to all parts of the organisation by, for example, analysing, negotiating, and drafting contracts, conducting legal investigations, assisting various teams with legal inquiries, creating internal policies, and addressing the legal aspects of Tendium's services. The team’s work encompasses diverse areas including public access to information, artificial intelligence, technology, public procurement, intellectual property, labour law, corporate law, and more. As Tendium grows, more and more focus is placed on data protection, which will be one of the focus areas of this position, including developing and maintaining internal and external processes to meet the requirements of the GDPR, drafting GDPR policies, and staying current with relevant data legislation.

Given Tendium's evolving business model, the Legal Team often tackles unprecedented legal inquiries, and you will be entrusted with diverse tasks and responsibilities that revolve around the needs of the Tendium organisation. Your expertise and guidance in these areas will be instrumental in upholding the legal integrity of our company as we navigate the complex and ever-evolving legal landscape. Hur är det att jobba som säljare/Account Executive på Tendium?
Som Account Executive på Tendium jobbar du i vårt Sales Team och nära Marketing Team:et. Du kommer ingå i ett peppat gäng med högt tempo, där var och en har en nyckelroll i försäljningen. Vi vill göra Tendium hört och hjälpa fler företag att använda sina resurser på bästa sätt och växa sin verksamhet till den offentliga marknaden, och det är här du passar in perfekt!

Du kommer att jobba med en datadriven, digital säljprocess och ha ansvar för hela säljcykeln, från prospektering eller första möte till signerat avtal. Det är därför av största vikt att du är en vass säljare, som är lika duktig på att bygga fina relationer med kunder som att stänga nya affärer. Majoriteten av våra säljare sitter i Stockholm, några är remote. Vi söker dig som vill bli en del av vårt team i centrala Stockholm. Vårt superfina och fräscha kontor ligger i NK-huset.

The Job
As a full-time Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for all daily Finnish deliveries. This will primarily mean working with analysing Finnish text-based data, quality assurance and compiling AI-generated reports for customers, the very core operation of the company. Your tasks will also include working on important projects together with your colleagues, taking part in business development, and your own areas of responsibility such as sourcing and validation of data. The role will also entail supporting and helping our internal teams with Finnish translation when needed.

Arbetsuppgifter

Vi letar efter dig som har tidigare försäljningserfarenhet, är entreprenöriell, samt är van att ta egna initiativ och driva egna projekt. Du brinner för försäljning och strävar efter att alltid prestera på topp. Du har en god vana med att jobba i digitala CRM-verktyg som Hubspot eller Salesforce. Det är meriterande om du har:

- Minst 2 års erfarenhet och ett starkt track record av B2B-försäljning (helst inom SaaS)
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med att stänga affärer i storleken mellan 200 000-500 000 SEK
- Stark drivkraft att förenkla för företag att arbeta mer datadrivet och smartare med krångliga och tungrodda processer
- Utbildning från ett universitet eller alternativa kompetenser som att vara en självlärd vinnarskalle
- En idrottsbakgrund eller är tävlingsinriktad

Tendium is looking for extraordinary talents to join our Business Internship Program 2020. 
The internship program at Tendium is a fantastic opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship at an AI-startup and conduct strategic analysis which will be used in our expansion strategy. Over the course of 2 months you will have the opportunity to learn and understand the complex market we operate in, as well as the solutions our company builds. During this period you will be paid on an hourly basis for you workload. The program builds both general skills and domain knowledge with training and analytical projects. 
The program will run from mid-June to early August. We are conducting interviews on an ongoing basis until all spots are filled. 
Market Analysis Intern
As a Market Analysis Intern you will immerse yourself in a new industry and evaluate the business case for entering it. The analysis will touch upon multiple aspects of strategic analysis such as product viability, barriers to entry, market value, and expected return on investment. 
To ensure a successful analysis you will be provided with relevant training by experts. In the program you will apply a breadth of analytical skills as you work with disruptive technology in new industries. At the end of the internship you will deliver a business use case detailing your insights and findings. 
We are looking for exceptional individuals with an analytical mindset as well as the ability to communicate clearly. We offer two tracks, one focusing on Sweden and one on an EU market. For the latter, fluency in a European language other than Swedish or English is a requirement. 
Market Strategy Intern
As a Strategy Intern at Tendium you will get an in-depth experience of conducting a thorough competitor analysis and learn to understand our customers’ needs. You will get a 360º understanding of our market and the market’s actors. The program will result in a presentation and a written report with your findings and insights. 
To effectively analyse competitors will require you to learn about the technologies and solutions used at Tendium and compare and contrast these to other cutting-edge solutions within artificial intelligence and data analytics. In your analysis you will examine customer attributes, unique selling points, cost and benefit, entry barriers, and technology and data advantages. 
While a programming background is not a requirement for this role you will need a good understanding of how businesses function and a strong interest in technology.

The Job
As a Junior Analyst, you will work with customer deliveries, the very core operation of the company. The tasks will mainly be to analyse and compile reports for customers, which will be your first step into a growing business with lots of opportunities. Your contribution will have a huge impact and thus it is of importance that you are accurate and have a good eye for details. As we maintain a high standard it is important that you take ownership of your work. We are a technology-driven company, and you will work in our proprietary systems as well as in Microsoft Office and G Suite, and you should feel comfortable in a digital workplace.

A typical profile for this role is a first or second-year student of law, economics or engineering. You should have a technical and analytical mindset, and take pride in knowing your domain. Meanwhile, you are critical, comfortable with complexity and can navigate the unknown.

Depending on your ambition there will be further opportunities to work with projects of your preference within the company, e.g. market analysis and data classification.

The working hours are flexible both in terms of time of day as well as quantity per week.
