THE ROLE
As a Cloud Workspace Engineer at Haypp, you will collaborate with various departments and co-workers on diverse tasks. Your main goal is to ensure our services, systems, and endpoints are correctly configured, maintained, compliant, and secure. You will also lead IT projects to support company growth with scalable and automated solutions.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure that meets the needs of the business while ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This includes creating detailed documentation, conducting regular system audits, and developing strategies for disaster recovery and data protection.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our development teams to integrate new applications and services into our cloud environment. You will stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our processes and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, deploy, and optimize cloud workspaces leveraging Microsoft's cloud environment, including Azure AD, Office 365, and SharePoint.
Implement and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview for seamless device management and security.
IAM, configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) federation across diverse platforms and applications.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud workspaces with existing IT infrastructure.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud workspace engineering.
Manage and execute internal IT projects related to the internal workspace, ensuring services, systems, and endpoints are properly configured, maintained, compliant, and secure.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT tasks using scripting ( e.g., Bash PowerShell, Pyton )
Maintain and improve IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and IT routines.



WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU


Proficiency in Azure and Microsoft365 tools and services.
Proficiency in Windows endpoint management, and experience with MacOS, iOS, Android is a plus.
Proficiency setting up and maintaining IT Service Management and Asset management.
Proficiency in IAM and in-depth knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) federation protocols and technologies.
Experience in advanced network configuration a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant experience.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar are a plus.
Ability to work 100% on-site or hybrid remote with a minimum of 3 days/week in the Stockholm office.

THE ROLE
As our Senior Content Manager with focus on consumer behaviour, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our content strategy within scientific communications. As a part of the Content Team, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Content within the External Affairs department. You will collaborate closely with external stakeholders and internal departments to align our content activities with the overall strategy for our various sites and markets. Content is a vital part of our work at Haypp Group, especially as we operate in a regulated market. Your primary responsibilities will be:
Analyse business needs, initiate research and survey projects and studies and communicate these in a creative way
Creating written, visual and video content and hands-on working with our teams within Content, Scientific Affairs, Insights, PR, SEO and CRM based on relevant markets
Collaborate with country and businesses unit managers when required and identify market priorities based on business needs
Enhancing our various brands visibility by producing articles and opinion pieces based on topical issues, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and brand messaging

Be responsible for content on a new brand web page and boosting an existing YouTube channel.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
For the role of Senior Content Manager with focus on consumer behaviour, we are looking for an ambitious person who is passionate about content production, harm reduction and scientific communications. You should have a background in communication, science, politics, healthcare, e-commerce, the nicotine industry or other regulated industries. We expect you to have a comprehensive understanding of science and brand building as well as the general political landscape, the ability to think strategically and that you have worked with SEO and AI.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you possess the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or similar experience in Communications / Science / Social Science / Law / Economics or a related field.
Interest in social issues
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in content, science, consumer impact, brand building, public relations, e-commerce or regulated industries
Advanced analytical skills to interpret data as well as research material and political decisions
Solid project management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Consumer Insights Consultant at Haypp Group, you will join the Haypp Lab team, our in-house insight division. At Haypp Lab, you'll be part of a successful, forward-thinking, and skilled team, We offer our clients,, actionable insights by leveraging our robust consumer base and knowledge of the category to affect their market strategy, product development and branding. Within your role you will get the opportunity to work with multiple clients, on different markets and various projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Execution: Take charge of end-to-end project management, from understanding client objectives to delivering insightful final reports. This encompasses everything from proposal drafting, methodology selection, questionnaire design, to data collection and analysis. Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide client decision-making.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Manage relationships with other internal departments: CRM, Customer Service, Category management, after-sales.
Continuously building and developing our consumer insights offer.
Support internal departments in their insights needs by conducting specific projects that help the growth of Haypp Group as a business.

OM ROLLEN
I takt med att Haypp Group växer söker vi nu en ny kollega till vårt Product Operations team. THE ROLE
We’re now looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our in-house technology team on the journey of constant improvement, development and scaling of the technical platform powering our business.
Our frontend is built using a custom Typescript framework powered by .NET Core on the backend. We use Webpack, Typescript and Less for building and constantly improving our e-com platform.

THE ROLE
As an Content Manager you will be responsible for producing SEO-focused written content for our e-commerce sites in US. In this role, you will primarily focus on content execution and optimization by following detailed content briefs while collaborating with our SEO and content team to meet specific business needs.
The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates excellent copywriting skills, possesses a deep understanding of keyword-optimization, is eager to work efficiently with AI in the content creation process, and can manage day-to-day content tasks with speed and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
Write and edit SEO-driven content (written text & occasional graphics) tailored to the UK market.
Apply SEO best practices to craft optimized copy for improved visibility and rankings.
Focus on executing content based on briefs, ensuring keyword integration, readability and SEO relevance.
Ensure content compliance with local legal requirements and collaborate with our legal team for review.
Contribute content suggestions that align with SEO strategies and focus on keyword priorities.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
Native-level English speaker with excellent copywriting skills.
A bachelor’s degree (-or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in SEO copywriting, preferably for the US market.
A good understanding of on-page SEO techniques and best practices.
Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite and/or Canva).
Experience working with CMS systems (e.g. Easyfy or WordPress).

THE ROLE
We’re now looking for a Data Engineer to join our data engineering team in our tech department. You’ll join us on a journey of constant improvement, development and scaling of the data infrastructure powering our business insights. We’re working with the AWS technology stack, including Redshift, S3, EC2, Lambdas, SageMaker etc. for sourcing all our e-com data from multiple sources, building insights and running Machine Learning Models.
As a Data Engineer in Haypp, you’ll find modern technologies, agile workflows, and tight integration at the heart of the business. Implement, develop, and maintain data pipelines connecting to multiple data sources such as in-house e-comm platform, salesforce, google analytics etc. You will be working with the following things on a daily basis:
Build new data pipelines to integrate new data sources.

THE ROLE
As a Content Manager (and part of our customer acquisition team), you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing content for our sites in the English-speaking markets with your time split between the UK and US markets. In this role you will primarily focus on executing content briefs with precision and a touch of creativity while collaborating with our SEO and content team to align priorities and business needs.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses a solid understanding of SEO best practices for content optimization, demonstrates excellent writing abilities, and has the capacity to efficiently handle multiple projects concurrently.

Main Responsibilities
Execute on content briefs for your local markets.
Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for maximum visibility.
Assess task priority, recognizing when to expedite content production versus when to invest additional time for refinement and added creative flair.
Ensure content compliance with local legal requirements, including collaboration with the legal team for review.
Add your own content ideas and suggestions that align with our SEO needs to our backlog.
Project manage your assigned tasks, keeping records up to date and ensuring they smoothly flow through the process of ideation to completion.
Publish content across various platforms, adapting to distinct technical specifications for each.
Demonstrate agility in working with sprints, maintaining project scope, and adapting to changing priorities.
Create SEO optimized graphics to align with our overall SEO strategy.
Occasionally edit, review and publish content submitted by external teams such as CRM or PR, keeping SEO best practices and needs in mind.
Collaborate with local business unit managers where needed and identify project priorities based on business needs.


You will be the right fit for this role if you have
Native English speaker with excellent writing skills
A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience with content production
A solid understanding of SEO best practices
Proficiency with design tools (such as Adobe Suite)
Experience working with CMS systems (such as Magento)
Strong organizational and project management skills, with an agile mindset that allows for flexibility and adaptive work methods.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage tasks, while also being a collaborative team player when necessary.
Cultural understanding and market knowledge US and UK markets.

THE ROLE
You will join our kick-ass Customer Acquisition team (part of our marketing organization) responsible for driving all traffic to our e-commerce stores. In this role you will play a crucial role in the execution of organic search. You will get the chance to be part of setting the SEO strategy for Haypp, including managing all SEO activities, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings. We are one of the market leaders in SEO practices and you will work with best-in-class colleagues that can offer loads of knowledge exchange.
The demand for healthier alternatives to smoking has never been higher. To make Haypp Group excel you’ll work closely with all other functions within the marketing department (you’ll get support from copywriters, web editors, store owners, paid marketing specialists etc.), but also with a lot of other stakeholders around the organization. THE ROLE
We’re now looking for a Data Engineer to join our data engineering team in our tech department. You’ll join us on a journey of constant improvement, development and scaling of the data infrastructure powering our business insights. We’re working with the AWS technology stack, including Redshift, S3, EC2, Lambdas, SageMaker etc. for sourcing all our e-com data from multiple sources, building insights and running Machine Learning Models.
As a Data Engineer in Haypp, you’ll find modern technologies, agile workflows, and tight integration at the heart of the business. Implement, develop, and maintain data pipelines connecting to multiple data sources such as in-house e-comm platform, salesforce, google analytics etc. You will be working with the following things on a daily basis:

THE ROLE
We’re now looking for a Backend Developer to join our in-house technology team on the journey of constant improvement, development and scaling of the technical platform powering our business.
Our ecommerce platforms are powered by .NET Core on the backend. We use Webpack, Typescript and Less on the front-end for building and constantly improving our e-com platform.
Modern technologies, agile workflows, and tight integration into the heart of the business is what you will find as a developer in Haypp Group Tech. As a backend developer you will have responsibility for developing and maintaining our e-commerce platforms and integrations, as well as using your knowledge to develop and move our tech stack forward by using the best technology available. You will be a part of one of our teams working with developing a best-in-class e-commerce platform.
We are today a solid team of 8 people where everyone has an equal say on how we are to set our architecture and affect how we are to solve the challenges we face.

Implement, develop and maintain features in the e-com platform
Work closely with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation to develop the technical aspects of prioritized business projects.

We’re now looking for a Fullstack Developer with a Frontend focus to join our in-house technology team on the journey of constant improvement, development and scaling of the technical platform powering our business. We’re working on .NET Core, our custom framework in Typescript, Webpack and Less for building and constantly improving our e-com platform. We have a .NET stack built on the MVC pattern but are constantly developing this for the future to take scalability and efficiency to the next level. THE POSITION

We are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Digital Marketing and CRM team, working directly with the marketing management team to help us make more informed decisions. YOU WILL
Take a leading role in setting up and reviewing campaign analytics, sales analytics and developing robust A/B tests.
Deep dive into customer insights with a core focus on customer happiness, churn, reactivation, loyalty and CLV.
Use your strong analytical and technical skills to work with the Insights team to develop predictive modelling to gather insights on frequency of purchases & communication as well as continuously developing of our product recommendation models
Own the analytics backlog and prioritization for the CRM team as well as the company
Understanding different customer segments and work with rest of the organization of how to cater to their needs in the best way
Present findings to stakeholders to make sure knowledge about our customers are shared throughout the company


ABOUT YOU
It’s important to us that you thrive in both your role and the company. We think you’ll be off to a great start if you possess some of these qualities or experiences:
Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience within a customer focused analytics role

The role
You will join our kick-ass Category Management team that has the overall commercial and sales responsibility for Haypp Group. They are responsible for driving all negotiations around our products (nicotine pouches and snus), assortment and pricing, but also establishing pre-conditions for increased sales. This team is a key driver in continuously building and executing our supplier relations strategy and is operating in the very heartbeat of our business. Our e-commerce platforms are optimized and best in class. In addition, we have a world-class insights platform where we monetize insights for external partners.
In the role as Category Coordinator you will work closely together will all functions within Haypp Group. You’ll own the planning around all our customer centric campaigns, including tracking and implementation. Further, you can expect to involve yourself in the following activities:
Own the overall planning around monthly campaign and product launches
Make sure the teams around you are fully updated on our plans
Ensure that all necessary materials is collected from our partners
Make sure that we always deliver on time in full
Take part in supplier meetings together with Category Managers, which might also involve some travelling.
Act as the key point of contact for the Category Management team
Supporting the Category Managers with insights and data
Analyze sales and consumer data and come with commercial proposals

Rollen
Vi letar nu efter en Data Engineer till vårt Insight & Analytics team i Stockholm. Övergripande kommer dina ansvarsområden bestå av att upprätthålla och förbättra en molnbaserad datalösning och arbeta i team för att utveckla nya Insights-produkter med hjälp av Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Machine Learning. Du kommer ha ett nära samarbete med hela Insight & Analytics teamet och ha breda kontaktytor inom hela organisationen, särskilt utvecklingsteamet och systemägare. Du kommer att rapportera till CIAO – Chief Insight & Analytics Officer.

Kundserviceavdelningen består av ett gäng på 15 flitiga, glada och hjälpsamma hjältar som brinner för service och tillsammans med resten av företaget säkrar bolagets frammarsch på diverse spännande marknader.
Om tjänsten
Vi letar nu efter en driven och engagerad stjärna till vår kundservicefunktion för våra marknader, med fokus på våra svenska och amerikanska konsumenter. Din uppgift är att säkra orderhanteringen och att vi ger varje kund riktigt bra service. Tjänsten är på 100% och upplärning kommer att ske under dagtid men därefter är arbetstiderna Måndag- Fredag 12-21.
Din profil
Tidigare dokumenterad erfarenhet av kundbemötande (butik, event, sälj, kundservice etc).
Trivs med att arbeta självständigt och i ett team.
Lösningsorienterad.
Uppvisar genuint engagemang mot kund.
Systemvana och kvick vid tangentbordet
Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Starkt meriterande är goda kunskaper i det tyska språket, samt förståelse för den amerikanska kulturen eller amerikanskt uttal på engelskan, men det är inget krav.
