Love making sales teams faster, sharper, and happier? Keep reading.
At Simployer, we’re on a mission to simplify work-life for employers through smart, modern HR tech. We’re growing fast, moving boldly, and now we’re looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager who wants to remove friction, boost performance, and help our sales team win more, with less effort.
What we offer:
High-Impact Role: You shape how sales works, and how fast we grow

Collaborative Culture: Ambitious, low-ego team that loves improving together

AI-Forward Environment: Automation, insight, and smarter ways of working

Real Ownership: You own enablement, systems, and improvements end-to-end

Room to Grow: Big mandate, big trust, and lots of learning opportunities

About the role:
This role sits right at the heart of sales. Your mission is simple (but powerful): Help our sales team sell smarter, faster, and with less friction.
You’ll combine data, hands-on insight, AI, and enablement to identify what slows sales down, whether it’s process, tools, skills, or habits, and fix it. Salesforce is a key platform, but this is not a pure admin role. Outcomes matter more than tools.
Why this is a great opportunity:
You’ll play a key role in scaling a fast-growing HR tech company, working close to sales, leadership, and strategy. If you love clarity, momentum, and seeing your work turn directly into better results, this role is for you.
In short: you’ll help great salespeople become unstoppable, and have a lot of fun doing it.
What you will do:
Your tasks will be diverse, but here are some of the most important parts of the role:

Own Sales Enablement end-to-end (onboarding, playbooks, coaching support)

Improve sales productivity, velocity, and pipeline quality

Use data, AI, and automation to spot bottlenecks and drive impact

Act as Salesforce owner for Sales, in close collaboration with an external expert

Partner closely with Sales Leadership and AEs, including shadowing sales

What you will bring to the team:
Experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Enablement

Hands-on Salesforce experience (reports, dashboards, workflows, basic automation)

Strong understanding of B2B sales and real-life selling

An AI-first, automation-minded way of solving problems

A practical mindset, you make change stick without becoming “process police”

Strong communication skills in Swedish or Norwegian, as well as English (written and spoken).

Message from the hiring manager:
Hi, I’m Gunnar Aasen, CRO at Simployer.
We’re growing fast, and scaling sales across markets requires more than great sellers, it requires great systems, sharp enablement, and a team that constantly improves. That’s why this role matters. You’ll help us remove friction, build smart ways of working, and make it easier for the team to win.
If you enjoy turning insight into action and making sales feel smooth and effective, I’d love to hear from you.
– Gunnar Aasen, Chief Revenue Officer

Simployer/AlexisHR is expanding its integration capabilities by offering integration solutions to our customers, seamlessly connecting with their existing IT ecosystems, which often include third-party systems such as recruiting software (ATS), CRM, Payroll, and IdP solutions.

Our dedicated integration team, supported by a robust platform built on Apache Camel, is at the forefront of these efforts.

As the integration architect, you will be part of a central team and impact how we work with integration. With a modern view, you will drive our integration capability forward, develop new integration requirements, and standardize existing ones while promoting a self-service mindset in building integrations.

What you will do:

- Set directions and manage activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet organizational and customer business requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust integration architecture framework to facilitate scalable and secure connections with external systems.
- Drive the strategy on integration target architecture.
- Build and define an ecosystem of partners and “standard” integrations that connect to our data & onboarding APIs (e.g., pre-integrated HR systems, Payroll systems, Data analysis services, etc.).
- Ensure successful customer adoption of our solutions, connecting them to their other commercial software applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in product & technology, sales departments, and customer organizations.
- Provide expert advice to product teams on the use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture, and best practices.
What you will bring to the team:

- A strong technical understanding of APIs, Distributed systems, Event sourcing, and integrations gained through working as a developer or integration architect with some level of customer contact.
- Proficiency in building scalable integration services, preferably with systems such as ERP and/or Payroll.
- Fluency in at least one OOP language, such as Java, Kotlin, or C#.
- Experience working in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Integration Systems such as Apache Camel, Jboss Fuse, WSO2, or Azure Logic Apps.
- Attention to detail and the ability to implement stable and scalable integrations
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills

What we see as a plus:

- Experience in the identity & access management area
- Experience in the HRIS domain (HR master data, HR systems, Payroll data, and Employee & Organizational data).
Our main tech stack:

Java, C#, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, Docker, AWS, .Net Core, JavaScript, REACT, MS , Rabbit MQ, Event Hub, Azure, Kubernetes, Containers, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Octopus, TeamCity, Azure.

Message from the Hiring Manager:

I'm Micha?, and I serve as the Engineering Manager for the Connectivity team. I've been with Simployer for over 6 years, and it's only getting more interesting as time goes on. Our team's responsibilities include:

- Providing integration solutions to third parties, such as payroll systems.
- Offering advisory services for internal integration architecture.
- Managing responsibilities within the back-office platform.
When you work with us, you can count on:

- Great conversations about how to solve things (without drowning in endless meetings).

- A super supportive team that’s always ready to help—and maybe share a coffee or two.
- A fun ride as we tackle challenges together, because work should be enjoyable, right?
We’re all about keeping things easy-going and productive, with a few laughs along the way!

Our hiring process

- HR Screening: A brief conversation with our HR team to learn more about you and your background (approx. 15 minutes).
- Meeting with Micha?: A technical screening and a friendly introduction to get to know each other (approx. 30 minutes).
- Personality and Logic Test: A short assessment to help us understand your problem-solving abilities and cognitive strengths via Alva Labs.
- Technical Interview: You'll meet with Michal again together with other Tech leaders for a more in-depth technical discussion and to get a feel for our team (approx. 60 minutes).
- Informal HR Interview: Before making an offer, we’ll have a final informal chat to answer any last questions and ensure everything feels right on both sides.
We can’t wait to meet you!

Do you want to join an exciting SaaS and HR journey? At Simployer, while we aren’t trying to colonize Mars, we are in it to win it and are already a major HR tech mover in the Nordics. We are around 350 people running a business of more than 500 NOK ARR, all striving to become the preferred choice for employees and customers within the HR sector in Northern Europe.

We are now looking for our next superstar, a Product Designer to join our product department of approx. 20 awesome product people.

About the position

We are on the lookout for someone not afraid to explore, dig deep and switch contexts. One day working on a whiteboard with broad concepts and the next documenting the nitty-gritty details for a development handover.

As a Product Designer at Simployer you are a vital ingredient in creating best-in-class experiences and ensure we ship delightful experiences to our customers. You’ll lead and support projects with product teams, work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers. You have probably done a few years of hands-on design in different teams and contexts. No need to be an expert but a solid foundation is required. A sharp visual eye is harder to train than the patterns and rules of UX.

By joining a company with an ambitious product strategy, we also expect you to help shaping the ways of working in our growing design department and continue building a strong culture.

Who are we looking for?

- Strong visual, interaction, and design system skills
- + 3 years’ experience from a similar role (product design of digital solutions)
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools
- Experience in end-to-end product delivery
- Knowledge of user analytics and testing
- Great communication skills and fluency in English
- Being tech savvy (understanding front-end programming is a plus)
- A portfolio showcasing your work, process, and outcome
- And perhaps most importantly, a kind human being.

What do we offer?

In Simployer, our employees are the most valuable resource. We have an inclusive culture built on mutual trust and respect, autonomy, shared sense of purpose and where we are proud of being a Simployee. We think that belonging is a vital feeling to have as an employee. Your well-being is important for us, and we know the importance of having a work-life balance.

You will meet ambitious and skilled colleagues who make an impression, inspire each other and enjoy working together. With us, we give you room to grow, both professionally and personally. We want our employees to be seen and get recognition for their work. All employees should feel valued, included and appreciated; Every employee is unique but equal with us.

The position is a full-time position in the Stockholm or Oslo office. Selection and interviews will take place on an ongoing basis.

Visa mindre
