Our role
We are looking for a proactive and detail?oriented Accountant to join our Finance team, with responsibility across both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
In this role, you will manage daily transactional activities, such as invoice handling, payments, customer billing, and collections - while supporting accurate and timely month?end reporting.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable shifting between AP and AR depending on business needs. You will also play an important role in helping us modernize our financial processes by identifying manual workflows and contributing to automation initiatives, including the use of digital tools and emerging AI capabilities.
Responsibilities

Support with intercompany reporting.


Manage supplier and customer invoices, credit notes, payments, and related documentation.


Reconcile AP and AR, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.


Handle supplier and customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status.


Support collection processes, including reminders and follow?up on overdue balances.


Contribute to month?end close activities and assist with audit requests.


Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely postings.


Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest improvements and automation opportunities.


Assist the team with additional responsibilities and ad?hoc projects if needed.


Qualifications

About 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably covering both AP and AR.


Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.


Solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and general financial controls.


Hands?on experience with an ERP/accounting systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous).


Strong Excel skills.


Interest in IT, automation, digitalization, and AI?supported finance processes is a strong advantage.


Fluency in English. Swedish is advantageous.

Service Delivery Owner

The role:

Main tasks
Within Securitas our IT landscape is transforming, we are transitioning from a decentralized IT landscape to a Divisional-driven setup. In this new model, Divisional solutions and applications (ERP, HCM, Workforce Management, Guard Reporting, etc.) must work seamlessly with local applications and integrations.
To support this evolution, we are seeking a strong, business-focused professional to take on a dual role:

Full Application Service Delivery Owner for Sweden


Full owner of the Swedish Service Management Office (SMO)


As you establish a solid foundation in Sweden, your remit will expand across the entire Cluster North, taking on a more tactical and strategic role, driving harmonization, alignment, and long-term roadmaps in line with Divisional strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Application Service Delivery (Sweden – Full Ownership)

End-to-end responsibility for Swedish application services.


Ensure availability, performance, compliance, and user satisfaction.


Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases in line with ITSM processes.


Lead service reviews, governance routines, and vendor interactions.


Implement and track service improvements and KPIs.


Ensure accurate documentation, configuration items, and service definitions.



Service Management Office (Sweden – Full Ownership)

Manage and coordinate assigned Service Team and work actively to improve team performance and collaboration.


Accountable and responsible for developing and maintain service(s) roadmap for the SMO function.


Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to control quality and timing of service releases for business continuity and participate in the Cluster IS/IT Portfolio Steering Committee.


Contribute to ITSM process development, governance, and optimization in alignment with Divisional SMO.


Support reporting, metrics, service reviews, and performance dashboards. Responsible for defining and ensuring business and user centric KPI’s, OLA’s and SLAs for service operations.


Drive adoption of consistent service management practices across countries.


Act as a bridge between operations, application teams, and service governance functions.


Take the ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review.


Cluster Expansion (Tactical/Strategic Role)

Support alignment and harmonization of application services and SMO across countries.


Participate in defining crosscountry roadmaps, standards, and integration approaches.


Lead or contribute to local projects and service improvement initiatives.


Serve as a trusted advisor to the wider cluster and to the division.


Help build scalable and repeatable service structures for the cluster.



Key Personal skills

Relevant experience from building, developing, and managing IT service management in an international environment.


Experienced in application management, service delivery, and ITSM frameworks.


Skilled at balancing hands?on operational work with process and strategic thinking.

About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst to join our Global IT Procurement team. In this role, you will combine analytical expertise with hands-on exposure to procurement activities. While your main focus will be on data analysis, reporting, and operational support, you may also have the chance to run smaller sourcing cases and supplier interactions. This makes the role well-suited for someone who wants to build a career in procurement and grow into a future Sourcing Manager role.

About the role
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with systems, and is passionate about improving the experience for our employees. You will be the foundation that keeps our key HR tools — like Teamflect, our Learning Management System (LMS), and Peakon — running smoothly and effectively for everyone. Your insider knowledge of our company is your biggest asset.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for the day-to-day functionality of our HR systems. You will work under the guidance of a senior P&C team member and partner closely with our IT LMS Administrator to ensure data integrity, manage user access, and gather the feedback that helps us make our systems better for everyone. This is a key role in empowering our entire P&C function with the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
User Management & Support: Be the first point of contact for system-related queries from employees and people managers. Manage user profiles, access levels, and organizational data within the systems.

Global IT Procurement
Global IT Procurement manages Securitas IT’s supplier ecosystem with a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality, sustainability, and risk management. The function consists of two domains - Software Asset Management (SAM) and Sourcing - led by the Head of IT Procurement. About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst to join our Global IT Procurement team. In this role, you will combine analytical expertise with hands-on exposure to procurement activities. While your main focus will be on data analysis, reporting, and operational support, you may also have the chance to run smaller sourcing cases and supplier interactions. This makes the role well-suited for someone who wants to build a career in procurement and grow into a future Sourcing Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyse, and interpret spend and supplier data to support decision-making.
Develop clear reports and dashboards to track savings, performance, and compliance.
Provide operational support in procurement activities such as RFx preparation, supplier evaluations, and contract follow-ups.
Assist the team in executing sourcing strategies and plans, translate raw data into digestible PowerPoint presentations as per need.
Take ownership of selected sourcing cases and manage defined supplier interactions under guidance.
Monitor supplier performance and contribute to supplier risk management.
Act as a point of contact for defined suppliers and support stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and ways of working.

Candidate Profile
Experience & Competence
3–4 years’ experience in an analytical role (IT sector, procurement or sourcing experience is an advantage).
University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Fluent English.
Perfect skills in MS Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Experience in an international or matrix organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
· Data Quality Management:

Working with global, divisional and country data stewards to establish data governance practices (with agreement of the Data CoE), ensuring compliance with global standards and policies.
Leading initiatives to align data definitions, hierarchies, and structures across platforms to support consistent global reporting and analytics.
Promoting data stewardship practices across the organization, educating teams on data quality responsibilities and best practices.

· Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Taking a key role as part of the Data CoE and build trusted relationships with the other members.
Acting as a liaison between business units, global data stewards, and IT teams to ensure data quality and migration requirements align with business needs.
Communicating data initiatives, progress, and outcomes effectively to various stakeholders, including leadership, global/divisional/country leaders, and technical teams.
Engaging with CRM users globally to understand data pain points and improvement opportunities, translating needs into actionable data quality solutions.

· Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
Identifying opportunities for process automation to enhance data quality management and streamline migration workflows.
Staying up to date on data management best practices.
Fostering a culture of data excellence across the organization.

Requirements:
· Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data quality, data migration, and data management roles within CRM environments.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; familiarity with data structures across multiple CRM and ERP platforms is a plus.
Track record of success in managing data migration projects, data quality initiatives, and global data governance programs.

· Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Proficiency with data migration tools, ETL processes, and data quality management software.

Main tasks

The role will be based in Stockholm and include responsibility as site manager for the office and management of the employees within Core IT (infrastructure) in addition to the Nordic SMO function. This will include relevant HR tasks such as yearly salaries, vacation approval and employee management in collaboration with the Service Delivery Owner for Core IT and the Cluster Director.
Management of the SE budget for Core IT in collaboration with the Service Delivery Owner for Core IT and Service Management Office budget for the Nordic countries together with the Cluster Director.

ROLE
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and dedicated Legal Counsel with excellent skills in privacy regulation and experience in data governance.
Your role will include two key parts:
Support Securitas Digital and the Securitas IT team on privacy and data governance questions. Develop, maintain, and execute a data-driven strategy to transform our business and create new digital services in a compliant and efficient manner. This includes drafting necessary guidelines and other documents, performing training, conducting risk assessments, and supporting the organization in mapping legal frameworks that impact our use and protection of all data sources.
Participate as a privacy advisor in global projects and work closely with data analysts and product owners to ensure privacy by design, conduct transfer impact assessments, and provide sufficient information internally and externally within services and products.

The Global IT Transformation function is tasked with planning, designing and executing the transformation of Securitas IT landscape to deliver modernization, consolidation and enablement of the Intelligent Security Roadmap. Within Global IT Transformation lies the following functions: Global PMO, Enterprise Architecture and Strategy as well as Cyber Security. Within this responsibility lies the execution of the BEDROCK program. The BEDROCK program consists of a set of critical IT transformation initiatives, all aimed at optimizing for today and laying the foundation for continuous development of Securitas, a Securitas characterized by agility, responsiveness and collaboration.


Project Director within Global IT Transformation/PMO
As Project Director within Global IT Transformation you will be tasked with identifying, scoping, planning and executing business-critical transformation initiatives in the interface between business and IT. You will be a part of a growing an international team where you will get the opportunity to work across all of Securitas, optimizing today’s business and building for the future. As a part of Global IT Transformation, you will be part of a group of experienced project and program managers and you will have the full support of the Global IT and Intelligent Services organization.
On a day to day basis, you will manage one or a set of projects in the global technology project portfolio. These projects will be mostly focused on IT but will more than often contain significant business change activities. Project clients will be business or IT representatives from across our global organization, on country, divisional or global level.
The Project Director reports to Director, Head of Global PMO, and is a part of the Global IT Transformation Team.
Overall responsibilities and tasks:
Build and lead high performing global project teams
Drive and facilitate change across Securitas
Manage project finances
Manage project stakeholders
Contribute to Securitas project portfolio management
Ensure high-quality project deliverables
Continually grow Securitas project capabilities



We believe you have
Significant (+10 years) international project experience
Solid track-record in execution of international/global technology change project and programs – with particular focus on IT Infrastructure and cloud technologies
Academic degree within engineering or business administration
Fluent business English
Relevant project certifications (IPMA, PMI etc)

 The Global PMO-function drives global projects and travel is a natural part of the day to day activities. The expected travel is on average in the range of 20-30 % but will vary up and down depending on type of project and the phase of the project, most frequently to Stockholm, Sweden and Parsippany, NY USA, but also to implementation sites for the global projects.

The Test Automation Engineer role
As a Test Automation Engineer at Intelligent Products you will be part of a development team with focus on test automation and continuous integration. You continuously improve the operational stability and performance of the products and services delivered by the team. Help the team make releases a non-event and be confident that what is released to production meets a high quality. The work also includes:
Automation of test activities in a microservice oriented environment: Integration testing, performance testing and end-to-end testing (black box)
Manual testing and quality assurance where automation is not available or applicable   
Improve ways of working by sharing experiences and best practices

 
Preferred experience and competence
One or more programming languages, e.g. C#, Python, JavaScript
Test frameworks and tools, for example JMeter, Gatling, Selenium
Agile project experience, working with Jira and Azure DevOps (VSTS)
Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment
Experience in Linux/Bash shell
Working in cloud native environments e.g. Azure or AWS
