• Be in tight communication with factories and headquarter for the supply related matters

What do we need for this role?

Detta är en central roll för oss där du kommer att ansvara för presales-processen i Norden. Din huvuduppgift blir att stötta alla kunder med konkreta förslag på lösningar för olika HVAC-projekt. Du kommer också att ansvara för Pre-Sales-strategin tillsammans med ledningen. En del av rollen kommer att vara att nyttja och bygga upp ett nätverk inom HVAC-industrin för dig själv och Samsung.
Du kommer att ha tydliga mål för vad du ska åstadkomma, men kommer att ha en hög grad av självständighet i hur du tar dig dit. För att kunna nå målen bör du nyttja styrkorna hos teamet och lyckas tillsammans.
Du kommer att vara ansvarig för:
- Hitta projekt via distributörer, kunder och konsulter på de nordiska marknaderna och omvandla dem till konkreta lösningar med föreslagna produkter, installation etc. Efter att lösningen har tagits fram av dig eller vår partner måste projektet registreras och följas upp via Sales Force.
- Genomföra presentationer av projektlösningar.
- Utbilda i hårdvara och mjukvara till kommersiella kunder (återförsäljare, distributörer och kunder).
- Leverera utbildning till personal och stödja distributörers förförsäljningsavdelning
- Delta i och engagera sig i evenemang med våra europeiska team för pre-sales och affärsutveckling.

- Hantering och testning av ny programvara och införande av den i projekt.

Vem vi söker:
Vi söker någon med stor erfarenhet inom HVAC-branschen. För att passa i rollen bör du vara en person som är resultatorienterad, har ett starkt nätverk och tycker om att aktivt hitta nya affärsmöjligheter. Vi förväntar oss att du har:
Arbetat minst 5 år som installatör eller HVAC-konsult
Hög kompetens inom HVAC-produkter som kan beräkna och rita tekniska HVAC-lösningar
Erfarenhet av att presentera tekniska HVAC-lösningar för externa intressenter

Samsung fortsätter att växa och söker nu en teknisk supportperson till vårt Air Conditioning (Aircon) Team. I den här rollen kommer du att stödja våra installatörer och servicemedarbetare via e-post, teammöten eller telefon. Arbetsbeskrivning
Vi arbetar med produktgruppen Climate Solutions. Här ingår allt från bostadsprodukter som luft till luft och luft till vatten. Vi har också ett stort utbud av produkter som är lämpliga för kommersiella applikationer. T.ex. VRF-system för hotell, restauranger och butiker.
I den här rollen kommer du att vara teknisk support för våra installatörer och distributörer. Du hjälper dem med rätt manual, stöd med serviceguider, inställningar i parametermenyer, mätningar av komponenter, en guide till reparationsenheter etc. Du kommer att hjälpa till med felsökning av produkter och läsa lednings- och kretsscheman.


Några av arbetsuppgifterna kommer att vara:
Daglig teknisk support till installatörer via e-post, telefon, chatt, direkta möten och team.
Hålla utbildningar både på vårt utbildningscenter och på plats för distributörernas tekniska team, installatörer och konsulter.
Däremellan skapar du guider och videor för installatörer för att stödja dem på plats
Tillsammans med teamet att sätta en strategi för att ha den bästa servicen i branschen.

Du kommer att resa för att stötta vårt säljteam mellan 10-20 dagar per år, men mer om det passar dig. Vi utbildar på plats för efterfrågade produktgrupper.
Vi vill utveckla nya verktyg för att stödja våra kunder. Ibland kan du vara projektledare och implementera nya verktyg som vi väljer att arbeta med.

The team sits in our Office in Kista but be ready to travel around the Nordic countries for face-to-face meetings with partners and colleagues.

You will have the full responsibility for the Digital Storage business, and play the key role in developing- and implementing business plans on both strategic and operational level. You will act as the main contact for Samsung Digital Storage Division headquarters in Korea as well as drive Sales with your own dedicated accounts.
Part of the role will be to define and implement a Pan Nordic go-to-market strategy based on Market analysis (Market Sizing, Market- and Consumer trends, Tech Trends), Competitor analysis, and Customer & Channel analysis.
It is your role to ensure that:
· Revenue targets are met
· Marketshare targets are met
· Profit targets are met
· Other Key Performance Indicators are met
And lead your team to proactively:
· Create annual/quarterly/monthly sell-in and sell-out plans to ensure profitable revenue- and market share growth on the market and within each account
· Create sales- and campaign plans by product with each account and update on a weekly basis in our internal systems and upon request to internal counterparts
· Review & Manage sales progress and channel stock on a weekly basis and take appropriate action

We are looking for someone who already has experience with sales in the digital storage or memory industry. Role And Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the technical support for our installers and distributors. You will support them with the correct manual, support with service guides, settings in parameter menus, measurements of the components, guide to repair units, etc. You will help with troubleshooting products and read wiring and circuit diagrams.

Create guides and videos

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· At least B Sc (M Sc preferred) in business administration, marketing or other relevant higher education.

EXPERIENCE:
· 2-3 years’ experience from working in consumer facing e-commerce or retail business operations
· Experience from working within eCommerce or retail business operations
· Minimum 1 years’ experience from working with analytics, Google and/or Adobe Analytics
· Solid knowledge of the MS Office in general, and Excel in particular
· Experience from working in Hybris is a plus
