Vad du kommer att göra
Som Product Designer hos oss blir du en del av Rillions designteam och får en nyckelroll i hur vi utvecklar och förbättrar våra produkter. Teamet består idag av tre designers som arbetar nära utvecklare och produktägare i våra olika produktteam.
Här tror vi på ett tätt samarbete där design, teknik och affär möts för att skapa lösningar som både är smidiga och värdeskapande.
I din vardag kommer du att:
• Arbeta med hela designprocessen från insikt och research till prototyp och färdig lösning
• Genomföra kundintervjuer, samla in feedback och omsätta data till designbeslut
• Designa och vidareutveckla gränssnitt och flöden med fokus på både UX och UI
• Samarbeta nära utvecklare och produktägare för att säkerställa att designen fungerar i praktiken
• Vara med och driva Rillions designprinciper, dela kunskap och bidra till hur vi arbetar med design som helhet


Vem vi letar efter
Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av produktdesign och som trivs i miljöer där du själv får driva arbetet framåt. Du gillar att vara ute i teamen, förstå användarnas vardag och omsätta insikter till lösningar som fungerar på riktigt. Vi tror att du gillar att arbeta tvärfunktionellt och nära utvecklare. Du bör även trivas med att driva fram egna initiativ och ta ansvar för din process. Du behöver vara flytande på svenska och engelska.
Vi tror även att du har:
• 5+ års erfarenhet som Product Designer, UX/UI-designer eller liknande
• Erfarenhet av att designa komplexa digitala produkter, gärna inom SaaS och B2B
• Mycket goda kunskaper i Figma eller liknande verktyg
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med användarcentrerad design, från research till leverans
• God förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta nära utvecklare och produktteam
Det är ett plus om du har:
• Tekniska kunskaper inom gränssnittsutveckling (front-end)
• Erfarenhet av att designa eller utveckla AI-drivna produkter eller LLM-baserade verktyg
• Akademisk utbildning inom interaktionsdesign, UX eller liknande

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our data team here at Rillion. The team today is five data and ML engineers, and you’ll be their manager, coach, and technical sounding board.
The role is a mix of people leadership and technical involvement: about 70% engineering management and about 30% hands-on work close to the tech. You'll need to stay on top of technical decisions, help with architecture, roll up your sleeves when needed, and occasionally write production code too.
You’ll be part of our engineering leadership group together with the other EMs. We share responsibility for running and developing engineering as a whole, and support each other in our team efforts.
We've chosen Databricks on Azure as foundation for our new data platform, and after a period of a lot of data ingestion, use of the platform is now ramping up. Several new projects, including ML and AI initiatives, depend directly on the platform and put you and your team right in the middle of things.
What you'll do
Look after the health of the team and individuals, making sure people thrive.
Make sure the team delivers: planning, objectives and outcomes, stakeholder alignment, risk management, etc.
Manage team capacity and growth: hiring, retention, skills development, and keeping the tech stack modern.
Stay close to the team’s technical work and decisions. You won’t be the one coding everything, but you should be able to challenge and guide.
Own the data platform together with the team, and make sure it's reliable, scalable, and useful to the rest of Rillion.

What we're looking for
Experience leading a data engineering or platform team in a product-focused environment.
Background in data engineering, preferably cloud-based platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery), with Python, , and APIs.
Comfortable designing and scaling data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills. The data platform team is in the center of things, and you'll work with product, engineering, and business stakeholders regularly.
Bonus points for: experience with ML & MLOps, BI tools (Power BI), and real-time data processing.

About the role:

We are now looking for a Cloud Engineer. You will oversee Rillion’s cloud services and applications, which are developed with Microsoft’s products and services and delivered in Azure. You will work on an operational level, but also proactively. This entails installation and configuration, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting on our online platforms.
You will participate in striving towards efficiency and constant improvement, with the help of a strategy that you and the team have created together with our architect and operations manager. At your service you will find a central service desk to help with simpler matters, as well as technical specialists with whom you can discuss technically complex solutions.
We are looking for someone who easily creates relationships and gives good service, mostly within our own organization. You are a person who has a genuine interest in technology and like to work in an independent role where you are responsible for structuring and moving your own work forward.
To be successful in this role you need to take ownership of your tasks, whilst constantly seeing the whole picture. You also need to be a team-player and like working together with other departments and with projects in which you see room for improvement.
What you will do:
Manage our online platforms.
Take ownership of your own tasks and responsibilities.
Work together with your team to ensure we constantly improve both our services and work environment.

What we look for:
High-school education, preferably also a degree in IT.
Around 2-3 years’ experience working with similar tasks, for example within IT-support, Cloud engineering or IT-management within Azure.
Good knowledge of Microsoft’s products and services. Working with PowerShell is a merit.
Previous experience working with Azure is preferable.
A genuine interest in IT and technology.
Fluent in English, written and spoken. It is a merit to also speak Swedish.
