We’re looking for a Software Engineer who wants to create lending products for the next generation SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) banking experience.
We work as a true team, not a group of individuals with separate tickets. We think together, often through ensemble/mob programming, and we stay in constant conversation rather than heads-down in isolation. There are no ceremonies and minimal upfront planning, we sync and adapt as we go.
Collaboration stretches across the bank and directly with customers. Being able to build relationships and communicate clearly across disciplines is as important as technical ability.

What you will do
You’ll be part of developing and maintaining our credit engine, with a mix of implementation, scripting, testing, and technical coordination.
Your work will include implementing and maintaining decision rules, calculations, variables, and logic blocks in the credit engine. You’ll translate credit policy changes into structured technical logic and ensure naming conventions, configuration standards and architecture principles are followed.
A key part of the role is JavaScript development within the engine. You’ll write, debug and optimise scripts, handle transformations and calculations, and troubleshoot issues related to variable resolution, data structures and flow behaviour.
You’ll also contribute to testing and quality assurance. This includes preparing test payloads (JSON/XML), supporting automated tests (Java or JavaScript), comparing expected and actual responses, and helping improve how we structure regression and smoke testing.
When issues arise, you’ll assist in root-cause analysis – analysing engine logs, input/output differences, API responses and bureau data. You’ll work closely with IT and Credit Managers to reproduce issues and refine logic.
Beyond implementation, you’ll help structure how we work: documenting rules and flows, supporting release documentation, maintaining configuration hygiene, and contributing to frameworks for testing and implementation.
What we are looking for

0–2 years of experience in system development or a relevant technical role


A degree in Computer Science, Systems Science, Engineering or similar


Solid understanding of JavaScript


Experience with Java or test automation is a strong plus


Understanding of APIs, JSON and XML structures

About the role We are looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our checkout. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data (conversion, funnel analysis, A/B testing, etc.).

Som innesäljare hos oss ansvarar du för att självständigt driva ditt försäljningsarbete med telefon som främsta arbetsredskap. Vi kommer att fokusera på våra två områden Retail Finance (Payment Soloutions) och B2B vilket innebär olika typer av företagsfinansiering. Du ansvarar för hela försäljningsprocessen, från prospektering till avslut, och från ett utifrån och in perspektiv.

Utgående telefonsamtal är ett viktigt redskap i säljprocessen och förekommer varenda dag  i det vardagliga arbetet. Du kommer att se till att dina befintliga kunder är nöjda med våra tjänster och vill fortsätta vara kunder hos oss, men än större del består av att hitta nya kunder och nya affärsmöjligheter. Detta ställer såklart krav på att man tycker att den typen av arbete är roligt. Hög servicenivå, tillgänglighet och återkoppling är vinnande faktorer för att nå bästa möjliga resultat.

Du kommer arbeta i ett team där dina kollegor har olika erfarenhet, kunskap och yrkesbakgrund vilket skapar bra förutsättningar för utbyte och utveckling. Som Sales Team Leader ansvarar du för att självständigt driva vårt kontor i Stockholm. I dagsläget består gänget av tre KAM säljare med huvudsak fält som arbetsområde. Vi ämnar att starta ett nytt, drivet team innesäljare som fokuserar på våra två områden inom Retail Finance (Payment Soloutions) och olika typer av företagsfinansiering. Tjänsten innebär bland annat personalansvar, rekrytering, budgetansvar och försäljningsansvar. Du kommer vara ansvarig för befintliga KAM-säljare med i huvudsak fält som arbetsområde, men även över ett nystartat gäng innesäljare. Du ansvarar för hela försäljningsprocessen tillsammans med dina team och du rapporterar till Sales Manager Norden.

Du kommer att arbeta utifrån följande fokusområden;


• Strategiskt arbete utifrån ett ledarperspektiv och du behöver inte bara vara en otroligt skicklig människokännare, du bör också besitta förmågan att driva affärer frpn prospektering till avslut.
• Du och dina team kommer att vända er till både små och stora kunder där en av framgångsfaktorerna är att ni har ett genuint intresse och bra förståelse för bolagens ekonomiska situation. Relationen med kunden är det viktigaste för oss.
• Utgående telefonsamtal är ett viktigt redskap i säljprocessen och förekommer till en stor del i det vardagliga arbetet. Du bör känna dig lika bekväm i att såväl ringa själv som att coacha andra, genom exempelvis samlyssning och sambesök.
• Hög servicenivå, tillgänglighet och återkoppling är vinnande faktorer för att nå bästa möjliga resultat.

Du kommer arbeta i ett team där dina kollegor har olika erfarenhet, kunskap och yrkesbakgrund vilket skapar bra förutsättningar för utbyte och utveckling. Du kommer att ges möjlighet att arbeta självständigt i en kvalificerad roll på en rolig, stabil och expansiv arbetsplats där du har möjlighet att bidra till utvecklingen av Resurs Bank.

• Har dokumenterad ledarerfarenhet i liknande typer av säljorganisationer, med goda resultat. Referenser begärs. Direkt erfarenhet med innesäljarteam är meriterande.
• Självständigt drivit säljprocesser där du levererat prestation utöver det vanliga
• Arbetat utifrån ett tydligt relationsfokus där du satt dig in i kunders olika förutsättningar och sedan omsatt det till kunskap för att skapa lönsamhet för kunden
• Förmågan att driva på säljarbetet med tex utgående telefoni eller ”kalla samtal” som är en viktigt framgångsfaktor i detta arbete
• Erfarenhet av försäljning av finansiella tjänster och/eller B2B
• Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Vad kommer du att arbeta med?

Som Sales Team Lead ansvarar du för att självständigt driva vårt kontor i Stockholm. Det innebär bland annat:
