We are looking for a junior communicator to join Permobil's corporate communications team for a 10-month assignment.

We are an open-minded team that works closely together, with a lot of fun along the way. Here you will be a part of a senior communications team in a global and stimulating environment and have daily contact with different parts of the company.

You will work with both internal and external communication. Much of your time will be spent on content production and project management of various communication activities in collaboration with regional teams in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Other areas of work will be associated to branding, public affairs and sustainability.

Who are you?
You have a degree in communication from a university or equivalent. You probably have one or two years of experience working with communications, whether that be in a corporate setting, communications agency or elsewhere.

You have a good sense of the Swedish and English language, and good writing skills to match. You strive for high quality in your work, are curious and solution oriented. You make things happen and can work with freedom and responsibility.

About the assignment
This is a full-time assignment in Permobil's office in Kista. The assignment is 10 months (due to parental leave). Your role and duties

The team will ensure right product quality from the start by early involvement in product development projects to enable value transformation in new product introductions.

Your profile and qualifications

- A minimum requirement is Bachelor´s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or other relevant discipline
- 10+ years experience in quality leadership positions including supplier quality, supplier management, manufacturing engineering and product development
- experience from building and leading high performing teams engaging in cross functional collaborations and matrix organizations
- the ability to define standardized frameworks, processes and tools to ensure efficiency and agility throughout a global organization
- deep knowledge in supplier quality management practices such as supplier qualifications, audits and assessments, production process verification and pars approval process

We are looking for an analytical and commercially oriented controller who is passionate about identifying potential profit through data analysis and influencing key decisions makers throughout the organization. You will report to Head of Group Controlling and will be based in our office in Stockholm (Kista).

Duties

- Work as the primary contact person within Group Finance for all support functions. Beside daily questions/assistant, scheduled task consists of:

Key Priorities

- Formalize process for cost reporting to support functions (i.e. annual cycle, including monthly process, forecast and budget)
- Key focus on IT department (largest support function within Permobil) and support ERP program with financial analytical skills (i.e. tracking, follow-ups etc.)

Qualifications

We believe you are a proactive and results driven person with good analytical skills. You are a good collaborator and team player with an agile mindset and strong communication and presentation skills. You take initiative and have an ability to work independently.

To be successful in this position you have a proven track record and at least 2-3 years of experience in business controlling or management consulting. You have at least Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering. You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes, as well as project management skills. You have strong IT skills (especially PowerBI, Cognos) and you are accustomed to MS office software (very good MS Excel skills).

Role

As a Product Specialist within Business Unit Services and Installed Base Management (BU S&IM;) you will manage the Product Life Cycle for the Permobil Spare Part business. The position asProduct Specialist is a broad role in which you can grow and develop within in a global setting. You will be the go-to-person in regards to spare parts towards the Business Regions, Business Units and Business Functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assortment management- you will beresponsible for the spare part assortment offered to the market including phasing in/out spare parts, kitting, compatibility, exploded BOMs, packaging, pricing, cost analysis etc. The position holds the “master key” to the spare part assortment, i.e. decides which spare parts are available for sale.
- Master data management- disciplined in master data management, i.e. ensure that all spare part product attributes are updated according to decided master data structure.
- Projects and assignments- actively participate in projects and assignments from a spare part perspective deciding on what levels spare parts should be offered. Also participate in group-wide projects from a spare part perspective, e.g. change of ERP system and review the assortment to adhere to Permobil new principles.
- Analyze spare part business- P&L awareness of the spare part business. Maintain and analyze product data (e.g., volumes, pricing, costs, warranty, complaint statistics) across all product lines to be able to initiate counter measures if trend is off track.
- Acquisitions- ensure that acquired spare part assortment is phased in according to Permobil processes following our master data structure.

Job description


At Permobil, Corporate Development constitutes a critical function. As a rapidly growing company there is an extensive and growing need to align the global organization around our strategy and identify and execute on opportunities to develop our business beyond its current scope. The Corporate Development team is at the core of this, working with senior executives to develop their business plans and priorities, as well as working with the organization and external parties in executing projects to grow the company and improve its productivity.


As part of its scope of responsibilities, the Corporate Development team is responsible for Permobil’s M&A activities, from deal sourcing to execution and integration. Permobil has completed 12 acquisitions over the last 5 years, adding new products and expanding our global reach.

Job description


Are you looking for new opportunities in a dynamic and commercial workplace in a rapidly growing healthcare company? Permobil is now strengthening the Business Function Legal & Risk with a Paralegal. In the position, you will be working in an international team with your closest colleagues in Sweden and in the US. The nature of the work requires daily interactions with the whole organization, from local sales teams to the Group management. You will report to the EVP Group General Counsel and be based in Kista, Sweden.


Main responsibilities


- Assist the global Legal & Risk Function in the day to day business,
- Coordinate global insurance annual updates, insurance matters, certificates of coverage (foremost US) and manage applications and quotes,
- Administer the enterprise risk management process,
- Responsible for corporate documentation and formalities, registration with company authorities, updating company registers etc,
- Support the Company’s management of patents, trademarks and other IP rights;
- Handling/archiving original and electronic documents and legal files,
- Manage notarization, apostille etc as well as other administrative tasks, including electronic tools, common agendas, booking of travel and expense reports, review / verify invoices,
- Implement & manage the contract management system (creation of a contract data base), and
- Maintain and provide contract templates (ready-made) to the organization - NDAs, Supply Agreements, Customer Agreements, Power of Attorneys etc.

The person we are looking for has at least a few years of previous experience as a paralegal or contract administrator or a similar position. We also see you having a degree from post-secondary studies focusing on economics, law, administration or other education. We expect you to have excellent skills in Swedish and English and good knowledge in all the Microsoft Office applications.

The position is located in Kista and will include some travel, both nationally and internationally to support the team.

At Permobil, Corporate Development constitutes a critical function. As a rapidly growing company there is an extensive and growing need to align the global organization around our strategy and identify and execute on opportunities to develop our business beyond its current scope. This team is at the core of this, working with senior executives to develop their business plans and priorities, as well as working with the organization and external parties in executing projects to grow the company and improve its productivity. The nature of the work requires daily interactions with the whole organization, from local sales teams to the CEO.


Permobil is now strengthening the team with a Corporate Development Manager. We are looking for candidates who will fit right into our existing strong team with the ambition and skill set to grow into larger roles within the company.




Responsibilities


- Leads, or take part in, strategic transformation projects across the company, both commercial and operational projects. Examples are:
- Sales channel strategy development
- Development of new business models, e.g. related to digital solutions and aftermarket
- Product management and product portfolio optimization
- Analysis and evaluation of new product and market segments
- Leads, or supports, integrations of acquired companies
- Enhances the analytical skills within the company, e.g. conducts business cases and drives towards fact-based decisions
- Supports the annual strategic and business planning process, and works with senior managers to develop plans and set priorities
- Assists with preparations of top-class Board material

Required background


As a Corporate Development Manageryou have asuccessful track record as a project manager.We expect you to have a university degree in business, finance and/or engineeringwith excellent grades, and5-10 years of experience from relevant roles, e.g. management consulting, corporate development, product management or commercial excellence.

You haveinternational experience and you are fluent in English.Experience from the healthcare or life science industry is a plus.
