As a Platform Support Developer, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for our unique platform. You will primarily work with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support and maintenance support for internal and external SaaS customers. The role includes bug fixes and maintenance with a focus on both Backend and Frontend. The work varies a lot, so you will be handling diverse tasks at the same time, meaning you will keep updated, learn, and develop constantly.

It’s also great if you have previous experience in technical support.
Any knowledge from our tech stack (Linux, Apache, My, PHP/Slim and Angular), is also very appreciated.

About the role

Your tasks in the role of Support Technician mainly consist of handling incoming IT cases by phone, email or logged directly into our Freshdesk portal. You will have daily contact with colleagues across Odevo to carry out troubleshooting, installation and maintenance in various systems and environments. We work with mainly Windows PCs in a Microsoft 365 / Azure environment. Furthermore, you are part of a wonderful and close-knit team and are offered a solid introduction and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues and delivering requests.

- Log, prioritize, and track support tickets through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation of each issue and keeping the ticket up to date with actions taken.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems through analysis and troubleshooting techniques.

- Maintain clear and concise communication with end-users, keeping them informed about the status and resolution of their issues.

- Offer both desk-side and remote assistance to users, guiding them through problem-solving steps and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Configure, install and update hardware and software systems as required and manage the setup of new starters and leavers following documented procedures.

- Provide basic training to end-users on software applications and IT best practices.

- Follow and enforce security protocols to safeguard information systems and data.

About the role
In this role, you will be involved in various IT projects and be responsible for operation and maintenance of networks and other IT equipment as well as technical support for our users. You are part of the Operations team, which is spread across our various offices in the country but has joint responsibility for operations and monitoring of servers and networks. About the role
We are now looking for a driven Management Trainee to work closely with Odevo’s Management Team. For 1-2 years you will get unique insights about how to lead a fast-growing company on a global scale.

As Management Trainee you will mainly support the Group CEO and Group CFO with daily and strategic work. During your trainee period we expect you to perform with high ambition, energy and with a willingness to learn and develop from the management team. You will be working on a strategic level as well as hands on when supporting the management team with administrative tasks. You will be involved in M&A processes and dialogues and drive key projects together with the Strategy & Transformation team. As part of your role, you will also prepare and attend board and management meetings.

By working at Odevo you will gain valuable tools and experiences and get the chance to build a broad professional network within the Group and with our growth partner Fidelio Capital. When completed your trainee period we expect you to have achieved the relevant experience and skills to be a future leader within the Odevo group.

Who you are
- You have excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving way of working.
- You are a true relation builder since having a close collaboration with the Group management team as well as the organization is part of your daily work.
- You have a curious and creative mindset and you thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- You have the ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and quickly change focus while maintaining attention to details.

Experience


- Education background with a minimum of a master's degree (ideally engineering or business administration).
- You are newly graduated or have 1-2 years of experience from a strategy consulting firm or a management trainee position. (If you are graduating in the upcoming months, you can start working part-time while completing your education).
- Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.

About the role
Odevo´s cloud-based platform is unique and in a short time, we have established ourselves as a leading and innovative player in the market. Our product development department acts as a SaaS supplier to all of the companies in the Odevo group and several other players in the industry. The department consists of about 35+ highly-skilled engineers in Stockholm and London. As our department continues to grow in Sweden and internationally, we are looking for System admin to further strengthen the team.

We work on projects in small, cross-functional teams that are responsible for different areas where you will always be involved in decision-making. We work in agile, one to two-week sprints, where close cooperation and communication are critical. Helping each other is an integral part of Odevo’s culture, and you will play a key role in every aspect of the development process, from idea to architecture to release.

We work closely with our customers, and through cooperation and close communication, we get feedback that helps us to constantly improve. As part of our team, you will work from a holistic perspective and get a lot of space to think creatively and come up with your own solutions.

In the role of System Admin, you will be part of the development team and supervise the servers detecting and resolving issues, doing installations, maintaining, configuring, and monitoring using Linux and shell scripts.

Who you are

Experience

- Fluent in English and Swedish.

In the role of a Platform Support Developer, you will be part of a dedicated team who is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our unique platform - which is used daily by 1300 coworkers and that makes life easier for our 380 000 customers across the globe.

You will primarily work with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support and maintenance support for internal and external customers and SaaS customers. The role includes bug fixes and maintenance with focus on both Backend and Frontend. The work varies a lot, so you will be handling diverse tasks at the same time, meaning that you will keep updated and learn and develop constantly.

The platform is unique in the sense that it is developed specifically for the property community. We have in a very short time positioned ourselves as a leading and innovative player on the market. We have great plans for the future, with amazing growth in sight, including a global expansion.

The development team consists of 35 people today, with an expected global growth of 100 by the end of 2023.

Who you are

Experience
