You will combine end-to-end accounting responsibility with true ERP system ownership. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sits at the core of our financial landscape and strong accounting logic, well-designed processes and reliable data are essential to how Finance operates.

About the role

As Finance Operations & Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the full accounting function, including financial reporting, tax and VAT processes, internal controls and audit readiness. You will also act as system owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from a finance perspective, ensuring that accounting quality, compliance and reporting are built into the system through robust processes and configurations – not manual workarounds.

The role combines classic accounting leadership with hands-on system ownership and continuous process improvement.

You will report to the CFO and play a central role in developing a scalable, reliable and well-governed finance function.

Key responsibilities


• Overall responsibility for accounting operations, financial reporting and month-, quarter- and year-end processes
• Ownership of tax and VAT processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting
• Lead and develop the finance operations team, with responsibility for structure, ways of working and competence development
• Act as system owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within Finance
• Ensure correct accounting logic, posting setup, dimensions, VAT configuration and financial integrations
• Drive improvements and automation of finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash
• Act as main contact towards auditors in matters related to accounting, ERP structure and audit trails
• Partner closely with the CFO on financial governance, reporting quality and risk management

Who we believe you are

You are an experienced accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership and building structure. You are comfortable leading accounting work end-to-end, and you understand how systems and processes need to support high-quality financial reporting.

You likely have:


• Several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a role such as Accounting Manager, Finance Manager or similar
• Strong hands-on experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in an operational accounting context
• Solid understanding of VAT, financial controls and audit requirements
• Experience improving and standardising finance processes in system-driven environments
• A structured, pragmatic mindset and a high sense of responsibility

Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a strong advantage.

In the position as Junior Product Designer you will support our Creative Director and interpret her vision for every collection. This position is a one (1) year maternity cover with a good chance that the agreement will thereafter be extended.

 

ABOUT THE POSITION

To succeed in this role you must be passionate about Mini Rodini and understand our style and creative expression and have a portfolio that is stylistically relevant to the position. 

The daily workflow contains to create and update sketches and artworks, join fittings/sample meetings and plan the design work according to a set timeline.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently looking for a Campaign Assistant to our office located at Södermalm, Stockholm Sweden. We are a very small team, shooting all content for Mini Rodini in studio or on location. As a Campaign Assistant at Mini Rodini you will assist our Creative Director and Producer before, during and after photoshoots.

To succeed on this position, you are required to be service minded, highly efficient and love to travel. We work a lot with kids during productions and we would expect you to be flexible, have patience, be organized, a control freak and always bring good energy to the set. You will report to the Head of Marketing but direction will come from the Creative Director (CD).

TASK


• Casting coordination
• Handle samples; prep, coordination and care
• Responsible for the studio/prep room
• Book appointments, meetings
• Research for the creative team
• Travel for production shoots locally and internationally
• Assist on photoshoots (dressing, grooming, steaming, handle samples etc)

QUALIFICATIONS


• Work experience 1-2 yrs, preferably from a Creative company

The role entails an overall responsibility for being involved in setting and realizing Mini Rodini's digital roadmap. We are looking for a Design Assistant


ABOUT THE POSITION

This position will have the overall responsibility to support Creative Director and Junior Designer in their daily work. You will also play an important role in coordinating between the production teams and design.


You will work closely with Creative Director and Junior Designer as well as the production and buying team.

• Producing and continuously updating technical sketches / tech packs for all styles developed on Mini Rodini
• Update of colored and clean sketches during the collection process

• Update and organize common design documents, boards, fabric and color libraries and samples

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Senior copywriter who in a data driven way will ensure that all communication is in line with our brand and contributes to reach our targets. This position will offer challenges on both a strategical as well as on an operative level. 

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to: 


• In colIaboration with Creative Director and Marketing Manager set the brand message and our expression with the ambition to create consistent communication and growth of the brand in our digital sales and marketing channels
• Set the direction and the frames for all copy and feedback on content created by more junior colleagues
• Be responsible for our tone of voice, translate it to fast digital formats and ensure alignment with TOV in all communication
• Create digital content to minirodini.com., press releases, newsletters, paid ads on social media and search engines
• Texts for signs, sales letters, invitations, and other sales specific wishes
• Work in a data-driven way, follow up, document, and evaluate how the copy delivers on the brand messages
• Continuously work to improve communication via CRM systems to our existing customer database
• Drive development opportunities through trend research
• Ensure that all material connected to the area of ??responsibility is clearly collected in collaboration with other copywriters and creators
• Be helpful, guiding, and support in writing product texts for our new collections

 The position is a full-time permanent position with start as soon as possible. You will be based at our Stockholm office and report to Marketing Manager.

 QUALIFICATIONS


• Min 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium brand in textiles, fashion, or lifestyle where e-commerce and digital platforms are important sales and communication channels
• Excellent and documented ability to interpret and convey a brand's tonality
• Experience of writing for digital formats where messages must be conveyed quickly, in a small space to achieve the desired effect
• Understanding of Mini Rodini's customer and what is commercial
• Experience of working with brand copy in both Swedish and English. German is an advantage.
• Copy experience for increased SEO and user-friendliness of the site is a plus

Marketing Project Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be an important supporting function to our Marketing and Ecom team. You will coordinate and lead the daily work connected to all marketing related projects/activities.
The campaigns can vary in production- character; paid digital advertising, ecom store material, printed material, packaging, film, still images, store material etc.

The position is based at our Stockholm Office and you will report to Marketing Manager

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:


• Execute our Activity Plan and make sure all our sales- and marketing channels have what they need to deliver on our brand & business goals each season, and optimize growth in sales (E-commerce, Retail and Wholesale)
• Plan all projects, collection launches and in-season activities (time & process) and communicate to all concerned
• Manage and support the team to ensure that the team deliver right content and according to plan
• Secure all deliverables within a project (what need, when and how)
• Set budgets connected to each project; plan, implement & follow up
• Approve invoices connected to projects/campaigns
• Post-production analysis
• Contact with external (production) partners and freelance
• Lead the creative resources in their daily work, making sure everyone has what they need to deliver
• Be involved in setting the activity plan of a season in collaboration with the marketing and e-com manager

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:


• Experience of min 3 years, working as a production leader or marketing project manager
• Experience of working with marketing with an agency or inhouse
• You have experience of working with e-commerce clients and premium/lifestyle brands

We are looking for a Product Manager


ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Product Manager at Mini Rodini you play an important role, together with the design team, in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services to make sure they are in line with the company’s objectives. You will be a part of the woven team but work closely with everyone in the buying team as well as other departments at Mini Rodini.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:


• Purchasing materials in-line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
• Access and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities.
• Explore alternate sources for goods and materials.
• Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organisational targets and requirements.
• Undertake research on and evaluate existing and new suppliers
• Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and ensure good communications

The position is a full-time, 12 months temporary position (parental leave cover) starting dec 1st 2021. You will be based at our Stockholm Office and you will report to Head of Buying. 

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience: 


• Education within relevant field
• 5 years’ experience from similar positions preferably with a premium brand
• Experience from working with function- and outerwear is an advantage
• Strong communication skills Swedish and English, written and spoken

As a Business Controller you will work closely with the CFO, CEO and rest of the management team of Mini Rodini. You will be a critical part of realizing Mini Rodini’s Ecommerce centred growth journey by providing high quality business and financial advice.
