The Role
MAJORITY are seeking a Platform Engineer (DevOps) to join our team and help us maintain our deployment pipelines, databases, infrastructure and security posture. You will be responsible for handling the non-functional aspects of the system, including on-call duties and conducting POCs with new technologies to improve ease of operation and cost savings. MAJORITY is looking for a Customer Service Systems Automation Expert to join our team in Stockholm.

In this role you will be an integral member of MAJORITY’s Customer Service team, who will focus on creating and improving automations/flows within our customer communication systems.. You will also work closely together with the Lifecycle Management team in Stockholm, to ensure customer engagement is aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This position will report to the Head of Customer Operations in Houston, TX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, produce, and implement automated workflows using various channels of communication such as email, live chat, and phone.

The role
MAJORITY is looking for a Junior Risk Analyst to join the risk product team in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities
From a data perspective support and enable the development of the risk product function at MAJORITY. This includes:
Ensuring and preserving data quality
Performing data analysis on transactions, behaviors and risk rule outcomes
Developing scripts to detect fraud and potential money laundering and reduce loss and risk exposure.
Come up with creative ideas on how to proactively prevent and detect fraud and money laundering

Qualifications:
