About the role
We are seeking a Technical Support Team Manager to lead our growing customer support operations. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and executing our support strategy, managing our support portal, maintaining technical product documentation, and overseeing a dedicated team of support specialists.
We’re looking for a candidate with at least three years of technical support experience, strong leadership skills, an ability to quickly master new products, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. What you'll do
Strategic planning and execution of support operations: develop and implement our support strategy across different customer segments, ensuring alignment with service-level objectives and broader organizational goals.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing support operations.
Experience with driving a team based on clearly defined and attainable objectives and key results. We put emphasis on execution for this role.
Relevant and solid technical support experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, with a proven track record of leading team members.
Well-rounded leadership, coaching, and team management skills, including the ability to learn new products quickly and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, supported by a history of implementing process improvements to streamline workflows.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot) and maintaining technical documentation or knowledge bases.
Basic understanding of circuitry (plus/minus, AC/DC); we’re not looking for engineers, but an openness to learn is encouraged.

About the role
Kisi is seeking a talented backend developer to join our dynamic team. Your role
As a Product Manager for Apps, Services and Solutions, you will drive the strategy and execution of growth initiatives focused on driving product-led recurring revenue. Your Role

Basic understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS, and hardware-software integration. Familiarity with platforms like ARM, PIC, and AVR is a plus. Proficiency in C and C++ with an understanding of Assembly is preferred.

Your role
As a technical product marketer at Kisi, you will help position, communicate, and market our products internally and externally. You will immerse yourself in both our hardware and software products to become a subject matter expert, and use your knowledge to educate and influence your audience. You will be able to communicate complex and technical concepts, focusing on what’s most important for prospects, customers, partners, and employees. Whether you’re enabling sales reps on the latest feature release or testing a beta product with product managers, you will always focus on being the voice of the customer. Your success will be measured in creating great messaging and content that increases conversions and adoption.
Your responsibilities
?? Serve as the voice of the customer by conducting user research and producing customer stories
? Develop and manage programs that generate social proof and reviews

Your qualifications
2 years of experience in SaaS or IT product-focused technical marketing, product marketing, or content marketing

Strong writing skills with a knack for distilling complex topics into concise communications on a variety of mediums
Demonstrated interest in the technical aspects of products and getting under the hood
Ability to adapt communication styles depending on the audience

Your role

Your role:

Your role
As a Backend Developer at Kisi, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for helping us build a highly robust and scalable public API. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects big and small, collaborate with our web, mobile, and hardware teams, and design and maintain internal frameworks and standards. Our fast-paced environment means that you'll never be bored, and you'll have the chance to work on cutting-edge technology that is solving real-world problems for hundreds of thousands of users around the world.
We move fast, plan frequently, release to production daily, and keep our meetings short. Our API is currently a Rails monolith running on Heroku & GCP, and we're documenting it with OpenAPI 3. Familiarity with this stack is a big plus!
Your responsibilities
As a Backend Developer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. About the Role
Kisi is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and drive marketing, sales, product and supply chain intelligence. As a data analyst, you will turn raw data into information and insights which can be used to understand business performance and help our leadership team make informed decisions. You will work directly with our department leads and Co-Founders to build ad-hoc reports and dashboards to see high level and focused business objectives. You will report to our CTO in quick feedback loops.
During the interview process we will assess your , Excel and other skills required for the role.

Responsibilities:
Collect: ensure the data we need is collected, cleaned and ingested into our data warehouse
Review: ensure the data makes sense. Is there any bias in the data? Do we have what we need?
Analyze: work the data to generate actionable insights and inform decision making
Synthesize: visualize the data in a way that helps decision makers both ad-hoc and for common operations. Prepare reports for decision makers to benchmark our products, operations, initiatives and more.

Requirements:
You are highly organized, analytical and have very solid intuition for both the big picture and the details that matter
You question and verify data rigorously to ensure decisions are made on proven grounds
You’re highly proficient in and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
You have 2+ Years of experience in a role working with complex data

What you’ll do
You will be focusing on providing best-in-class experience for two distinct Kisi user groups - administrators and regular users. Administrators mainly use our web dashboard, they distribute door access, create rules and restrictions, check system status and do audits. Regular users use our mobile apps - for unlocking the doors they have access to. As Applications Product manager, it is your responsibility to make sure that both mobile and web applications help Kisi users to get their jobs done.
At Kisi, product managers are part of the engineering department and have dedicated engineering resources. You will be working closely with other product managers, and will have a high degree of exposure to the market, industry and our customers. Good challenges and fun are guaranteed!
