• Recruit monthly donors from various neighborhoods using the Face-to-Face fundraising method, a proven strategy employed by many humanitarian organizations worldwide.

• Represent Oxfam in Swedish society.

Om Rollen 
I den här rollen ansvarar du för att utveckla och stärka relationerna med våra befintliga givare – både månadsgivare och engångsgivare – genom strategiska och kreativa aktiviteter. Ditt mål är att öka givarnas engagemang och livstidsvärde på ett genomtänkt och datadrivet arbetssätt.
Du kommer att rapportera till insamlingschefen och vara en del av ett insamlingsteam om fem personer. 
 
Dina Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter 
• Planera, genomföra och utvärdera lojalitetsbyggande och intäktsbringande aktiviteter, inklusive kampanjer via telemarketing och e-post.

Vi söker dig som är initiativtagande, analytisk, resultatinriktad och kommunikativ. Du har en god förståelse för givarlojalitet och insamling samt drivs av att skapa meningsfulla relationer. Du är strukturerad och har erfarenhet av att analysera data för att förbättra strategier och insatser.

Vad innebär praktiken:
Oxfam Sverige söker en praktikant med intresse för jämlikhet, klimatfrågor, mänskliga rättigheter, utvecklingsfrågor och social hållbarhet. Som praktikant får du praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta med kommunikation, opinionsbildning och påverkansarbete, framför allt av att sammanfatta komplexa frågor på ett tydligt och engagerande sätt till olika målgrupper.
 
Hos oss blir du en del av ett litet men drivet kommunikationsteam, och du kommer jobba tätt ihop med roller på andra avdelningar. Här finns stora möjligheter att få prova på olika typer av arbetsuppgifter, och testa nya sätt att nå ut med Oxfams budskap.
 
Kommunikationsavdelningen ansvarar för all löpande kommunikation om Oxfams arbete i Sverige och i världen, och jobbar också med lanseringar av stora globala rapporter och kampanjer. Det handlar om kommunikation till alla Oxfams målgrupper i olika kanaler och former.
 
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
• ­Delta i arbetet med att löpande kommunicera om Oxfams arbete i världen. Det kan vara genom att sammanfatta och presentera rapporter och analyser i textform, eller grafiskt med bilder eller filmer.
• Delta i lanseringar av rapporter eller kampanjer, genom att producera kommunikationsmaterial, pressmaterial och internkommunikation.
• Delta i arbetet med innehåll till sociala medier och hemsida.
• Delta i arbetet med kommunikation till Oxfams givare.
• Ta fram presentationer och annat kommunikationsmaterial.
• Planera och genomföra event.
• Delta i arbetet på en liten organisation, vilket innebär att det kan vara stor bredd och omväxling i arbetsuppgifterna. 

 
Önskvärd kompetens/erfarenhet:
• Avslutad eller pågående utbildning antingen inom global utveckling, freds- och konfliktkunskap, mänskliga rättigheter eller liknande – eller inom medie- och kommunikationsvetenskap
• En god skribent med förmåga att skriva texter av olika typer till olika målgrupper
• God förmåga att analysera och sammanfatta textmaterial och underlag
• Talar och skriver god svenska och engelska
• Starkt samhällsengagemang och delar Oxfams värderingar

 
Det här är en praktikplats där stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personliga egenskaper, som att du är initiativtagande, självgående och engagerad. 
 
Meriterande kompetens/erfarenhet:
• Kunskap om att jobba i publiceringsverktyg, exempelvis Wordpress
- Kunskap om att jobba i grafiska digitala verktyg. Oxfam använder exempelvis Canva och Adobe Creative Suite

Övrig information:
Placeringsorten är Oxfams kontor på Södermalm i Stockholm. Praktiken gäller med start i augusti/september 2024. Din praktikperiod bör vara minst 10 veckor och ska vara en del av en CSN-finansierad utbildning. Du kommer att handledas av kommunikationschefen.

Administrativ Insamlingskoordinator (vikariat)
 
Drivs du av att ge god service och arbeta självständigt med administration? Vill du bli en del av ett engagerat team som jobbar tillsammans med kollegor i hela världen – för en jämlik framtid, mot fattigdom och orättvisor? Oxfam Sverige söker en administrativ insamlingskoordinator till vår insamlingsavdelning. Tjänsten är ett tidsbegränsat vikariat under perioden juni 2023 – oktober 2024.
 
Syftet för rollen är att säkerställa den långsiktiga inkomsten och tillväxten genom löpande hantering och koordinering av den administration som uppstår av Oxfam Sveriges insamlingsarbete. Du kommer också ansvara för att utveckla och effektivisera befintliga processer.
 
I rollen ingår även ansvaret för den dagliga kontakten med vår externa givarservice samt hanteringen av inkommande ärenden från givare och allmänheten. Du kommer tillhöra insamlingsavdelningen och jobba nära ansvariga för givarlojalitet och digital givarrekrytering, men även samarbeta med kollegor från hela organisationen.
 
Vem söker vi?
Vi söker dig som tycker det är roligt att jobba med service och administration.  Du har goda kunskaper i Officepaketet (särskilt i Excel) och gärna erfarenhet av att arbeta med kund- eller CRM-system.
 
Vi ser att du är en lösningsorienterad person med mycket god samarbetsförmåga. Du trivs bra med siffror och du arbetar noggrant, självständigt och effektivt. Vi vill även att du är serviceinriktad, strukturerad och bra på att hålla tidplaner.
 
För att trivas i rollen är det viktigt att du är trygg och förtroendeingivande i mötet med givare och leverantörer. Du ger ett trevligt, tydligt och personligt bemötande, du är därför duktig på att kommunicera i tal och skrift.

Kvalifikationer 

• Flerårig erfarenhet som administratör eller annan relevant yrkesroll
• Mycket goda kunskaper i Office-paketet och särskilt i Excel.
• Flerårig erfarenhet av arbete i CRM-system
• Mycket goda kunskaper i tal och skrift på svenska och goda kunskaper i tal och skrift på engelska

• Placeringsorten är Stockholm
• Tillträde under juni 2023 eller enligt överenskommels
• Tjänsten är ett vikariat på heltid fram till oktober 2024

Lead Researcher with focus on climate inequality (parental leave replacement) with Oxfam Sweden
 
Oxfam has established itself as a strong global voice in ending inequality and climate change. Part of this is conducting and commissioning research projects, as high quality and novel research lays the foundation for our campaigns and advocacy work. In 2020, Oxfam - together with partners - published the work on carbon inequality, showing that the richest 10% of the global population are not only responsible for 46% of emissions but will use what is left of the carbon budget before 2030. The data was taken up by the UN for its 2020 UN Emissions Gap report and was covered in more than 2000 articles, was amplified in social media by Greta Thunberg, Bill McKibben, Patricia Espinosa, Ban Ki Moon and António Guterres.? 
 
Oxfam Sweden aims to continue conducting research on climate inequality and take an even bigger role within Oxfam to drive cutting edge research within the confederation. 
 
We are now looking for a parental leave replacement for our Lead Researcher with focus on climate inequality. 
 
The role as Lead Researcher
This is a mid-level position. You will be part of Oxfam Sweden's Strategic Partnership team and will report to the Strategic Partnership Manager. You will work closely with the Institutional Funding Lead and the Policy Manager. The role involves working in close collaboration with the global Climate Inequality Group, which together drives Oxfam's global campaigning, advocacy, research, and policy work on climate inequality. 
 
You will be responsible for new and ongoing research on climate inequality and in that way ensure that 1/ Oxfam globally continues to be an important voice in the climate debate and succeeds in influencing the discourse and policy work on climate inequality; 2/ Oxfam Sweden keeps pushing the agenda on climate inequality; 3/ closely work together with the Strategic Partnership Manager and Institutional Funding Lead to ensure that Oxfam Sweden is able to cover its costs for its research work. 
 
Responsibilities include 

• Oversee and coordinate key research projects on climate inequality
• Ensure that the research is methodologically sound and adheres to high quality standards
• Manage relationships with research institutions
• Together with the Oxfam Climate Inequality Group and Oxfam Sweden’s Policy Manager, advise on and contribute to developing policy asks into research outputs that are in line with Oxfam current policies or can become new policies
• Work with the Oxfam Climate Inequality Group to develop a publication strategy
 
Required Competencies 

• At least three years of experience with developing and delivering high quality quantitative and qualitative research on the topic of climate change (ideally climate justice and/or, climate inequality)
• High level of analytical and strategic thinking
• Experience producing evidence-based policy recommendations, policy briefs, reports and communication materials tailored for specific audiences
• Experience commissioning and managing consultants and research partners
• Experience representing, negotiating, and networking with different internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with various team members 
• Experience and ability to work in a cross-cultural setting
• Deep commitment to decolonial, anti-racist, feminist led research
• Ability to be self-motivated and to demonstrate initiative in achieving objectives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English 
 
Valued competencies 

• Experience developing and coordinating/implementing policy and advocacy strategies to influence decision makers
• Experience with applying for and managing grants for research
• Swedish language competency

Övrig information 
Placeringsorten är Oxfams kontor på Södermalm i Stockholm. Praktiken gäller med start i januari 2023. Din praktikperiod bör vara minst 10 veckor och ska vara en del av en CSN-finansierad utbildning. Du kommer att handledas av kommunikationschefen och arbeta nära system- och webbansvarig, samt andra på kommunikations- och insamlingsavdelningen.

Arbetsuppgifter 
Du kommer att hantera alla aspekter av vår betalda digitala insamlingsaktivitet: planering, budgethantering, implementering, analys och rapportering, med syfte att rekrytera nya givare till Oxfam. Det innebär bland annat att ha ansvar för att vidareutveckla såväl insamlingskommunikation som processer, som leder till att fler väljer att ge sin första gåva till Oxfam.
 
Det innebär även att hålla nära kontakt och god relation med leverantörer, att noga följa resultat och implementera förbättringsåtgärder. Ytterligare arbetsuppgifter inkluderar ansvar för såväl SEO- som konverteringsoptimeringsstrategi. Du arbetar nära funktioner som kommunikatör och systemansvarig för att utveckla Oxfams digitala närvaro, samt driva implementation och tester inom området. 
 
Stort fokus kommer att ligga på att utforma, implementera och ansvara för Oxfams arbete med att generera och konvertera leads till månadsgivare – från idéstadie hela vägen till signering av nya givare (inklusive samarbetet med TM-byrå). Du kommer också att arbeta med att utveckla och driva implementationen av anpassade och automatiserade givarresor för nya leads och personer som visat intresse för Oxfam. 
 
Vem söker vi
Som person är du nyfiken, kunnig och har bred erfarenhet inom digital insamling eller liknande roller, inklusive kunskap inom dataanalys, sökannonsering, samt leadsbearbetning via t.ex. sociala medier och e-post. Du är outtröttligt datadriven, med drivkraften och uppmärksamheten på detaljer för att ständigt optimera och säkerställa att vår digitala givarrekrytering ger bästa möjliga resultat.

Nu söker vi en praktikant som är intresserad av att arbeta med vårt arbete med företags ansvar, som en del av vårt policy- och påverkansarbete och våra företagssamarbeten. 
 
Det primära fokusområdet för Oxfam Sveriges policy- och påverkansarbete är ekonomisk rättvisa, inkluderat företag och mänskliga rättigheter, ekonomisk ojämlikhet samt klimatojämlikhet. Målet är att skapa politisk förändring för att bidra till att bekämpa fattigdom och ojämlikhet. Vi arbetar med research, samverkan, opinionsbildning samt dialog och påverkan gentemot politiker och företag. Vi samarbetar också med företag för att tillsammans verka för att förbättra mänskliga rättigheter och minska fattigdom. Exempelvis arbetar vi med företag för att granska och förbättra villkoren gällande mänskliga rättigheter i deras leverantörsled. 
 
Vad innebär praktiken?
Som praktikant blir du en del av både vårt policyteam och vårt team för företagssamarbeten. Som praktikant hos oss får du praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta med politisk påverkan och företagssamarbeten. Du får god inblick i vårt arbete gentemot svenska och europeiska beslutsfattare och företag. Du medverkar i det dagliga arbetet under handledning. 
 
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
- bidra till det det pågående politiska påverkansarbetet gällande företags ansvar, framför allt i frågan om lagstiftning för mänskliga rättigheter och företag;
- bistå i arbetet med analyser av företags leverantörskedjor;
- ta fram texter i form av till exempel pressmeddelanden och debattartiklar;
- skriva och publicera inlägg i sociala media och för hemsida;
- delta och organisera möten och event med företag och beslutsfattare, 
- bidra till samordning och administration av pågående samarbeten med företag. 
 
Kvalifikationer
- Starkt samhällsengagemang och delar Oxfams värderingar 
- Avslutad eller pågående utbildning som är relevant för Oxfams ämnesområden eller påverkansarbete (till exempel statsvetenskap, hållbarhet, juridik eller globala studier)
- Talar och skriver god svenska och engelska
- God förmåga att analysera och sammanfatta textmaterial och underlag
- God skribent

Sakkunskap inom Oxfams fokusområden
Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat i låginkomstländer
Erfarenhet av arbete eller studier med fokus på hållbara leverantörsled 
 
Övrig information
Placeringsorten är Stockholm. Praktiken gäller med start i augusti/september 2022. Din praktikperiod bör vara minst 10 veckor och ska vara en del av en CSN-finansierad utbildning. Du kommer att arbeta nära med vår policychef och vår Strategic Partnership Manager. Handleds av policychefen.

Det svenska kontoret öppnade i mars 2014 och finns på Södermalm i Stockholm. Vi är i dagsläget ca 15 engagerade medarbetare fördelade på fyra avdelningar; insamling, kommunikation, strategiska partnerskap och politisk påverkan. Vi är ett snabbrörligt team som befinner oss i en spännande process i att ta nästa steg för att stärka Oxfam som aktör i Sverige. Du kommer att ha en central roll i den resan genom att strategiskt och operativt ansvara för att skapa kommunikation med fokus, känsla och tydlig effekt.
 
Uppdraget
Du ansvarar för att säkerställa att kommunikationen bidrar till uppfyllelse av insamlings- och förändringsmålen. Du kommer utgöra ett nav i arbetet med att öka varumärkeskännedomen och kommer vara starkt bidragande till att stärka Oxfams postion i Sverige som respekterad och relevant aktör hos befintliga och nya målgrupper. Att göra Oxfam till ett självklart förstahandsval i frågor som rör ojämlikhet och fattigdomsbekämpning.

Du har personalansvar för en medarbetare, är medlem i ledningsgruppen samt rapporterar till Generalsekreteraren. Du kommer att arbeta nära tillsammans med de andra enhetscheferna. Du har ansvar för att skapa, implementera och följa upp kommunikationsavdelningens strategier, mål och budget och samarbetar med kollegor i den globala Oxfam konfederationen.

Oxfam Sveriges arbetar med att informera allmänheten om Oxfams arbete, engagera människor i våra frågor, skapa förändring som gynnar kampen mot fattigdom och samla in pengar till verksamheten i världen. Nu söker vi en praktikant som är intresserad av att arbeta med vårt arbete med företags ansvar, som en del av vårt policy- och påverkansarbete och våra företagssamarbeten.
 
Det primära fokusområdet för Oxfam Sveriges policy- och påverkansarbete är ekonomisk rättvisa, inkluderat företag och mänskliga rättigheter, ekonomisk ojämlikhet samt klimatojämlikhet. Målet är att skapa politisk förändring för att bidra till att bekämpa fattigdom och ojämlikhet. Vi arbetar med research, samverkan, opinionsbildning samt dialog och påverkan gentemot politiker och företag. Vi samarbetar också med företag för att tillsammans verka för att förbättra mänskliga rättigheter och minska fattigdom. Exempelvis arbetar vi med företag för att granska och förbättra villkoren gällande mänskliga rättigheter i deras leverantörsled.
 
Vad innebär praktiken?
Som praktikant blir du en del av både vårt policyteam och vårt team för företagssamarbeten. Som praktikant hos oss får du praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta med politisk påverkan och företagssamarbeten. Du får god inblick i vårt arbete gentemot svenska och europeiska beslutsfattare och företag. Du medverkar i det dagliga arbetet under handledning.
 
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

• Hjälpa till med det pågående politiska påverkansarbetet gällande företags ansvar, framför allt i frågan om lagstiftning för mänskliga rättigheter och företag;
• Bistå i arbetet med analyser av företags leverantörskedjor;
• Ta fram texter i form av till exempel pressmeddelanden och debattartiklar; 
• Skriva och publicera inlägg i sociala media;
• Delta och organisera möten och event med företag och beslutsfattare,
• Bidra till samordning och administration av pågående samarbeten med företag.
 
Kvalifikationer 

• Starkt samhällsengagemang och delar Oxfams värderingar
• Avslutad eller pågående utbildning som är relevant för Oxfams ämnesområden eller påverkansarbete (till exempel statsvetenskap, hållbarhet, juridik eller globala studier)
• Talar och skriver god svenska och engelska
• God förmåga att analysera och sammanfatta textmaterial och underlag
• God skribent
 
Meriterande

• Sakkunskap inom Oxfams fokusområden
• Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat i låginkomstländer

Oxfam Sverige söker en vikarierande projektledare i vår insamlingsverksamhet med ansvar för givarrekrytering med fokus på digitala kanaler samt delar av vårt arbete med att öka intäkterna och lojaliteten bland nuvarande givare.   
Vi är ett litet insamlingsteam och i rollen som projektledare får du en möjlighet att få jobba brett inom insamling. Du får jobba både med rekrytering av nya givare samt ansvara för lojaliserande aktiviteter. I din roll får du även möjlighet att bygga upp och vidareutveckla vår digitala satsning för att rekrytera nya givare.
 
Arbetsuppgifter
Du kommer vara ansvarig för att projektleda våra externa leverantörer inom kommunikation, digital insamling och telemarketing med syfte att samla in pengar till Oxfam. Bland annat innebär det att hålla nära kontakt och god relation med leverantörerna, att noga följa resultat och implementera förbättringsåtgärder. För telemarketing-verksamheten kommer du även ansvara för att månatligen genomföra urval och segmenteringar i vår databas för att ta fram de givare som ska kontaktas den månaden.
 
Du kommer även ansvara för att vår tryckta och digitala givarinformation går ut enligt plan. Du jobbar tillsammans med kollegor på kontoret för att se till att innehållet produceras och att tidsplanen hålls, och du tar fram givare i vår databas för att innehållet ska kunna skickas. Du kommer även, tillsammans med resten av insamlingsteamet, vidareutveckla givarvårdsprogrammet.
Inom ansvar för givarrekrytering via digitala kanaler så kommer du att ansvara för att vidareutveckla området och ta fram kommunikation och processer som leder till att fler väljer att ge sin första gåva till Oxfam. 
 
Profil
Vi ser att du är en prestigelös person med mycket god samarbetsförmåga och ett positivt och lyhört bemötande. Du kommunicerar på ett tydligt sätt, säkerställer att budskap når fram och att alla förstår vilka förväntningar som finns. Du är uthållig och envis, och du behåller motivationen och driver på för att ro saker i hamn.
Vi ser även gärna att du är målinriktad, strukturerad och bra på att hålla tidsplaner. Att du är noggrann och lägger stor vikt vid att uppnå kvalité är något som vi ser som en fördel. Du får också gärna vara initiativtagande – en person som sätter i gång aktiviteter, driver på och uppnår resultat.

Kvalifikationer  

• Minst två års erfarenhet av insamling och/eller marknadsföring och gärna eftergymnasial utbildning inom marknadsföring,           insamling eller liknande.
• Du ska ha erfarenhet av att koordinera och driva större projekt och ska tycka om att jobba i Excel och databaser/CRM-system.
• Erfarenhet av att jobba med digital marknadsföring (gärna i sociala medier), e-handel eller digital insamling sedan tidigare är starkt meriterande. Vana av att arbeta med databaser och telemarketing är också ett plus. 
• Van upphandlare/kravställare samt att samarbeta med byråer och andra leverantörer.
• Goda kunskaper i Officepaketet, samt god kommunikativ förmåga är krav.
• Du kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
