Arbetsuppgifter
Som elkonstruktör inom försvarsindustrin kommer du att:
Konstruera och utveckla elsystem och kablage
Arbeta med el-scheman i 2D
Delta i tekniska diskussioner och bidra med din expertis
Självständigt driva dina uppgifter samtidigt som du samarbetar i team
Lösa problem och anpassa lösningar efter kundens behov
Du kommer arbeta i en hybridlösning där du fördelar tiden mellan att arbeta inhouse på vårt kontor, hemifrån och resor till kund ca 3-6 gånger/år.


Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har:
Minst 2 års erfarenhet av elkonstruktion eller produktutveckling inom el
Utbildning från universitet, högskola eller yrkeshögskola inom maskin, mekanik eller elektronik
Kunskap i verktyg som SABER, Capital Harness eller E3
Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Medborgarskap i ett Nato-medlemsland (krav) För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du är:

The cable harness is the veins of all electrical systems. Without them no pulse of current goes through the system. Arbetsbeskrivning

Som mekanikkonstruktör inom elektrisk installation hos oss kommer du att:

• Utveckla och konstruera mekaniska lösningar för elektriska komponenter och system. Det kan vara allt från ECU, telekomutrustning, sensorer, kablar och batteripack
• Delta i projekt från koncept till färdig produkt, med ansvar för att driva egna ansvarsområden och ta självständiga beslut

Där kommer du som senior kablagekonstruktör få möjlighet att utveckla, guida och hitta lösningar som passar kunden och produkten framåt. Du trivs och motiveras av att ta ett helhetsansvar, både för leveransen och med strategi till nästa steg i utvecklingen.

Tjänsten innefattar också att du kommer att vara ett bollplank och en mentor för mer juniora inContext kollegor samt stöd för management i både strategi och tillväxt.

• Ansvara för att leda, planera och designa kablagekonstruktion från start till mål
• Samarbeta med andra avdelningar och projektteam för att säkerställa en så smidig utvecklingsprocess som möjligt

• Minst 5 års erfarenhet av kablagekonstruktion inom industriell verksamhet

• Goda kommunikationsfärdigheter där du kommunicerar obehindrat i både tal och skrift, på svenska såväl som på engelska

The cable harness is the veins of all electrical systems. Without them no pulse of current goes through the system. To push the shift of electrification, the cable harness needs to be optimized and evolved with new technologies. inContext actively working in all parts of the development from 3D installation, 2D schematic, troubleshooting, project leads, form boards, prototypes & production.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical /Mechatronic/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering)
• 1-3 years of experience with engineering work or/ and technical project management (Electrical systems, Wire harness, Battery systems, HVDC, Energy, Defence etc)
