About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Group Billing and Revenue Operations Lead to take full ownership of our revenue operations across the group. You’ll lead a growing team and be responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our billing processes—across subscriptions (both inside and outside of Younium), advertising (Boost), consulting services, and other income streams.
The role is part of the finance team and will report directly to the Head of Accounting and work closely with cross-functional teams to build a scalable, data-driven, and customer-centric revenue function
This is a key position where you’ll combine leadership, process improvement, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration to make a lasting impact.
Your Mission
As Group Billing and Revenue Operations Lead, you will:
• Lead and develop a growing team of Billing Managers, fostering performance, motivation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own and drive key projects related to billing, revenue operations, and data flows — from process improvements to system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Lead change initiatives that increase operational efficiency, improve the end-to-end billing experience, and align teams around best practices.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across all revenue streams—subscriptions, advertising, and consulting—while managing dunning and bad debt processes.
• Oversee our subscription platform (Younium) and its integration with ERP and CRM systems to ensure smooth operations and automation.
• Uphold data accuracy and compliance, working closely with Controlling and other stakeholders to maintain reporting quality and support revenue tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to improve commercial terms and provide financial insights and support.
Who You Are
Must-Haves
? Proven experience in subscription-based and/or SaaS business models
? Background in billing or revenue operations with hands-on operational expertise
? Strong leadership skills and experience leading high-performing teams
? Track record of driving process/system improvements and leading change initiatives
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
? Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Haves
? Familiarity with Younium and CRM tools like Lime and Hubspot
? Background in accounting, finance, or audit
? Experience leading cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives
? Involvement in system implementation or migration projects
? University degree in a relevant field
? Finnish language skills
