We are looking for an Coordinator & Materials Manager that will be working with the supporting infrastructure for services to railway operators, industrial companies and local authorities.
This is an office based role in Hallsberg.
TASKS • You are responsible for scheduling and controlling the service and spare parts for the maintenance of rail vehicles • Purchasing and procurement of necessary materials, spare parts, consumables, etc. as well as services for day-to-day operations • You continuously coordinate with the fleet management and the service technicians for the operational planning of our service activities • You take care of master data maintenance and monitor the quality and safety level of the material and services • The issue of environmental management is also in your hands; You maintain the register of hazardous substances, monitor the implementation of the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances and all binding environmental and safety-related obligations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Having worked in a previous specialist role for warehouse logistics, in metal or electrical trades or another suitable training • Relevant knowledge and experience in the field of warehouse logistics • Knowledge and experience in the maintenance of rail vehicles. • Independent, safety-conscious and solution-oriented way of working • Teamwork • Fluent German and good knowledge of English is required, other languages are an advantage Visa mindre

We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to work on a project in Sundsvall. This is a 12 month contract position. Relevant training will be provided.

Update databases
Develop training and onboarding material for our contractors
Support for our contractors on-site (system access, training, document validation)


Requirements


Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer desired but not necessary
Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, Spanish and English

ROLE
Analyses, designs, develops and tests process flows in support of multiple business projects using integration technologies.
Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots and maintains integration components for applications and systems.
Understands, refines and complies with integration patterns, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Works with Solution Architects to ensure that application designs utilize the appropriate integration patterns and standards.
Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards.
Leads small teams of contractors and mentor junior developers.
Builds and maintains a solid understanding of the application areas and the business areas they support.

REQUIRED
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO.
Hands-on experience working with business users and Solution Architects to determine integration requirements, develop and test PI/PO interfaces.
Experience with JAVA Scripting.
Experience in the configuration of adapters such as JMS, SFTP, SOAP, IDOC, Proxy, FTPS, web services.
Experience working in and administering a multi-tenant PI/PO Environment.
Experience in integration with SAP cloud applications such as SuccessFactors with On-premise solutions.
Must be self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
Must have proven ability to set and follow priorities and timeline.
Ability to develop repeatable development processes with supporting documentation.
Must have the ability to build lasting trusted partnerships across various functional areas and technical disciplines.

Recommended
Experience with SAP PI/PO 7.4 or higher.
Experience with SAP Cloud Connector.
Experience with BPM design and modelling.
Experience integrating custom and package products across complex enterprise environments.
Working understanding of security standards such as SAML, XACML, MASSL, and OATH.
Familiarity with Smartsheets a plus.
Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is desired. Visa mindre
