As Head of Digital Experience, you’ll work closely with the Chief Digital Officer and the Digital Leadership Team and lead a multi-market team of UX, UI, and Research professionals. You’ll collaborate with Digital Products, Technology, Compliance, Customer Service, and Commercial to ensure every release is consistent, auditable, and customer-ready.

Your Role at Entercard
You will set and lead our cross-channel Digital Experience Strategy, ensuring that every product and feature meets clear standards for design quality, accessibility, and compliance before it goes live.
You will:
· Own and evolve our design system and component library to drive reuse, efficiency, and defect reduction.
· Embed experience governance across Digital — defining standards for accessibility, inclusion, and readiness.
· Translate insights into measurable outcomes, reducing rework, improving accessibility, and increasing customer satisfaction across digital channels.
· Champion inclusive design and represent Digital in compliance and audit forums with documented evidence of readiness.
· Co-lead governance with the Head of Digital Products, aligning roadmaps with experience, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
· Explore innovation opportunities, including AI-assisted UX and accessibility tools, to accelerate design quality and compliance.
· Lead, coach, and inspire UX, UI, and Research colleagues across markets — fostering a culture of quality, clarity, and collaboration.

What You Bring
· Proven leadership in multi-channel digital experience, ideally within regulated or financial environments.
· Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centred design processes.
· Ability to balance customer impact, compliance, and delivery speed through structured governance.
· Experience leading cross-functional and multi-market teams.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills; fluent in English (one Scandinavian language is a plus).
· Curiosity, empathy, and discipline — a mindset that turns governance into an enabler of creativity.

The Business Risk Unit is responsible for operational risk management in first line by securing that Entercard operates within the regulatory and internal governance, and risk and compliance requirements. What you'll be doing
As a Business Risk Controller you will support our team to effectively perform tasks regarding operational and business risks (control self-assessment, risk assessments, business continuity, supplier assessments, data protection impact assessments).

What you'll be doing
Contribute to the development of credit risk underwriting policies for Entercard’s credit card portfolios
Execute analytical tasks with attention to detail. Manage expectations regarding timelines and expected challenges. Account for practical factors that may have an impact on analytical outcomes, e.g. operational issues or seasonality affecting performance data. Present it in a format proper for the audience.
Perform analysis using industry-leading methods and applying a “test-and-learn” approach

The Risk control function supports the business operations with independent supervision and advice and is following up on risk to which the business is exposed or could perceptibly become exposed to. What you'll be doing
Perform model validation of mainly credit risk models on a regular basis and report the results to the Model Forum
Develop the methodology for model validation, both in terms of improving the statistical methodology and optimizing the SAS code.
Perform regular and ad-hoc analysis of mainly credit risks.
Support in the preparation of regular risk reporting to senior management and the board
Perform independent internal monitoring of 1st line of defence.

To succeed in this role, you need to:
Have a university degree in relevant field, e.g. Finance, Economics or Engineering.
Preferably have a few years of relevant experience of quantitative analysis in a bank or financial institution, or as a consultant.
Have good knowledge of methodologies and models for measuring credit risk.
Have good knowledge of statistical methodologies in general.
Be curious and eager to learn and have a structured way of working.
Have strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge in at least one programming language. Knowledge in SAS is an advantage.
Have strong communication skills, be proactive, have a flexible mindset, and be proud to call yourself a team player.
Have good verbal and written communication skills in English.

The Team
The Business Risk Unit is responsible for Operational risk management in our first line. Securing that EnterCard operates with the regulatory and internal governance, risk and compliance requirements by facilitate and support business with managing a risk and control environment that is in line with the risk tolerance of the company.

The Business Risk Specialist is responsible for support and aligning the operational risk management activities for the business functions, so they are executed in accordance with the risk framework. Support and facilitates 1st line with risk-related activities (e.g. risk-assessments, risk mitigation, control definition and testing.
The Position
• Provide support to the assigned risk and process owners by driving the implementation of the 1st Line Risk Framework in the business, covering operational and business risks by identification, assessment and training. Compliance to regulatory requirements, incident and problem management, and business continuity management.
• Drive the identification, assessment and documentation of risks and controls.
• Test and assess controls.
• Support in incident reporting for the function. Monitor and follow up on incidents to ensure appropriate actions are taken in response.
• Support function in identifying risks related to the Problems logged in Problem management.
• Support and facilitate internal audit process regarding the business function. Gather the information required by the auditors and follow-up on the recommendations and actions.
• Support the supplier relationship manager to evaluate the supplier assessments forms, gather evidence regarding risks and controls.
• Support the head of BRU to drive the risk culture by ensuring that EnterCard employees are aware of their risk management responsibilities through communication and training with a focus on excellence through control.
• In the Policy Life Cycle management process support Operational Owner with potential updates in the steering documents.
• Provide and gather information to create 1st line risk report.
You
• Have a proven track record from working on a risk management & compliance agenda, preferably from consumer Finance or a similar industry within areas as such as information security, IT development, operations and/or project management.
• Have a bachelor degree within finance, information technology, audit or similar.
• Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• One or more relevant certifications like CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CIPT or similar are preferably
