Now, on behalf of Wallenius Wilhelmsen, we’re looking for an IoT Data Engineer with experience in Azure and data pipelines who wants to turn complex vessel and sensor data into insights that make a real impact.
Why this role matters
Every vessel in the global fleet generates large volumes of high-frequency IoT and telemetry data, from fuel consumption to performance and environmental impact.
Today, that data holds untapped potential.
Your mission is to structure, connect and scale this data so it can be used in real-world decision-making.
You will build the foundation for how data is used across the operations, enabling smarter decisions, improved vessel performance and reduced emissions.

What you will do
You will take ownership of how vessel data is transformed into reliable and scalable data products:
• Build and maintain data pipelines for high-frequency IoT and telemetry data
• Work with Azure cloud and IoT platforms to structure and process data
• Combine sensor data with vessel and operational data (metadata)
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleaning and standardization
• Create scalable and well-documented data products
• Enable data for analytics, applications and decision-making
• Develop integrations between systems (APIs, cloud-to-cloud)
• Contribute to improving our data architecture and cloud environment
What you bring
We’re not looking to tick every single box, but you likely have:
• Experience as a Data Engineer, preferably working with Azure
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines (industrial data)
• Experience working with IoT, telemetry or streaming data
• Understanding of data architecture, data models and data governance
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure or similar)
• Ability to make data usable for both technical and business stakeholders
• A mindset focused on data quality, structure and scalability


Experience from shipping, logistics or other industrial environments is a plus.

MANAGER, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for a Manager, Leadership Development. The role will report to Senior Manager, People Development and will lead the philosophy and approach to leadership development at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, managing global leadership development initiatives and programs across the organization. Provides guidance, support, and direction to drive effective leadership development at all levels. Actively contributes to the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities.
Additionally, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive global leadership development strategies in close collaboration with colleagues in the People Development team. It ensures that the leadership development portfolio is strategically aligned with Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s overall business strategy, People Strategy, leadership expectations, and talent development objectives.

Essential Functions
Design, implement, and facilitate global leadership development programs tailored to leaders, managers, and specialists across the organization.
Collaborate closely with Strategic People Business Partners, People Partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure relevant program content, effective participant nomination, and high-quality execution.
Ensure that all leadership development initiatives are outcome-driven and aligned with predefined learning objectives, while remaining responsive to evolving organizational needs and priorities.
Maintain high standards of program delivery and ensure strong participant engagement and satisfaction across all leadership development offerings.
Manage program budgets responsibly, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising quality, strategic alignment, or impact.
Organize, coordinate, and facilitate global leadership programs, training sessions, and workshops that support capability-building across the organization.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strategic mindset

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and experienced People Business Partner to join our HR team in Stockholm. With a strong background in operational HR and talent attraction within international matrix organizations, you will play a pivotal role in driving people processes, coaching leaders, and supporting organizational growth.

· Har ett antal år med praktisk erfarenhet av lagerarbete på din meritlista, med arbetsmoment så som lagerplock, paketering & emballering, utleveranshantering lastning & lossning, godsmottagning, inventering samt gärna lager administration.
· Har praktisk erfarenhet och vana, samt är bekväm, i att sköta lastning och lossning med motvikstruck (B1), och kommunicera med chaufförer, samtal som ofta sker på engelska. Du behöver givetvis ha ett dokumenterat truckkort klass A+B, A2 samt B1 är nödvändigt och utöver är meriterande.
· Har förståelse och kunskaper kring logistikens och lagrets roll, funktion och uppbyggnad. Erfarenheter av transporter är mycket meriterande.
· Vana av att arbeta med digitala verktyg i anslutning till arbetet. På ROCA´s lager är datorer givetvis en naturlig del i arbetet och digitaliseringen kommer öka, därför ser vi givetvis att du har vana av att arbeta med olika system för logistikhantering så som affärssystem, styrverktyg (.xlsx) och olika rapporter, applikationer och websidor.

Mekanikkonstruktör
”Det vi söker är en mekanikkonstruktör som har klurigheten i sig.”
Alex förklarar: ”Alltså en person som är duktig på att hitta tekniska lösningar, har varit intresserad av mekanik från barnsben. Är van vid problemlösning, är händig och har kanske till och med hanterat både svarv, fräs och svets.”
”Vi har fyra produktgrupper. Grunden är marina beslag, Roca är ju känt för båtbeslag. Och sen har vi vindrutetorkarsystem både på land och till sjöss. Produktgrupp nummer tre är beslag till dörr och fönster. Slutligen har vi glasbeslag, alltså beslag för glasväggar, samt inredningsbeslag i form av konsoler. Torkarsystemet är lite av ett undantag eftersom det också har en motorenhet och en del elektronik, men även beslag i form av bland annat torkararmar.”
”Varför behöver ni rekrytera en mekanikkonstruktör just nu”, undrar jag.
”Vi växer och det är otroligt mycket att stå i. Vi har en del större kunder som vill jobba med oss och då blir det ett helt annat regelverk som vi behöver följa. Som till exempel att se till att vi har dokumentation, tester och miljödata så att vi uppfyller krav på olika typer av EU-normer och direktiv. Vi har ett högt tempo också med ny hemsida på gång, nya databaser och PIM-system [Product information systems].”
”Vi är fyra personer i R&D-teamet och eftersom vi expanderar behöver vi bli flera. Vårt ansvar är produktvård av befintliga produkter. Men också att utveckla från kund-idé till färdig produkt, inklusive leverantörshanteringen, kvalitetsuppföljningen, konstruktion, tester, verifieringar, godkännande från kunder och godkännande av tredje part. Vårt ansvar är att hålla ihop projekten från att vi har tagit över idén från våra säljare tills vi är redo att lansera. En stor del av vårt arbete är också att svara på frågor från kunder.”
”Personen vi söker kommer bli produktansvarig för vårt vindrutetorkarsystem. Det är en av våra stora produktgrupper som säljs till båt och landbaserade fordon. Så målsättning för den här nya personen är att vi ska bli ännu vassare inom torkarsystemen och utveckla det sortimentet. Sen kommer naturligtvis den här personen bli inblandad i projekt kring dörr, fönster och industrisidan.”
”Förutom klurigheten som du nämnde i början, vilken erfarenhet ser du som viktig hos den här personen?”
”Vi pratar ju mekanik och vi behöver såklart ha in någon som gärna har flera års erfarenhet. Ja, och så är någon form av PDM-system är meriterande [Product Design Management]. CAD-kunskap är ett krav och kan personen dessutom Autodesk Inventor eller Vault är det meriterande. Vad gäller branscherfarenhet vill jag inte sätta några krav, jag tror att det blir för snävt då. Vi är en platt och liten organisation, men utvecklingen finns i det kreativa - att tillsammans med säljarna utveckla affären. Vi vill alltid göra långsiktiga rekryteringar. Så vi söker en personlighetstyp som kan vara långsiktig.”
”Den som tidigare arbetat med mekanik, även om det är på ett helt annat område, kommer ha lätt att sätta sig in i just vår mekanik. Det är inte rocket science på det sättet. Det svåra med vårt jobb är bredden, att vara spindeln i nätet. Till exempel genom att få våra leverantörer och våra medarbetare i Asien att förstå alla våra krav. Här behöver du vara en pedagog när du ska förklara för våra kollegor och verkligen säkerställa att de har förstått allting. Det är mycket kommunikation så det är viktigt som tusan att man är en vettig kommunikatör, speciellt gentemot andra länder. Vi har inte bara leverantörer i Taiwan, utan också i Vietnam, Finland, Italien och snart i Indien. Så personen behöver kunna kommunicera med leverantörerna på tekniska möten och diskutera hur saker och ting ska vara.”
”Jag har stämt av i teamet och det vi ser är att vi behöver en person som har en teknisk kreativitet i sitt dna. Även om det inte får gå till överdrift”, tillägger han och ler. ”Det handlar om att komma med idéer och nya angreppssätt, att ha ett nytänkande som kan omsättas i praktiken och leder till resultat.
Man behöver också vara självgående, alltså ta ansvar för sin uppgift och själv strukturera sitt angreppssätt och driva sina projekt vidare. Självklart finns både jag och resten av teamet här för att hjälpa och stötta när det behövs, och det är klart att det kommer att bli en inkörningsperiod. Samarbetsförmåga – naturligtvis – att arbeta bra med andra människor, relatera till dem på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt. Lyssna, kommunicera och lösa konflikter på ett konstruktivt sätt.
Dels att vara tydlig, det vill säga kommunicera på ett tydligt sätt och säkerställa att budskap når fram och att förväntningarna är klara för alla berörda parter. Inklusive att påminna och följa upp. Dels att kunna vara klar och välformulerad i både i små och stora grupper. Att man lyssnar och är mottaglig för motparten och kan anpassa sig till situationen. Ja, sen kanske en viss form av flexibilitet och humor”, avslutar han och ler igen.

”Hur skulle ni vilja beskriva Rocas affärskultur?” undrar jag.
De skrattar och börjar prata i munnen på varandra: ”Många har jobbat länge, de kan verkligen företaget, marknaden och kunderna. Det är viktigt med långa relationer, både med våra kunder och leverantörer”, säger Hans.
”Doer-kultur, frihet för medarbetaren att ta för sig, dynamiskt och marknadsdrivet. Mycket platt organisation”, fyller Magnus i.

Develop, implement, and manage a digital system for recording, monitoring, following up on corrective and preventative actions to ensure non-conformities and recommendations related to FM activities are addressed.

Knowledge and skills
ISO 9001 lead auditor certified.
Experience of developing and implementing QMS.
Confident English speaker – you should ideally have worked in an international company before where you have regularly used the English language in both written and verbal form.

Job Description
Main responsibilities and tasks:
Act as subject matter expert and technical owner of ship to shore connectivity and communication technology
Including satellite connectivity, cyber security, cellular networks, as well as on board wired and wireless networks for OT data traffic
Ensure standardization of ship to shore connectivity solutions across the fleet
Assess, calculate, analyze and advise on business cases for new technology adoptions
Manage OT/IT data traffic amounts between ship and shore and drive efficient data communication through interaction with ship managers, vendors and vessel crew
Continuously improve ship to shore connectivity by identifying operational pain points, be on top of the technology trends, implement new solutions and drive best practices on ways of working and on opex management
Own and drive cyber security guidelines, requirements, tools and policies for vessel connectivity
Facilitate for, and identify on-board OT connectivity needs, such as WiFi and IoT networks (onboard connectivity)
Be the technical liaison on fleet connectivity issues between Marine Operations and corporate IT
Assist on workstreams in Fleet Connectivity & Automation as required


Qualifications and experience:
Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information and Communications technology (ICT), Communication Systems, Network, Electronics, Computer Science, Satellite Technology etc.
Experience in satellite technologies, IoT networks, cellular connectivity etc. is an advantage. If you do not have practical experience, a strong interest is in these topics are required.
Experience in project work is required

Job description

We currently have vacancies for customer & cargo coordinators in our trade teams in Stockholm.

The role requires both customer and cargo coordination with responsibility for:

Co-ordinating cargo in order to fulfil contractual commitments and maximize customer satisfaction whilst contributing towards best tonnage utilisation with optimal cargo mix and voyage results
Ensuring customer satisfaction and commitments are met and work is carried out according to our defined processes and procedures.
The position will report to the Manager of Customer & Customer Coordination. The role is on local terms and is subject to eligibility to work in Sweden. Our working language is English.

Key Responsibilities

Cargo Coordination

· Develop and manage cargo allocation plans in alignment with capacity management
· Identify potential space challenges and pro- actively provide solutions
· Follow up on space availability, deliveries and waitlisted cargo
· Responsible for liaison with Area Sales Teams, Port Operations and Terminal to enhance the ability to prioritize and optimize use of space allocations
· Play an active role in implementation and execution of customer prioritization and optimal cargo mix decisions
· Monitor volume levels and provide input on optimal routing and port rotation across the trade.
· Guide vessel scheduling based on customer requirements
· Ability to foresee, identify, and initiate actions to support higher earnings

Customer Coordination
· Act as primary customer interface developing customer focus and relationships
· Respond to all general customer enquiries
· Responsible for customer bookings
· Record and respond to customer feedback/complaints and actively follow up
· Support account management for nominated customers
· Monitor customer KPIs and seek corrective action to ensure adherence to performance targets
Competencies

The vision of the Digital Supply Chain Management Solutions business unit is to become the leading neutral supply chain and mobility orchestrator for the global outbound finished rolling goods industry.


The Supply Chain Project Manager role belongs to the Business Development and Supply Chain Advisory function that offers Supply Chain solutions, optimization and expert advice to customers. We strive to deliver improvements for our customers in the areas of service levels, logistics performance, cost and transport-related emissions. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Advisory.
Join a small but growing team of supply chain experts


As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you have the responsibility to lead and ensure the timely delivery of a range of consultancy projects to our customers. Customer projects can range from Supply Chain maturity assessments, transformation initiatives, and supply chain network optimization projects to logistics supplier sourcing projects. The role will also support the business development (sales) process, for example by executing pre-study assignments. In addition, the role is expected to support the continuous development of how we deliver value to customers.


The role will collaborate closely with business development (sales) and deliver projects together with dedicated supply chain analysts.


By joining us in the early phase of our journey, you will be expected to contribute to the development of our product offering and the way we deliver value to our customers.
Specific responsibilities include:
Lead and deliver high-quality supply chain and logistics projects, supported by a team of supply chain analysts
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for key accounts
Support the Business Development Managers with the pre-sales process, such as pre-studies and the development of value propositions tailored to identified customer needs
Continuous development of the approach, capabilities, tools and product offerings of the Supply Chain Advisory team

Associated tasks include:
Develop commercial proposals to potential customers, including project deliveries and time plans
Project management, including time management, resource planning and cost control
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about trends and developments in global and local markets
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to support our customers' supply chain
Mobilize internal expertise to support project deliverables
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chains and logistics networks

We are looking for experienced and passionate supply chain experts to help our customers' Supply Chains perform better


Collaborating and working together with internal colleagues as well as customers, also at a senior level, is an essential part of the role. For this reason, you are expected to have proven experience engaging and developing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in a global environment. You thrive in working in a multicultural and international environment and have a strong understanding of cultural diversity and how to navigate this.


Project management experience and a proven track record of delivering successful projects are required. You are expected to regularly lead more than one project at a time, which will require excellent time management and planning skills.


An analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities will also be required to understand processes, identify improvement areas and recommend appropriate solutions.


Industry experience, whether from the automotive/industrial or service provider side of the logistics industry, is considered a strong merit.


A prerequisite for succeeding in the role is being curious and passionate about logistics, supply chains, and technology and being a continuous learner in these domains.


We welcome candidates with prior experience as consultants, as this background brings a unique perspective and skill set to the role of a supply chain project manager. However, we also recognize that there are many paths to success in this field, and we welcome applicants with diverse experiences to apply for this position.


We believe a mix of more experienced and younger talent is good for business. We do, however, believe that a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required to succeed in the role.
The workplace


As a small but growing business unit, it is important for us to purposefully think about building and scaling local teams in the same locations to support our team members with leadership, culture, and belonging. Potential locations for this role, at this stage of our development, include Belgium (Antwerp), Germany (Bremen/Bremerhaven) and Sweden (Gothenburg). If you are not in any of these areas today but are willing to relocate, we would gladly support you with the move (reasonable relocation package, employment on local terms). However, we are open to discussing alternative locations with the right talents.
