As the next Education Coordinator, you will be an essential team member responsible for planning and administration of our higher vocational (YH) educations. It includes working with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive the development, execution, and management of our program and courses.


Responsibilities
Coordination and administration of our higher vocational (YH) educations.
Own and manage the day-to-day development and deliverables across all admission channels, in very close partnership with our teaching teams, IT, office and marketing departments to ensure flawless execution for all.



Requirements
Experience in adminstration and coordination.
Working knowledge of computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Excels at establishing and fostering strong internal and external relationships.
Ability to execute effectively across a variety of projects at the same time.
Ability to take direction, be solution-driven and manage priorities with self-sufficiency with remote team members.
Professional fluency in English language.

What we are looking for?
The Head of Education will lead the two-year Game Artist program preparing our students to enter the professional games industry. As part of a team of teachers and coordinators based in Stockholm you will be expected to take care of a broad range of educational needs, from recruiting industry teachers and helping students to find relevant internships, to working on games projects where students work together across all disciplines to make games. There’s some level of administration in the role and the successful candidate must be prepared to take on key educational responsibilities for a government approved education such as student applications, grading, evaluation, student contact and mentoring. All teaching and communication takes place in English and we welcome applications from anywhere in the world. More than anything else, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about the future of games and how we can prepare talented young game developers for the industry both in Sweden and abroad.
Who you are?
You need to have hands-on experience of having worked with game art for a professional games development company. We also want you to have an established network within the games industry and a good understanding of current trends in games development. As Head of Education for our Game Artist program, you will be
continuously mentoring students in areas that might include 3D-modelling, asset development, texturing, lighting, character and environment art, and animation. Experience in level design and programming for game mechanics is a real plus. Teaching experience is also important, particularly if this has been at an executive or advanced level.

Changemaker Educations söker en servicekoordinator som brinner för att ge snabb och effektiv service till våra studeranden, personal och kunder. I din roll som servicekoordinator kommer du att ansvara för möblering och enklare underhåll i skolans lokaler samt hjälpa Office Manager med den dagliga verksamheten. Changemaker Educations finns på en rad olika platser i landet och bedriver utbildningar inom bland annat spelutveckling, webbutveckling, agil projektledning och UX-design. Du kommer att jobba i våra lokaler på Södermalm i Stockholm. Arbetsmiljön är kreativ och med ny teknik i fokus.

Rollen innebär att
Vara i daglig kontakt med och ge service till studeranden, personal och besökare
Löpande följa upp möblering i våra lokaler, åtgärda brister och komma med lösningsförslag
Strukturera upp och göra inventering av våra lagerutrymmen och skolmaterial
Klara tunga lyft när vi möblerar om lektionssalarna och övriga utrymmen
Iordningställa fika inför möten
Göra inköp för skolan
Borra upp hyllor, montera möbler, fakta bort saker mm
Du jobbar i våra två utbildningslokaler på Åsögatan 117 och i Söderhallarna.
