Main tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for the daily planning for a team of 5-10 Service Technicians and lead the daily customer service for your team. You will also prepare and finalise service orders, including parts ordering and proactively plan service and ensure customer’s operation uptime. As a Service Dispatcher, you will work closely with various stakeholders in order to ensure customer satisfaction and prepare decision-making for the regional service manager to provide a basis for quotations.
You will also:
Approve the Technicians’ work time, daily
Collect and compile information regarding warranty issues
Keep customer contacts, contract conditions and maintenance plans up to date
Cooperate with regional service managers to ensure efficient and profitable operations.


What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
At least high school education.

Experience:
At least 1- 2 years experience in a similar role.

Competencies:

In this role you will assist to design and develop high quality products. Also estimate, communicate and follow up development and component costs. Communicate with R&D in Sweden, Singapore & Malaysia and optional - visit customers locally and/or worldwide, follow deliveries to commission. The position is suitable for a fresh graduate or somebody with up to 1 year of relevant working experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
In this role you will make hand and finite element analysis based numerical calculations on our products in compliance with internal or customer requirements. You will also make professional reports on the calculations including critical assessment. You will take part in the latest research within calculation standards and principles. Liaise with the R&D teams in Malaysia, Sweden & Singapore as well as suppliers and internal functions in the manufacturing plant and support product managers and sales with technical expertise and knowledge.
Ideally you have:
Master’s Degree in Mechanical engineering, Solid mechanics, Aeronautical and Vehicle engineering, Material Science, production engineering.Expertise in static, transient and dynamic finite element analysis.
Expertise in calculations with focus on strength and dynamics.
3D CAD modelling.
Knowledge of hand calculations, calculation standards and how to apply them.
Familiar with steel design, welding and manufacturing techniques is a plus
Having read courses about FEA, strength/mechanics of materials, weld mechanics, fatigue strength, static strength, testing techniques in solid mechanics, machine design is a plus.
Familiar with writing technical reports.
Skills in FEA based software such as Ansys, Autodesk Inventor Professional, Spaceclaim, Solid edge, Mathcad 15 or Mathcad prime is a plus.

We are now searching for a new team member to join our team of friendly professionals in Bromma, Kalmar Mobile Solutions as a Service Engineer. You will have the opportunity to perform services related work within the EMEA region, including dealing with commissioning, warranty and RUPs.
This position is located in Kista, Sweden- frequent travelling in the EMEA region will be included and you will report Service Manager; BRM Sales & After Sales EMEA After Sales Services.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As a Service Engineer you will support with after sales support and deliver first level technical support for our customers. You will provide excellent customer support to our customers with claims and quality concerns. As a Service Engineer you will also provide RUP technical and sales support and remote EMEA support. You will also conduct product knowledge training for our customers.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
Electronic/PLC/Programming, high school or other relevant education.

Experience
Hands on experience in heavy machinery
At least 2 years of relevant business / product experience
Mechanical, hydraulic and control system basic knowledge
Specific market knowledge or experience is a merit.

Competencies
Excellent computer literacy
A strong technical background.

As a person you are innovative. You like to learn new things and like to present technical solutions to customers. You are a team player but also able to find your own paths, both at work and when out travelling. You are used to collaborate with different kind of people, and you can keep your customer service mindset also in challenging situations. Very good skills in English, verbally and in writing are essential, other languages such as French are a merit.

Tjänsten som Country HR Advisor innebär att du är rådgivare i dagliga HR-frågor till företagets verksamhet i Sverige. Du arbetar både självständigt och i nära samarbete med andra Country HR Advisors, som är lokaliserade i Ljungby, Göteborg och Stockholm samt rapporterar till Country HR Manager. Du kommer att driva egna ansvarsområden inom HR och bli involverad i att stötta verksamheten i enlighet med bolagets processer och lagstiftning. Företagets verksamhet bedrivs i en internationell miljö och all HR-administration supportas av ett HR Service Center i Sofia, Bulgarien. Tjänsten är placerad i Stockholm.
