What you will do
As a Senior Sales Executive at Brite, the majority of your time will be spent engaging with prospective merchants to understand their business needs and identifying new opportunities for cooperation. Your main focus will be on the iGaming vertical to maximise sales, proactively use your network of contacts to expand Brite reach, and to respond to customer queries. You are proactive in making suggestions to merchants to improve the overall experience for Brite customer interactions.
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of understanding the business needs and payment challenges faced by prospects in the iGaming vertical, and can translate these into a clear and compelling sales pitch. The ideal candidate will have an existing professional network within iGaming. A payments / fintech background is preferred, but not essential.
Responsibilities
As a crucial member of our Commercial team you will identify and research our target customers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. By driving all stages of the sales process, you will be a key contributor to the company's growth.

Entering negotiations and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.


Leveraging your professional and personal network to get a foot in the door, accelerate the sales cycle and close deals.


Working closely with our VP Sales, Entertainment to define and execute a playbook that delivers new business within agreed timescales.


Using our CRM tool (Salesforce) to track and manage your opportunities, ensuring they are up to date and market feedback is accurately captured.

What we are looking for As the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at Brite AB, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our Sweden-based anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF) and sanctions programs for our EU operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Brite's policies. Collaborating with the teams in our headquarters in Stockholm (including the Management, Financial Crimes Prevention and Compliance teams), your responsibilities will include support with and oversight of the first line AML, CTF and sanctions activities, investigating and reporting suspicious transactions escalated by the business, and ensuring adherence to best practice, the Swedish FSA’s expectations and regulatory frameworks. 
You will become part of the Brite group’s experienced and engaged Compliance and MLRO team, which is expanding from the current 2 FTEs. The MLRO will report to the Compliance Director, who is also located at the headquarters in Stockholm. 
Your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Serve as Brite AB's MLRO located in Sweden, liaising with both internal and external parties on financial crime matters.


Oversee and together with the Head of Financial Crime Prevention refine Brite's AML/CTF and sanctions program, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.


Following up and testing compliance and quality in the anti-financial crimes work.


Conduct investigations, detect and report suspicious activities, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Provide guidance on AML, CTF, and sanctions compliance, and lead financial crime awareness training for staff.


Regularly report on financial crime risks and compliance to the board and management.


Contribute to the timely regulatory reporting on AML to the Swedish FSA.


Update governing documents for financial crimes compliance and give input to other policy owners as required.


Stay informed on regulatory developments within financial crimes, assess their impact on Brite and participate in implementation projects.


Perform risk assessments, support other departments in regulatory compliance, and handle internal and external audits.

What you will do
As a Business Controller at Brite you will be an important part of the Finance team. You will work with another Business Controller and report directly to the CFO. You will be managing all aspects of financial and business performance analytics, budgeting, forecasting, revenue and cost governance and reporting. You will be working closely with all business areas on a continuous basis, supporting analysis in multiple areas such as industry/market overviews, pricing grids/margin estimates, budget processes etc. If you are a commercial driven Business Controller - this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What we are looking for As the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at Brite AB, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our Sweden-based anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF) and sanctions programs for our EU operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Brite's policies. Serve as Brite AB's MLRO located in Sweden, liaising with both internal and external parties on financial crime matters.


Oversee and together with the Head of Financial Crime Prevention refine Brite's AML/CTF and sanctions program, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.


Following up and testing compliance and quality in the anti-financial crimes work.


Conduct investigations, detect and report suspicious activities, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Provide guidance on AML, CTF, and sanctions compliance, and lead financial crime awareness training for staff.


Regularly report on financial crime risks and compliance to the board and management.


Contribute to the timely regulatory reporting on AML to the Swedish FSA.


Update governing documents for financial crimes compliance and give input to other policy owners as required.

What you will do
In this role at Brite you will work with, and be responsible for, everything related to Internal IT. This includes administering employee laptops (including Windows, MacOS and Linux-machines), handling Google Workplace ("G Suite"), building and maintaining the network in both the office and the data center, Server maintenance, Inventory management, License management, GCP Access management - and even some of the IT security-related tasks. About the role

At Brite Payments, we are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will focus on improving our platform infrastructure and work closely with various engineering teams to help them overcome challenges and adopt best practices. What you will do

What you will do

Brite’s product suite and strategic expansion into new verticals and markets hinge primarily on its ability to ensure product-market fit, making the product team a key cornerstone of the overall success of the business. What you will do

Brite is growing rapidly, and so is Brite's legal team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of the legal team with your focus on complex commercial relationships and regulatory investigations. What you will do

At Brite you will be an essential part of Merchant Solutions and the majority of your time will be dedicated to interacting directly with our customers and ensuring a great experience with Brite with focus on customer and partner onboardings. You will work closely with several teams internally, and help improve our product.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage the onboarding work of merchants and partners end to end, and by that:

- Set up merchants and partners for success by facilitating the implementation process for new merchants and partners, as well as existing ones

- Having a tight dialogue with our merchants during their onboarding-, integration-, and launch phase and help them solve technical, product or launch related blockers or topics

- Educate new merchants/partners, and ensure a smooth adoption to our products and services

- Being a link between Sales, Tech, Product and Merchant Solutions team

- Update and create onboarding-related documentation, merchant-specific information and guidelines, and implement processes internally

- Overarching the area Merchant Integrations and ensure scalability

- Prepare, deliver and present solution proposals to merchants based on their needs without losing track of the long term vision

What you will do

Our commercial partnerships team is looking for new colleagues to join us. As part of our partner team, you will contribute highly to a dynamic team to accelerate our business by planning and executing the go-to market strategy. You will be directly engaging with our partners, developing our existing accounts, breaking new ground and gaining more market shares and new business opportunities.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Our distribution partnerships

- Actively selling into partners’ merchants

- Driving joint marketing campaigns (B2B)

- The internal stakeholder for our Partners (single point of contact)

- Partner sales-pipeline management

- Working on world-class technical integrations with platforms and PSPs

What you will do

As a Business Controller at Brite you will be an important part of the Finance team. You will report to the CFO and together with another Business Controller you will be managing all aspects of financial and business performance analytics, forecasting, cost governance and reporting. What will you do

The Senior Content Manager will be responsible for leading the creation of content across multiple platforms, including web pages, social media posts, blog posts, articles, graphics, and videos.

- Responsible for the company’s content marketing strategy and planning.

What you will do

We are looking for a goal-oriented regional marketing manager to lead all regional marketing efforts in the Benelux region, in accordance with the global marketing strategy and aligned with the regional sales strategy. As a Marketing Manager - Benelux, you will be at the forefront of creating strategic campaigns that encompass a range of marketing channels, including but not limited to, content creation, online and offline events, direct marketing, social media, and any other channels that you deem necessary.

Responsibilities:
At Brite you will work with, and be responsible for, everything related to "Internal IT", stretching from administrating the employee laptops (including Windows, MacOS and Linux-machines), handle Google Workplace ("G Suite"), building and maintaining the network in both the office and in the datacentre, Server maintenance, Inventory management, License management, GCP Access management, and even some of the IT security related tasks - Basically everything that keeps the company running from an IT perspective!
We are looking for someone who can take a holistic view over the entire Internal IT landscape as well as being responsible for a wide range of different tasks.
