We are now looking for a full-time Assistant Manager at Kungsholmen - an awesome human being that can help us preach the holy hop, offer amazing service, and support the GM in running a kick-ass bar in Stockholm.
You have a few years of experience working in a supervisory role in a bar/restaurant. In general, you're a happy and outgoing person that loves chatting with people and can shine a light on even the cloudiest day, plus you obviously love beer!
The Assistant Manager role will be second-in-command and take on a lot of additional duties, including helping with team recruitment and development, day-to-day operational tasks, assisting with ordering, stocktakes and finances and general supervision alongside the Stockholm General Manager. As such, we'd love to see that you have at least some previous experience in team supervision, financials and operationals as well as training and developing your co-workers in the work place.
Needless to say, we take chemistry into consideration as we are eager to have teams working together enjoys coming to work everyday.
We will train you in all things BrewDog, but we require great people skills, a few years background in the restaurant business and of course a strong passion for craft beer!
