Hire talent:
•    Develop our Stockholm Tech Hub with the aim to be a magnet for Software Engineers and Frontend Developers

IT Security Manager
Full-time preferably at our location in Berlin, Verl, Stockholm or Oslo (Other AFS location to be discussed)

The Order-to-cash (O2C) Tech function is, on an international level (Nordics, Benelux & DACH), responsible to technologically develop and run integrated solutions in the order-to-cash (O2C) space. We work closely together with the product teams and other technology functions, to deliver on the O2C product strategy as well as securing a scalable and security-oriented Tech stack.

We are looking for an IT Security Manager to be part of the O2C Infrastructure & Service Management team. As the IT security manager, you will be part of the bigger Arvato Financial Solutions (AFS) IT Security community and work closely together with the central IT security team. Through this community AFS  standards, practices, and tools will be aligned and you will act as an interface for the O2C security matters towards
* Governance, compliance, and risk management
* IT service management and operations teams
* Local information security, data protection, and legal offices


In this role you will measure and analyze the security posture of O2C as well as individual applications. You will share the result with business, management, and technical teams, explain the findings, and securing that the findings are addressed and resolved in an agreed time frame.


What you are expected to do:
* Conduct risk analyses and initiate security measures
* Preparation and support of audits
* Developing networking requirements, reviewing the installations of firewalls, VPNs, routers
* Overseeing security awareness programs
* Implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures
* Testing final security structures and reviewing applications security
* Responding immediately to security-related incidents and providing a thorough post-event analysis
* Measuring the security posture and reporting it
* Defining security controls for IT service management and operations
* Working close with information security, data protection, and legal offices
* Responsible for projects with strategic IT security relevance.


A great IT Security Manager shall:
* Have at least 3 years experience with the application and infrastructure security
* Good knowledge in IT risk management as well as in common standards and methods
* Be familiar with modern, identity-based security approaches
* Be proactive, openly share, evangelize, and advocate for the security topics
* Have great communication and collaboration skills
* Speak fluent English

Enterprise Architect
An enterprise architect at our O2C (order to cash) business unit sets the direction and establishes the approach to development and operations, aligns the organizational structure to the target systems architecture and infrastructure, ensures cohesion in the work of divisional business units and services. In this role you will be responsible for structuring and descriptions of our business entities and services, their properties, and relationships. You will care for the "shared economy" of the organization, the use of standard practices and tools, optimal use of the infrastructure, cost efficiency, and ultimately the complexity of our service and workplace ecosystems.

What will be the challenge?
You lead the O2C architecture team and establish an end-to-end architecture vision together with your colleagues in the groupwide architecture board. You share the following set of tasks and goals with the team:
* Defining an architectural vision and a roadmap for the organization

* Ensuring technical integrity and consistency of all organizational solutions at every stage of their life cycle
