What the day will look like
The Head of Construction and Natural Resources has the responsibility for his/her portfolio to ensure profitability and ensure that client service and client promise standards are met or exceeded – directly and indirectly with involvement of the Aon United Team - including delivering and executing on the Aon broking strategy for Construction clients.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
Clients
Be a trusted advisor for clients within his/her area of responsibility.
Responsible for new sales and up-sell on existing Aon clients.
Help identify and support cross-selling opportunities across the Aon proposition - together with Aon Client Partner/Account Executive when applicable.
Secure client retention and profitability - together with Aon Client Partner/Account Executive when applicable.
Act as the primary negotiator in obtaining the most effective insurance programs to address client needs.
Responsible for the tender documentation in the tender process within client team.
Active team member in client teams led by designated Aon Client Partner/Account Executive.
Provide alternative options and/or design risk transfer/financing products.
Provide clients with consistent, efficient, and reliable service as per agreed broking services.

Broking
Be a trusted advisor for the client delivering fast and accurate advice and solutions within the designated specialist area.
Analyze the client’s needs based on their specific industry/segment/preferences and place appropriate insurance protection in consultation with the client.
Assist in claims and in negotiations with insurance companies.
In collaboration with colleagues both locally and internationally, ensure that clients are regularly informed of the latest developments in risk and insurance.
Support product development and wording reviews.
Develop overall broking strategy for tender processes.

Operations
Apply operational consistency and quality – through best practices.
Ensure relevant broking data is captured to secure correct output on measurable performance.
Understand and ensure compliance with all internal and external Regulations and Compliance Guidelines.
Encourage goal-oriented collaboration through open communication and active personal participation.
Develop and mentor team members and build an environment that seamlessly works across the Nordic borders.
Provide training, support, and advise to colleagues within Aon.
Be an internal source for information for the colleagues concerning market trends, pricing practices and other broking policies.
Prepare succession plans; map the markets and the competitors to identify broking talent.

How will you make an impact?
You will be responsible for supporting the Facultative Broking team in broking and placing Facultative Risks with Nordic and Continental European Markets.

Finally, you will have direct day-to-day contact with our reinsurance clients to manage each account with any mid-term changes and amendments.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
We are considering all applicants with an insurance or reinsurance background with relevant technical insurance knowledge and an authorization as Insurance Broker is advantage, but not requirement. Vem är du?
Vi ser att du som söker har en avslutad högskole-/universitetsutbildning inom statistik och/eller ekonomi, men du kan även ha en HR-bakgrund kombinerat med intresse och kunskap inom statistik och en vana att använda IT i ditt arbete. Meriterande om du har 1-2 års relevant yrkeserfarenhet, men detta är inget krav. I din roll kommer du även ha internationella kontakter varför det är av vikt att du har en god kommunikationsförmåga på både svenska och engelska.
Som person har du en hög grad av servicekänsla i kombination med en god pedagogisk förmåga för att möta såväl interna som externa kunders behov. About the role

About the role

Aon is the leading player for reward solutions in the Financial services sector globally, through its McLagan Compensation Database and expert reward advisory to leaders within Financial Industry.

There is significant opportunity to grow our Financial Data business in The Nordics. We wish to appoint a new role to develop on the opportunity and become a recognized data consultant and advisor in the region. The role will also partner with the sales team and client support team to grow the compensation database and its business, to build our capabilities to service our clients in the region.

The role will both sell and deliver reward data advisory and custom projects to new and exisiting clients within the Financial service industry. Whilst the primary objective of establishing this role, is to grow our financial expertise and capabilities in The Nordics and increase our Financial sector business, we also need this role to support on project delivery for other advisory projects. The role will also be partnering with the Europe regional Financial services team with a reporting line to EMEA Financial Services Data Leader.

Accountabilities


• The role will have annual revenue targets for data advisory delivery, as well as a shared accountability to hit the financial industry revenue targets for the Nordic region.
• Understanding Finance companies and financial industry jobs in the Nordics and globally. Able to advise clients on appropriate peer group comparisons and benchmarking markets.
• Help grow our proposition and solutions in the Finance sector.
• Delivering on reward projects including job analysis, pay grades, market benchmarking comparisons, customised analytics.
• Act as the expert ‘face’ of the sector/s to local Nordic clients in industry roundtables, webinars and other events.
• Working as a strong team member in both the local Nordic HCS teams and cross Europe Finance vertical.

 

Reporting Line and Team

The role is in the Reward Solutions practice at Aon. It will report to the Reward Solutions leader for Sweden, with a matrix responsibility to the EMEA Financial Services Data Leader for Europe. It will work closely with the Sales team to grow opportunities in the Nordics, the Europe Client Operations team to service the clients and Financial Services colleagues in other markets (UK, Europe and US.)

We are now expanding our operations team, and the Data Operations Analysts will be a member of the European Radford Data Operations team. This team helps the client firms collect their pay data, analyze and validate their data submissions, produce reports, and build our extensive database for Europe.


Data Operations Team

Looking for you who is a skilled and driving analyst with great knowledge in Excel. Your duties will include the collection and processing of our international salary and market study surveys. You will also be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and assessing the reasonableness of the information produced as well as finalizing the data. Another important element in the work is to help internally in interpreting statistics and to use our various IT tools for, for example, statistical analyzes, job evaluation, reporting of market wage information, etc.

The work of the Data Operations Team also means acting as support and assistance for our consultants, with whom you will have very close contact and collaboration. You will also be able to participate in the design of new IT tools and statistics services, as well as carry out tests in connection with their introduction.

Personal characteristics

You have an analytical as well as service-minded ability to meet internal and external customers' needs for help. In addition, you are comfortable with working on multiple tasks at the same time and can deliver in a timely and efficient manner. You are communicative when expressing the workload and can prioritize accordingly. The following abilities are recommended:

Requirement’s profile

A suitable educational background is that you have read economics and/or statistics, but you can also have an HR background combined with interest and knowledge in statistics and a high technical skill is required. 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience. Good knowledge of Excel is a requirement for fulfilling this job. Knowledge on how to build a database, as well as programming skills in SAS, , R, Python is a plus. As our team members, clients and corporate language is English, good knowledge of English is a must.

The Survey Consultant will be a member of the Radford Europe, Data and Client Services team to help client firms classify their employees, collect their pay data, analyse and validate their data submissions, produce reports, and provide web-based and face-to-face training.

The role is client focused and primarily acts in an account manager capacity, although the individual will also be asked to help identify new clients, explain our services and procure their participation in the suite of Radford surveys.

The role is integral to the Radford Europe survey participation numbers growth strategy because it shall manage and support the new survey clients signed up.

About the role

Aon is the leading player for reward solutions in the Technology industry globally, through its Radford Compensation Database and expert reward advisory to global technology leaders and high growth start-ups. There is significant opportunity to grow our Technology Data business in Sweden. We wish to appoint a new role to develop on the opportunity and become a recognised data consultant in the region. The role will also partner with the sales team and client support team to grow the business and build our capabilities to service clients in the region.

The role will both deliver reward data advisory and custom projects to new technology clients and established clients in other industries, with a strong objective to grow out our Technology reward data, analytics and advisory business. Whilst the primary objective of establishing this role, is to grow our technology expertise and capabilities in Sweden and increase our Technology sector business, we also need this role to support on project delivery for standing projects. It will also be involved in Europe regional Technology initiatives with the Technology team.

 

Accountabilities


• The role will have annual revenue targets for data advisory delivery, as well as a shared accountability to hit Technology industry revenue targets for Sweden.
• Understanding Technology companies and technology industry jobs in Sweden and globally. Able to advise clients on appropriate peer group comparisons and benchmarking markets.
• Help grow our proposition and solutions in the Technology sector.
• Delivering on reward projects including job analysis, pay grades, market benchmarking comparisons, customised analytics.
• Act as the expert ‘face’ of the sector/s to local Sweden area clients in industry roundtables, webinars and other events. Support the regional Technology team in regional client groups.
• Working as a strong team member in both the local Sweden HCS teams and cross Europe Technology vertical.

 

Reporting Line and Team

The role is in the Reward Solutions practice at Aon. It will report to the Reward Solutions leader for Sweden, with a matrix responsibility to the Technology Data Solutions Leader for Europe. It will work closely with the Sales team to grow Technology opportunities in Sweden, the Europe Client Operations team to service the clients and Technology Data Solutions colleagues in other markets (UK, Europe and US.

 

Job Scope, skills and competencies


• 5+ years of relevant professional work experience in compensation and benefits and survey data.
• Knowledge of Technology industry jobs and companies. In house, or consulting or service provider working experience in the industry.

Om tjänsten:

Dina arbetsuppgifter som granskare består bland annat av att samla in och bearbeta lönestatistik, vilket innebär att granska och korrigera löneuppgifter som företag rapporterar in elektroniskt. Korrigeringen kräver samarbete med de företag som lämnat uppgifterna och du har i ditt dagliga arbete därför mycket kundkontakt, både via telefon och e-post. Vi arbetar både individuellt och i grupp för att nå vårt gemensamma mål.

Våra arbetstider är mellan klockan 08.00 – 17.00. Anställningsformen är en allmän visstidsanställning i 3 månader på heltid med en timlön från 128 kronor. Övertidsarbete kan förekomma. Projektet beräknas att starta den 1 oktober. I rollen arbetar du med andra granskare. Projektgruppen ingår i sin tur i ett större team inom Aon Solutions Sweden som består av cirka 20 medarbetare. Din profil

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara noggrann, ha datorvana, ett siffersinne, samt en viss kunskap om statistik och service. Då arbetet som granskare är tidsbegränsat behöver du även vara flexibel, stresstålig och ha en god samarbetsförmåga. Du behöver även kunna formulera dig väl i tal och skrift, ha en god förmåga att göra olika rimlighetsbedömningar, samt ha en god social kompetens för att bemöta olika kunder på ett korrekt och tillmötesgående sätt.

Det är viktigt att du kan arbeta under hela projektets längd, samt att du strävar efter att utföra dina arbetsuppgifter med hög kvalitet.
