About the role
We are looking for a Business Controller for the Nordic Region to support key commercial channels, including Electrical Retail, Kitchen Retail, Wellbeing & Small Domestic Appliances, D2C, and Electrolux Home. The role will focus on driving financial performance, supporting decision-making, and improving business predictability through strong analytical insights and close collaboration with both Commercial and Product Line teams.
The Business Controller will work as part of a team of three controllers and will report directly to the Controlling Director, CA North.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the CA North financial planning and reporting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and monthly performance reviews, ensuring high-quality insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead the coordination of the Controlling team while supporting team members and the Controlling Director in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Support Product Line & commercial teams connecting financial performance with business insight.
• Support business case evaluations, pricing improvements, and investment decisions.
• Lead monthly forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy with clear risk and opportunity signaling.
• Support price negotiations and work closely with Pricing teams on planning and execution.
• Set sales bonus targets including follow-ups during the year.
Qualifications and requirements
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business controlling or financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial models
• Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English
• Proactive, structured, and business-oriented mindset
• Experience leading teams or leading a project is a strong advantage

team sits within the Group Treasury of Electrolux. The main objectives for the MO team are to support the strategy of Electrolux by wellbalanced
financial risk management, financial markets execution and debt management. The team is responsible for all FX execution, the
internal bank, funding, intercompany lending as well as supporting the different business area of the Group. Another key objective is to
minimize the cost and balance sheet risk in respect to the Groups pension liability.
As our next FX & Fixed Income Dealer, you will report to Head of Market Operations. You will be based at our HQ in Stockholm.

REGULAR DAY AT WORK
As FX & Fixed Income Dealer you’ll execute trading related activities such as FX & Internal bank, netting, loans/depos as well as advising to
subsidiaries and macro analysis. You will work closely with business areas and other staff functions to reduce risk and evaluate opportunities.
You are someone who thrives in a multi-national company and has the ability to interact in different kind of social and cultural contexts. You
have strong internal drive, motivation and have a good sense for acting in the financial market. Ideally, you’ll have experience from treasury in
a multinational company or from bank within execution of derivatives. You have a strong interest in the financial market and the macro
environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
? At least 7 years’ Treasury experience preferable from large Corp
? Extensive experience from FX management such as hedging and netting
? Good knowledge of derivative instruments and pricing of financial instruments
? Good knowledge of fundamental business concepts, industry & market trends
? Experience and understanding of accounting statements is a plus (BS, P&L and CF)
? University degree preferably within Finance and Administration
? Good Excel Spreadsheet skills
? Experience with Market data and Trading platforms is a plus (Bloomberg. Eikon, FXAll, etc.)
? Experience of WSS is a plus
? Fluency in English

All about the role:
As Field Quality Manager for EMEA within the Global WB&SDA; Quality & Compliance organization, you will lead the regional Field Quality agenda, ensuring a strong Voice of Consumer, fast issue resolution, and continuous improvement. You will act as the key interface between markets and central functions, owning insights on product usage and quality performance across the region.
Working cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, Supplier Quality, and Product Care, you will drive data-informed actions, support product development, and contribute to safeguarding our brands while enhancing consumer experience.
What you'll do:
· Lead and continuously improve EMEA Field Quality ways of working, governance, and reporting for WB&SDA; and Brand Licensing products
· Capture and analyze Voice of Consumer insights (service data, warranty, returns, complaints, reviews) to identify trends and priorities
· Own EMEA Field Quality reporting (KPIs, scorecards, top issues), ensuring clear inputs for governance and business decisions
· Drive warranty cost performance governance, linking field issues to root causes and improvement actions
· Partner with Sales, Consumer Service, and Markets to identify and resolve market-specific quality issues
· Lead root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5Why), align cross-functionally on actions, and ensure timely closure with relevant stakeholders
· Ensure early detection and escalation of quality and safety risks or potential disruptions
· Manage return flows and analysis of defective products, tracking corrective actions with Product Line, Supplier Quality, and Brand Licensing
· Support New Product Development and field testing by translating consumer insights into requirements and quality targets
· Act as a key reference for Consumer Service and Brand Licensing teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement across markets
Who you are:
· Technical degree (Engineering or equivalent) or a technical diploma complemented by significant hands-on quality experience
· Solid experience in Quality, Field Quality, Product Quality, or similar technical roles, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex environments
· Good understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycles, from concept to field performance
· Knowledge of product components, functionality, and typical failure modes is considered a strong advantage
· Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, with exposure to multiple stakeholders and markets
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across functions and cultures
· Experience in project or program management, with an understanding of cost implications and efficiency drivers
· Analytical and structured mindset, able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear priorities and actions
· Proven problem-solving capabilities, with experience in driving root cause analysis and end-to-end issue resolution
· Collaborative team player with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to achieving results
· Curious, consumer-centric mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and learning
· Willingness to travel within EMEA as needed and fluency in English
