About the role
We’re now looking for a Credit Analyst to join our growing Credit team at Northmill. As part of our international expansion, Northmill is entering the German market, and this role will be one of the first key hires in that journey.
You will play a central role in building and optimizing our credit strategy in Germany, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth from the very start. This is a unique opportunity to shape credit policies, influence portfolio performance, and contribute to establishing Northmill as a strong player in a new market.
You will report to the Head of Credit Risk for B2C.
Responsibilities

Analyze and monitor the entire credit cycle to continuously optimize the bank’s credit policies


Use data-driven insights to propose enhancements that improve portfolio performance and manage credit risk


Present recommendations to the Credit Committee and follow up on the outcomes of approved changes


Track and evaluate lending portfolios from new account origination through collections, addressing deviations from expectations


Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop credit models and ensure the bank’s data infrastructure effectively supports analytical and credit needs


Work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to balance growth and risk


Represent the Credit department in wider business projects and initiatives


Who you are
You have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and actionable way. You’re curious, proactive, and comfortable making recommendations even when all the data isn’t perfect.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field


At least 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role


Direct experience with the German consumer credit market

About the role
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic and cross-functional team. As a Data Analyst at Northmill, you will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, fellow Data Analysts, and Data Scientists to leverage data-driven insights that will drive our business forward. Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will work broadly in a wide range of tax compliance matters within Nasdaq, including preparing tax documentation and tax relief at source processes. You will also be involved in transfer pricing and CRS tax-related matters. This role will involve:


Monitor tax compliance, prepare and maintain tax documents, reports and other related materials.


Provide the business departments with tax knowledge of international company tax issues by reviewing tax legislation, double taxation agreements, tax calculations etc.

We expect you to have


University degree in business administration, law, accounting or equivalent


2-3 years of professional experience within tax from an international organization

Du kommer att ha flera interna kontaktytor, både inom och utanför avdelningen för marknader. 

MER OM DIG
Vi söker dig som har en magisterutbildning i nationalekonomi, gärna med finansiell inriktning. Du har ett par års arbetslivserfarenhet inom relevant område, gärna vid statlig myndighet. Du har erfarenhet av hållbarhetsanalys i tillgångsförvaltningen samt analytiskt arbete kopplat till förvaltning av räntebärande värdepapper. Du har även god förståelse för finansiella marknader och olika typer av finansiella risker. Vi ser det som meriterande om du har hållit presentationer på ledningsnivå samt har god förståelse för beredningsprocesser. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av dataanalys och att använda Bloomberg och SimCorp Dimension är det mycket positivt. 

Som person är du kreativ med mycket god analytisk förmåga. Du är också bra på och är van vid och stimuleras av att arbeta i grupp. Du är en stabil person som arbetar strukturerat och är skicklig på att presentera och kommunicera ditt budskap. För rollen krävs att du är en god skribent på svenska och på engelska. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Country Pricing Analyst, here you will be part of the Finance department.
Your Responsibilities
• Analysis of special price agreement (SPA) breadth and width.
• Process advocate on Price quotation/SPA procedure
• Continuously support standardization and harmonization of pricing performance measurement method across the zone or country.
• Support KPI preparation for local Pricing Councils and needed dashboard input for Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting to management at country or zone level. This includes analysis internal and external factors related to pricing including: Delta Price from Gross to Net Net realization and product and customer price mix and price band analysis.
• Provide consultative expertise in response to ad hoc country requests for pricing support in terms of analytics.

• Supports insight on Systems and Dataflows for Pricing Analytics tools and other Pricing tools
• Challenge Master data team in charge for Pricing data quality and availability
• Identify and share best practice for Price Analysis across country organizations, conducting impact assessments with subsequent learning sharing
Who are you?
• BA/BS degree in IT Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related field with a minimum of three years of experience in analytics, preferably in pricing. Analyst experience with purchasing, logistics, or production management will also be considered.
• Requires a strong aptitude for working with numbers
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access capability is essential to this role
• Knowledge of SAP, and would be a plus
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
