Om rollen
Du ansvarar för att samordna och driva rivningen av en befintlig kaj (Berth 503) samt uppförandet av en ny kaj för framtida industriell användning. Du kommer att arbeta nära byggherren och entreprenören för att säkerställa att projektet levereras enligt tidplan, budget, kvalitet och säkerhetskrav. Rollen innebär en lokal ledningsfunktion med daglig närvaro på plats.
Du blir en nyckelperson i ett multidisciplinärt projektteam och har ett stort ansvar för att koordinera, kommunicera och säkra projektets framdrift.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden
Ledarskap & styrning


Koordinera och leda det dagliga arbetet på plats

? Kvalifikationer
Obligatoriska krav


Flytande i svenska och engelska (i tal och skrift)
ISPS-kunskap och utbildning
Minst 10 års erfarenhet av större anläggnings- eller infrastrukturprojekt (gärna inom marin, energi, olje- och gasindustrin)
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom bygg/civilingenjörsområde
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda komplexa projekt från start till mål
God kännedom om svenska tillståndsprocesser och bygglagstiftning

What Will you do:
- Lead Fit Development & Fit Sessions As the go-to expert in fit, you’ll collaborate closely with design and buying teams to ensure every piece meets our fit standards. Manage fit models, conduct and own wear tests, and provide detailed feedback to refine each product.
- Pattern Making & Grading Develop and fine-tune patterns with accuracy across all sizes, using 3D tools like CLO to streamline the design process and keep our activewear fit consistent and high-quality.
- Reduce Returns & Drive Bestsellers Dive into customer return data, identifying and resolving common fit issues to reduce returns. Partner with teams to keep eCommerce fit guides up-to-date, helping customers find their perfect fit every time.
- Sample Management & Quality Control Maintain high standards in sample accuracy, performing risk assessments, updating tech packs with fit comments, construction notes, and technical instructions for suppliers. As well as ensuring all care labels and quality standards are met before production.
- Supplier & Factory Liaison Build strong connections with suppliers and factories, keeping production on schedule and resolving technical challenges as they arise, occasionally travelling to oversee international suppliers.
- Technical Measurements & Industry Standards Keep our master measurement lists and tech packs accurate and updated, translating design intent seamlessly into production specs.


Your Superpowers:
- Formal qualifications in pattern design and sewing, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in pattern making, grading (3D pattern-making tools like CLO a huge advantage )
- Extensive knowledge of garment construction, stitching techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in improving fit and quality KPIs and a passion for product development.

We are looking for a Senior Creative Pattern Maker/dressmaker with a track record of working with premium brands.
Studio Collection is on an exciting journey and looking for an experienced and ambitious Pattern Maker to join our highly talented and skilled design team. You will play an important part in our mission- creating brand building collections to strengthen the H&M brand.
This role will co-create the RTW assortment for our occasion wear collections. You have well established pattern making and process skills and have previously worked with premium qualities and making, cross all product types.
You can construct design visions and product ideas in a creative and efficient way, mixing digital and manual tools in alignment with product purpose and timeline. You have a high fashion sense, a strong feeling for silhouette and shapes as well as deep knowledge in craftmanship. A pattern maker, who both, thinks outside the box seeking creative solutions and have the technical skills to construct production friendly garments.
We believe that you as a person are driven, hands-on and self-motivated. You are curious and have a genuine passion for high-end fashion. You are organized, love to collaborate and can combine this in all parts of the construction and making process.
This role focuses on Studio Capsule Collections, constructing and making elevated and desirable partywear.


Qualifications
A minimum of BA qualification in Tailoring/construction/Pattern making
Has minimum 5 years’ work experience as Pattern Maker/Dressmaker at Senior level
Good knowledge for materials and fabrics, and experience across woven fabrications including tailoring. embellishment within evening/partywear
Skilled and passionate working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
Has an eye for details, size and proportions and knows women’s grading
Has experience in Lectra Expert and CLO 3D (or other CAD and 3D programs)
Strong communication skills and true team player
Able to prioritize with an organized & structured approach
Flexible mindset and adaptable to changes in a fast moving & growing industry
Fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
