Are you interested in fashion and want to be part of the process of creating the perfect fit? We are looking for a fitting model to assist our design team one day a week (approx. 2 hours).
We’re especially excited to meet someone who strongly identifies with our brand, genuinely loves training, and is passionate about helping us create the best possible sportswear. An interest in performance, fit, and how activewear supports movement is a big plus.

We’re looking for someone who matches the following measurements:

Role
This is an opportunity for a Design leader with outstanding creative and technical skills looking to step into a leadership role in a growing brand. Working alongside the Marketing lead, and Merchandising lead as part of a tight-knit leadership team, your main focus will be on leading the creative vision for the Stronger brand. The company is looking for someone who’s creative but technically minded, with a keen interest in emerging technology and continuous improvement of the creative process. Reporting to the CEO you will create and communicate the brand DNA and vision; communicating this effectively to the team.
Researching seasonal direction, trend overviews, and design direction for the Stronger brand whilst maintaining brand DNA and presenting these internally, and externally to suppliers. You will manage timelines from Critical Path for key brand categories/drops and recognise when to start the design process. Taking ideas from research to design concept and demonstrating advanced understanding of clear, concise technical CAD design specifications.
You will push brand innovation by exploring new construction and fabric development to move the brand forward, and work directly with suppliers, and travelling for brand development and production trips.
You will build and maintain a good relationship with the leadership team; monitoring and supporting the design team and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement is maintained.
Key requirements
? an undergraduate degree in fashion, with a postgraduate qualification desirable.
? 7+ years’ professional experience in a technical design role or a broader design role, ideally within training / technical apparel.
? a strong interest in technical apparel, with a desire to work with innovative materials and advanced production methods.
? expert user of Adobe Illustrator for tech pack creation
? proficient in 3D design software
? trend led, with the ability to balance aesthetics and technical excellence and connect this into
the commercial needs of the market
? strong connection to the end consumer, with the ability to asses and answer their needs
? outstanding attention to detail and an eye for spotting and fixing errors
? well-organised, with the ability to prioritise work effectively, meet deadlines and maintain high standards even when working at pace
? team player, who works well as a part of a tight leadership team
? excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design changes
? a flexible mindset with strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to rapidly adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (email and chat)

- Assisting customers with product recommendations, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their online purchases.

- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments

- Collaborating with other teams, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggesting innovative solutions

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment

- Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in troubleshooting technical issues

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles

- Familiarity with common e-commerce platforms and tools
- Experience in Zendesk is meritorious

- Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Driven to work towards KPI’s

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Professional knowledge in Swedish, Dutch, and/or German is meritorious

- Build an optimal logistics setup for a rapidly expanding global brand:
- Analyse and challenge existing processes and logistics suppliers
- Find improvement opportunities and run projects both within and outside the supply chain
- Manage 3PL warehouses’ performance
- Monitor and improve last mile deliveries
- Be a superuser of Navision Business Central
