As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to market demands, and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, and connectivity platforms.


We’re looking for a Design Lead to join us on our journey.


What you'll do:


We are looking for a design lead to join a tech, design, and product leadership triangle and lead a cross-functional, agile development team that builds the user experience for home appliances. Historically the appliance industry has been all about hardware. Your role would be to help us combine software with hardware to create meaningful, data-driven experiences for global consumers.


In detail, you will:


· Provide inspiration, direction, and mentorship for a small team of designers focused on the Care product category while balancing consideration for all product categories
· Deliver excellent UX to our customers, along with iterative updates, that deliver on the holistic software product vision via prioritized backlog items, hypothesis, and user stories
· Build strong relationships and ways of working with design, content, business, and engineering partners inside and outside the core team to efficiently deliver software products that are inclusive of the diverse needs of our users and represent our brands
· Foster design and research culture in an Agile development environment


Who you are:


· 8+ years of experience working in a lead role within a design, research, or UX writing team
· You have a thorough understanding of the creative development processes

I rollen som mekanikkonstruktör hos oss kommer du att mötas av kvalificerade och utmanande uppdrag som innefattar hela eller delar av utvecklingskedjan. Du kommer att arbeta med spännande projekt, både internt och externt, där du har möjlighet att bredda din erfarenhet och kunskapsbank då uppdragen varierar över tid. Projekten bedrivs korsfunktionellt där du kommer arbeta parallellt med både mjukvaruutvecklare och elektronikkonstruktörer.

THE POSITION
As a Junior Print Designer at the Young Girls department you will work with prints for a wide range of product types for our customer, focus is on jersey types. You will be working closely with the responsible print designer to develop prints for our collection in all markets. As Junior Designer at the Baby Division you will will be responsible for assisting our Senior Designers working together with our wider team. The role involves, but is not limited to, flat sketching, assist with fittings, producing and updating collection overviews and colour charts. The product groups include all garments, and jersey, knit and woven. Qualifications
We are looking for you with a true love and passion for the baby customer and products. You are positive and energetic, creative and playful with a great eye for upcoming baby fashion trends. Our work includes full collection creating and teamwork and ability to prioritize is very important. You should be used to working independently and to fast decision making.
A BA degree in Textile/Fashion Design
A minimum of 1-2 years work experience as a JR Designer/Design Assistant
A true passion for and understanding of our H&M Baby customer
Strong skills in and is used to work at very high speed in Adobe Suite programs
CLO 3D work experience is meriting
A strong customer focus and enjoy working with commercial fashion
Strong communication skills and flexibility
A teamplayer who thrives working in a diverse setting where you contribute with your perspectives

Job Description
Do you want to be key players in creating a new and disruptive global sports brand as Designers for H&M Mens Sport? We are now recruiting two Menswear designers for H&M SPORT head office in Stockholm. A Senior Designer for a 1-year temporary position and a Junior Designer to a permanent position.
As a Senior Designer you have the responsibility for designing and developing our strong dedicated standalone Mens Sport design collection. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Women's Junior Designer to join our RTW team in the Stockholm Atelier designing all garment groups. We believe you have a high fashion sense and a strong feeling and intuition for trends. You encourage and contribute to the shared responsibility of creating and protecting an inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is allowed to self-identify.
Main Responsibilities:
Be involved in which identified products the customer will be demanding next season.
Understand how the concept’s customer are affected by trends and research
Create and update flat sketches and technical files based on the planned assortment
Update overviews, colour charts, prints and presentation material
Assist in fittings and update sketches accordingly to the new information.
Responsible for developing and giving feedback on print artworks when needed.
Constantly follow the selling and act on new tendencies as well as search for the new commercial fashion

Qualifications
We would love to meet a junior designer who:
Has 1-2 years experience of working as a Junior Designer with experience from different garment groups, preferably within Womenswear
Has a passion for the & Other Stories Customer
Has strong fashion intelligence and is driven by trend analysis to be able to predict what your customers will demand in the future
Has a strong aesthetic on design well connected to the customer concept description.
Has the ability to design a well-coordinated product range with focus on Modern Basics, Current fashion and unique treasure pieces.
Has a positive problem solving attitude and is always eager to find new ways
Has excellent communication skills
Is a team player and has a straightforward communication ability adding to an open atmosphere that allows growth.
Great English skills, written and spoken (Swedish not necessary)

At the Divided Collection Concept, you will be part of a fast pace environment and work with youthful, edgy and fun products that welcome everyone. Our target customers are fashion-conscious young women attracted to Divided for clothing expressing the latest in fashion, from relaxed basics with sporty influences to eye-catching party outfits.
We are hiring two Junior Designers, who will be responsible for assisting our Product Designers working together with our wider team. The role involves, but is not limited to, flat sketching, producing pattern originals for textile prints, updating collection overviews and colour charts. You will be involved in developing collections sold worldwide in all H&M markets! We have high ambitions and a great team spirit, and we are one of the largest sections covering many different products and a large assortment.




Qualifications


A BA degree in Textile/Fashion Design
A minimum of 1-2 years work experience as a JR Designer/Design Assistant
