Your mission
As a Marketing Creative Graphic Artist at Paradox, your canvas is vast and varied. Your responsibilities reach from creating graphics and motion graphics like animating logos, crafting endboards and captions for trailers, to designing overlays for social media and creating print originals. You'll work closely with the Marketing Creative team, ensuring all assets consistently align with the distinct identity of each IP. We work with several stakeholders and your ability to take specific, constructive feedback on assets is key. Conversely, the nature of marketing games involves interpreting other people’s passions, meaning that managing feedback and getting buy-in from stakeholders are critical to your success. Moreover, the assets you create will be instrumental in helping various departments achieve their goals and KPIs.
You will report to the Head of Marketing Creative and your main stakeholders will be the Product Marketing Manager and the dedicated line team for each brand. You'll foster close working relationships with team members across various departments, including the Community Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Product Launch and Game development teams.
Key responsibilities
Develop engaging and effective marketing assets for trailers, adverts, streams, storefronts and social assets for current and future titles.
Work closely with and take direction from other members of the marketing creative to ensure content is serving project goals.
Take feedback from various internal stakeholders so that our products are accurately reflected to the end-user.

The skills we’re searching for..
At least 5 years of experience in video or media production as a content creator, animation, branding or other visual storytelling.
Experience in branding and advertising.
Excellent English, both written and spoken.
Familiar with making content for social channels.
Well familiar in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent in Adobe Photoshop and Aftereffects.
Great skills in Adobe Illustrator and print experience is a plus.

About the position
As Marketing Artist at ELK Studios, you´ll be a part of a creative and high quality focused team of nine people. We´re a team with a high level of collaboration between each other and lots of interaction, both within ELK Studios, and with our customers.
The Marketing Artist role is to create promotion assets for the ELK brand and its products. It includes the following key responsibilities:
Create a broad array of high-quality marketing assets with a good eye for composition, color, perspective and lightning
Ability to follow the game’s visual direction for all visual material produced
Work with a variety of existing art assets in different file formats and transform them into dynamic, compelling advertisements and marketing creatives
Animate, composite and edit gameplay footage and game assets into fun and entertaining video creatives
Brainstorm and conceptualize new and fresh ideas, turning them into innovative content
Work closely with the Brand Manager and the Sales team, but also with external partners
Communicate and work together with the Game Studio

Who you are!
To be successful in this position we believe that you have at least 3 years’ of experience working as a designer in advertising, marketing or similar. You have a creative and innovative way to find solutions to use existing game assets in a smart way, using your knowledge and experience in marketing assets. We also believe that you are a person with the ability to tackle challenges and solve problems with a strong sense of ownership.
Through your career you have gained knowledge such as:
Excellent graphic design skills, including the effective use of color, composition and typography
Proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects
Experience from creating digital and print output
Ability to work closely with the Brand Manager and the Sales team
Organized with the ability to deliver on deadlines

Since we're acting in an international arena we need you to be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing). We believe that collaboration, communication and having fun is the key to success and we really enjoy working together. Therefore we work from the office based in the city center of Stockholm.

Graphical designer

Indiska is looking for a thorough, effective and creative person to take part in the journey of developing Indiska’s colourful brand. The work involves short deadlines to design and produce material for stores and digital channels. We are looking for a person with entrepreneurial mindset, who enjoys coming up with new ideas and can drive a project from start to finish.

 

Tasks:

Produce according to guidelines:

Banners for Indiska.se, adds and CRM-communication

Inspiring digital content for campaigns, moving media, and images

Posters, signs and other in-store material

Editing video content in After Effects or Premier Pro

Design and produce invitations, flyers, folders etc.

Photoshop pictures

Support on campaign photo-shoots, everything from styling to more administrative tasks (e.g. booking location etc.)

Requirements:

An education within graphical design

Knowledge and interest in working based on existing visual identity and templates

Used to working with several products at the same time, and to deliver completed originals to print and digital channels

Interest in fashion and home interior

Fluent in English (both written and oral)

 

You work independently in Adobe CS, office, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects / Premier Pro.
