What you’ll do
For the past ten years we have been taking this rock n’ roll heritage and distilling it into a line of headphones and speakers to inspire a new set of Marshall devotees. Now, we are looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager who has a holistic approach to drive marketing development on a global level together with Brand Director, Director of Integrated Marketing, and the Creative Director, securing the Marshall marketing execution in line with brand and business goals.

The Integrated Marketing Manager is a key individual in the central brand team and is responsible for bringing our marketing strategies to life by developing and implementing marketing activation initiatives that effectively builds the desired brand position in our key target groups minds and accelerates the brand towards our vision.

As our Integrated Marketing Manager, you will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of key business partners and stakeholders. You will liaise between cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the brand’s needs.

Who we’re looking for
- You have extensive experience from B2C marketing from working with lifestyle brands, FMCG, consumer electronics and/or music and fashion
- You are prestigeless, have a can-do attitude and work well under pressure.
- You enjoy working in a busy, deadline-driven, entrepreneurial, and creative environment.
- You are interested in music, fashion, design, future trends and technology


You probably have the following experiences & skills
- +3 years brand marketing experience in consumer product brands, lifestyle industry or other relevant B2C company
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical execution level, and be able to follow through a concept to completion

- You understand the intricacies of product marketing and how it interacts with brand marketing and the dynamic between the two

- You have great interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the ability to form strong relationships and trust with different stakeholders within and outside the organisation

- You possess strong analytical and strategic skills, commercial acumen and holistic mindset. You are structured and well-organised, also paying attention to details in the process
- You have experience in working with the consumer in a 360-degree perspective. It comes natural for you to work towards a seamless brand experience through the consumer journey

What you'll do

- Maintain and develop iOS mobile apps for the brands we work with - Adidas and Marshall. Next year we’re planning to refurbish our Urbanears app.
- Collaborate closely with our UX and Design team to discuss new features and functions.

Who you are

At least 3 years of proven professional iOS app development experience with:

- Swift, Swift UI and Swift package manager

As the Marketing Manager Nordic you are responsible for executing the marketing strategies in your local market(s) across all Zound’s brands (adidas, Marshall and Urbanears). In your role you ensure that each brand is supported with a holistic brand experience across all consumer touchpoints that builds deep consumer connectivity and drives sell-thru. You work in a cross functional network across Sales and Marketing both in your geographic focus market and the Regional and the Central brand teams. In collaboration with Head of Marketing EMEA and Country Manager you translate a Global and Regional consistent marketing strategy into country specific executional plans for local relevancy. What you’ll do
- Develop local marketing objectives as well as overall priorities for the market
- Ensure global brand consistency, impact and relevance when localising/adapting brand communications
- Work closely with the marketing stakeholders at the retail accounts in order to secure desired presentation of products and brands physical and digital retail.
- Manage local country marketing budget and expenditure in accordance with Regional & Central brand strategy
- Support Global Media Manger with local media insights and implementation (owned, earned, shared and bought media)
- Support execution of Earned media (PR)

You will report to the Country manager UK, Ireland & Nordic with a dotted line to Head of Marketing EMEA. You will work closely together with our central brand and marketing teams as well as sales and channel marketing team.

What you’ll do
Joining Zound as our new Environmental & Circularity Specialist to our Sustainability team, you will be leading and coordinating the environmental work and drive the implementation on a company level, working with stakeholders across our value chain and making sure we’re aligned on strategy for environmental sustainability to be circular and emission free! Who you are

What you’ll do
As an experienced Digital Project Manager, you will help drive our eCommerce growth and support the delivery of our corporate digital strategy. Who you are
- You have a technical background and have worked with complex eCommerce- and/or ERP-projects. You are interested in how systems function and you often become the natural “go-to person” who can share knowledge and describe technical as well as end-user functionality
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Commerce and/or Saleforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage
- Hands-on frontend development and/or UX design experience is an advantage. Basic understanding of system integration (methods/approaches) is an advantage.
- You have a “go-getter” attitude, you are motivated by the possibility of driving change and projects on your own initiative. Further you have a customer centric mindset and take pride in solving customer needs/problems

About the role
Right now, we are now looking?to strengthen our finance team with a Group Accountant. A key role with responsibility for our group accounting and subsidiaries. You will lead the Groups closings process and collaborate closely with the finance departments in the US, China and accounting firms in Hong Kong and France

In this position, you have the operational responsibility for the group´s consolidation, as well as accounting processes and guidelines, including external financial reporting. Support and lead the finance team in complex accounting matters

Who we're looking for
We’re looking for a proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented Group Accountant with excellent accounting skills and with a can-do attitude to join our finance team. A cooperative mind set aimed at adding value to Zound’s operations will be fundamental.

Experiences and skills:
About 4 years of experience in a similar position within an international group
Solid Accounting, audit, IFRS, and group accounting knowledge and experience
Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines?

Msc in finance, economics or business administration

We are now looking for an experienced eCommerce Operations Specialist to help drive our eCommerce growth and support the delivery of our corporate digital strategy. Our eCommerce Department serves as a business unit that oversees and manages the entire digital customer life cycle - covering everything from customer acquisition, online sales as well as post purchase activities and Customer Support.

You will join our Global eCommerce team to ensure we have best in class post-purchase experience and smooth daily operations when it comes to Order Management, Payments, Returns and B2B orders. You will work closely with our Support, Operations and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and pro-active customer communication in above areas, but also drive root cause and process improvements based on data analysis and customer feedback.

Main areas of work are daily operations within:

- 2nd Line for Order related issues coming from Customer Support. You will also interact directly with end customers on specific tickets and issues
- Pro-actively monitor order statuses and returns in our e-commerce platforms, analyze customer support issues and data to identify improvements to deflect support tickets and improve overall Customer Experience for Orders, returns and payments
- Collaborate closely with our Operations teams across our regions and warehouses to ensure pro-active checks of Orders, Delivery precision and Order Quality. You will take lead on order related issues or delays that arise and make sure we resolve and communicate with affected customers in the best possible way

Right now, our Product and Innovation team are looking for a Concept Development Manager to focus on leading key concept development projects. You will work with multi-competence teams including designers, engineers, marketers and others to explore new opportunities for Marshall, adidas and Urbanears portfolios.
What you’ll do
In this role you will need strong technical competence combined with creativity and structured leadership as well as the ability to work with innovation tools and methodologies including design thinking and product discovery.
You should be able to deal with uncertainty and with parallel hypothesis and questions while supporting the core team and stakeholders to align on the best concept to go forward with into product development to production.
As a Concept Development Manager you will
• Leading product discovery and concept phases, the early phases of our product development process. In this approach you will apply the balanced perspective of Business, Customer and Technology.
• Define process sprints, assign tasks to the different team members and define deliverables and deadlines.
• Plan, lead and follow up project activities and ensure that key data, project status and risks are updated and communicated to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
• You will also be responsible to hand over the winning concepts to the product development team.
• Organize training and coaching sessions to your colleagues to participate in concept development.
This position is located at our HQ in and you will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Right now, we are looking for a Product Certification Manager, to drive and continue develop our product compliance and certification processes. You will ensure Zounds products are compliant with global regulatory requirements regarding electrical safety, radio, EMC and battery safety. The role involves performing assessments of requirements at a high pace, managing a wide variety of tasks in the product regulatory area, service minded and clear communication as well as collaboration with our Certification engineer in our Shenzhen team, Sustainability team, Legal, Sales and product development projects and engineers at Zound and at our Contract manufacturers. Depending on experience or interest, the role may also involve Sustainability compliance, such as sustainability certifications, material declarations and supply chain development.

The role is part of Zound’s Sustainability and Compliance team, where you'll be reporting to our Product Compliance and Sustainability manager.

What you'll do
Product certification

- Requirement assessments: Monitor, investigate, assess applicability and inform on product regulatory and certification requirements, including these from third parties. This may include literature research, contacting authorities and distributors and compiling short reports and presentations, as well as presenting and training internally and for partners.
- Product safety testing management: Plan and ensure new products are tested and certified according to global requirements and standards together with Certification engineer, Sales and distributors
- Support product development to ensure products are designed to comply with requirements
- Documentation management of product lifecycle until EOL: Plan and execute new market introduction projects concerning certification and compliance. Secure documentation in PLM-system and continuously ensure the correct documents are available

- Answer and provide necessary certification information to authorities, certification bodies and customers



Product safety

- Product safety assessment: Drive and document product safety assessments of new products, technologies and batteries which are performed in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Manage potential product incidents


Process improvements

- Develop the way of working internal and external at Zound in the certification and compliance area, such as set up of new processes, tools and software, when needed
- Train and support organisation in certification and product safety


Who you are

As a Creative Design Technologist at Zound you will play a key part in developing world-class products with great function and design. The role is central to enabling the implementation of customer focused features and solutions across our portfolio. You will create alternative solutions for product concepts in the initial phase of our product development process. By combining electronics, acoustics, prototype software and hardware alternatives together you use the minimum amount of effort to test ideas and create early proof of concepts. These will help define the brief, features and specification requirements for the product. You will collaborate across functions and our supplier network to gather knowledge and answers to questions the project team has formulated together.

We are looking for someone with deep understanding of ergonomics and human interaction. Right now, we need to strengthen our Marshall team with a Global Social Media Manager who will own and manage all of Marshall Headphones social media channels, maintain and develop channel strategy, guidelines and tone-of-voice whilst working data-driven to create and curate the best social media experience in every step of our user’s journey.

What you’ll do
You will be responsible for the research, design, development, and execution of our social media by:

Managing and developing the global SoMe strategy to adhere to the continuously changing SoMe landscape.

Owning full global SoMe strategy and, in collaborations with our local markets, tweak the strategy to the best manageable option that suits that specific market.

Managing the creation of the social media content calendars to facilitate approval with internal and external stakeholders (Marshall Amps) as well as communicate publishing plan.

Work closely with Ecommerce, Trade Marketing, Local Marketing and our Event team to ensure an integrated approach and that owned, earned and paid social media are aligned.

Secure the scheduling, publishing and boosting of content as well as own the boosting budget and manage it continuously.

Track, measure and optimise content performance utilising measurement tools.

Work closely with Customer Service in order to set a joint way-of-working, ton-of-voice and information sharing of product and brand news.

Create, curate and source social media channel content and secure brand tonality in social media copywriting. You will work closely with the Marshall team’s Art Directors, Global Content Manager, Artists & Influencer Manager and external agencies to produce inspirational branded content for owned channels, advising on the most effective social-first formats.

Track competitors and be aware of market changes and stay up-to-date on technology as well as social media best practices to drive continual innovation and maximise the potential of all channels.

How you'd succeed in this role
We believe that you have worked with audience acquisition and development whilst creating innovative brand storytelling to define and align social media KPI’s. What you’ll do
Product certification

Explore and investigate new materials from a sustainability and compliance perspective

Responsible for facilitating translations of brand assets.

Order marketing samples for global marketing activities as requested by the global marketing team and monitor inventory lists of the samples available at the marketing warehouse.

We believe that you have around 2 years experience in producing and communicating creative briefs to a multi-disciplined team of Art Directors, Graphic Designers and Copywriters, as well as external printing and translation agencies. In this position you will work with multiple stakeholders bridging many departments which requires you to establish priorities and communicate accordingly.
To excel in this role you have experience in creative production processes in a fast-paced digital environment, particularly artwork and copy development, whilst having strong time management, organisational- and communication skills.

As a Creative Design Technologist at Zound you will play a key part in developing world-class products with great function and design. The role is central to enabling the implementation of customer focused features and solutions across our portfolio. You will create alternative solutions for product concepts in the initial phase of our product development process. By combining electronics, acoustics, prototype software and hardware alternatives together you use the minimum amount of effort to test ideas and create early proof of concepts. These will help define the brief, features and specification requirements for the product. Skills & experience

We are looking for someone with a user-centric design approach. Someone who loves to solve problems. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a solid understanding of the digital product design process.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will discuss and explain design options with many different stakeholders. It’s an advantage if you have some knowledge of usability factors in human computer interaction and are experienced in building interactive prototypes.

Having a cooperative mind set aimed at adding value to Zound’s culture will be fundamental.

You probably have the following experiences & skills
Minimum bachelor’s degree within design/human computer interaction or other related education
Minimum three years experience as an UI/UX Designer or similar role
Knowledge of Adobe products; Sketch and Abstract (or similar); agile tools and methodologies; and other relevant work tools
Experience in designing for interactive physical/digital products, or physical user settings in combination with digital touchpoints.
Experience creating, evolving and working with design systems.
Ability to create and communicate design solutions fluently in English, both spoken and written.

Our R&D team is now on the lookout for a super organized, engaging and driven Project Manager with technical skills. Based in our Stockholm HQ, the successful candidate will lead the project team that coordinates, tracks and identifies value-increase opportunities across our product development projects.

Your tasks
Overall responsibility to improve the value of our products
Lead teams to identify, and together with our suppliers, implement value increase changes
Plan, lead and follow up project activities
Ensure key data, project status and risks are updated and communicated
Liaise with the product team and suppliers in China on value increase activities
Prepare milestone presentations of projects and cost follow ups

Your skills & knowledge:
A Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics or Mechanics
Experienced Project Manager with several years in a similar position and are used to working with product development (preferably in electronics)
Experience of working with Asia and ability to travel regularly to visit suppliers and colleagues
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Swedish
