¿Qué buscamos?
Debido a nuestra rápida expansión internacional, ahora estamos buscando un Ejecutivo de Ventas para nuestra oficina en Estocolmo (Suecia). Aquí, apoyamos principalmente a los productores industriales, alimentarios y farmacéuticos de los países nórdicos.
El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en la venta de productos industriales B2B a empresas de estos sectores o en la venta de equipos relacionados con procesos a fabricantes de equipos originales y empresas de ingeniería. Alternativamente, el candidato puede haber trabajado dentro de estas instalaciones de producción.
Responsabilidades
? Identifique a los clientes potenciales y gestione todo el ciclo de ventas desde la prospección, las llamadas en frío, los viajes de negocios, las cotizaciones, el seguimiento hasta el cierre.
? Construya y fomente relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes para crear futuras oportunidades de negocio.
? Ser un embajador de los productos de la empresa y demostrar conocimiento del producto.
? Logre los objetivos de ventas siguiendo procesos probados y desarrollando otros nuevos.
? Documentar todas las actividades comerciales en el sistema CRM.
? Representar a la empresa en ferias y exposiciones (tanto como expositor como visitante).
? Otras tareas relacionadas con las ventas.
Requisitos
???? Licenciado en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o similar.
???? 1-2 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, especialmente en green field y sectores como el farmacéutico o el alimentario.
???? Un permiso de conducir B es un requisito.
???? Habla sueco e inglés con fluidez.
???? Se valorará el conocimiento de otras lenguas nórdicas.
???? Fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
???? Flexibilidad para viajar al menos el 50% del tiempo.
???? Capacidad para trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en equipo.

You will report directly to the branch’s Sales Manager, and collaborate with different departments from the Headquarters.
The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:
§ Deal with customers directly by phone and e-mail.
§ Carry out sales quotes, manage and oversee purchasing orders from customers, inbound and outbound shipments, delivery times, prices, problems, and so on.
§ Manage outstanding customer invoices, chase the payment, and control other administrative and financial issues.
§ Manage the internal ERP (SAP).
§ Support the external sales staff.
§ Other operational and administrative tasks.
The essential requirements for this role are:
§ Willingness to work in a part-time position.
§ Business and/or Engineering, Chemical, or Science background is preferred.
§ Experience in operational tasks and customer service.
§ Experience with ERP and MSOffice systems is preferred.
§ Minimum B2 English level and Swedish speaker, while other Nordic languages.

Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking a Sales Manager for the Sales branch in Stockholm, Sweden, from where we manage the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland).
The candidate should have experience managing sales teams and ideally having experience in selling industrial B2B products or process equipment to end users, OEM and Engineering firms on any of the indicated fields.
