The role
TOTEME is looking for a Digital Creative Manager to join our Ecommerce team full-time in Stockholm. In this role, you will oversee and elevate the digital design and overall creative expression across TOTEME’s global online channels, including the website, app, newsletters, and special projects. You will help shape the digital brand experience with a strong point of view and clear creative perspective, balancing brand storytelling with commercial impact. This role leads creative briefings for the digital placements, and collaborates closely with internal teams such as brand, production, and marketing to deliver an elevated digital brand experience. You will report to the Ecommerce Director, and you will lead and guide a Digital Designer.
Responsibilities
Lead creative strategy and asset planning for all digital commercial channels, ensuring a digital-first, editorially driven approach.
Manage and provide creative direction to a Digital Designer.
Own commercial shoot briefings and translate creative direction into functional, engaging brand experiences online.
Maintain creative consistency across all digital outputs, acting as a guardian of TOTEME’s visual identity, creative principles, and distinct digital voice.
Oversee launches across digital platforms, including toteme.com, the TOTEME app, and newsletters ensuring creative coherence and intention across touchpoints.
Brief internal and external teams on digital deliverables, managing the creation and implementation of assets across commercial channels.
Partner with developers and ecommerce product teams to implement UX enhancements and drive continuous site improvements with a focus on experience, flow, and expression.
Collaborate with the Editorial, Brand & Marketing teams on content and design framework for ecommerce and app pages, campaign storytelling, and curated edits.
Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and marketing teams to align execution with commercial and seasonal strategies, acting as a bridge between brand vision and commercial goals.
Support internal teams with commercial collateral for private clients, retail, and sales initiatives.

Your profile
5+ years in a similar digital creative role within ecommerce and/or digital experience, ideally within the luxury fashion or an adjacent industry.
Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
History of successful relationship-building to designers, developers, product teams, and studio creatives on high-impact digital content.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate creative concepts into business-driving solutions.
Confident managing brand expression across global markets while adapting to local user needs.

TOTEME is looking for a Backend Developer to join our Tech team in Stockholm full-time. In this role you will work across systems and teams to design and maintain integrations that power everything from retail operations to ecommerce and customer experiences. You will play a key role in developing and managing the backend processes that connect our third-party SaaS platforms, ensuring data and workflows flow smoothly across the business. You will report to the Head of Technology and work closely with colleagues from across the organization on both ongoing improvements and new initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrations in Microsoft Azure, ensuring functionality, reliability, and performance.
Deliver scalable, readable, and maintainable code in C#, .NET, PowerShell, ARM, and Bicep.
Maintain and develop CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain high-quality standards for all developed integrations and features, ensuring they perform efficiently and are bug-free.

The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Wholesale Manager APAC to join our team in Stockholm on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for all APAC wholesale accounts, driving sustainable growth through the achievement of seasonal sales targets and KPIs. Reporting to the Wholesale Director, you will work closely with the wider Wholesale team to strengthen key partnerships, optimize distribution and ensure consistent brand execution across the region.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic management and development of selected APAC wholesale accounts in line with TOTEME’s regional and global objectives.
Build, develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and brand ambassador for TOTEME.
Work towards the achievement of seasonal sales targets and KPIs, developing and executing sales strategies that support sustainable growth.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, implementing commercial initiatives to maximize account performance and long-term potential.
Lead market appointments and sales campaigns, presenting collections and providing clients with relevant market insights and product guidance.
Monitor in-season performance and identify opportunities to optimize sell-through, replenishment and distribution.
Ensure wholesale distribution aligns with buying strategies, pricing architecture and TOTEME’s online and in-store retail strategies.
Manage day-to-day administrative processes including order placement and processing, order confirmations, logistics coordination and collaboration with Finance on payment follow-ups.
Conduct regular store visits to deliver product training, strengthen brand awareness and ensure collections are presented in line with company standards.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile
Several years of experience in wholesale preferably within the APAC market, and within a luxury or premium fashion house.
Proven ability to manage accounts independently and deliver against sales targets and KPIs.
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of wholesale distribution, pricing and market dynamics.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Zedonk and NuOrder is considered an advantage.
Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
Willing and able to travel as required.

The role
TOTEME is looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager to join our team full-time in Stockholm. Plan and manage yearly P&L and budget for South Korea.
Support CRM and loyalty programs, reinforcing global strategies and enhancing customer retention and loyalty in the South Korean market.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile
Proven experience in e-commerce, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
Strong understanding of the South Korean market and its dynamics.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and local partners.

Previous experience working with CRM and loyalty programs is a plus.
Retail experience is preferred.

TOTEME is looking for a Trading Merchandiser to join the team in Stockholm full-time. As Trading Merchandiser you will be responsible for the management of our in-season inventory, including the initial allocation of new seasons, and replenishment. You will ensure our inventory is well-balanced across our three warehouses, our stores and sales channels globally. Analytical skills and an advanced knowledge of Excel are vital for this role. You will report to the Head of Planning and will work directly with the Demand Planner as well as the Commercial, Wholesale, Buying and Supply Chain teams.


The role
? Oversee in-season stock management, ensuring continuous on-shelf availability in all countries and channels (own retail and ecommerce, third-party ecommerce, franchises and wholesale).

As Demand and Inventory Planner you will be responsible for the long-term sales and demand forecast for our core and denim categories. Responsibilities
? Oversee the long-term sales and demand plan for our core and denim categories while ensuring continuous product availability in all countries and channels; work directly with the US, Europe, China and South Korea Commercial and Retail teams to incorporate qualitative feedback.
? Use strategic demand planning methodologies and best practices to improve our inventory management. Support with bi-weekly stock moves across the channels and warehouses, working together with the Trading Merchandiser and the Supply Chain team.
? Manage the monthly and seasonal buy cycle for our core and denim categories in collaboration with the Production team.
