About the Role
We are looking for a Security & Compliance Engineer to help ensure security across our internal digital landscape. Reporting to Tacton’s Security & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our systems, integrations, data flows, and vendor ecosystem are secure by design and in operation.
This role focuses on internal systems and corporate security architecture, including infrastructure, integrations, and third-party services. You will combine architectural thinking with hands-on expertise and act as a trusted partner to IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
You will have a direct impact on how we design, connect, and secure our systems as we continue to grow globally. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands modern digital environments and how to secure them end-to-end.

What You Will Do Internal Security & Risk

Lead security assessments of systems, integrations, and data flows


Conduct technical risk analyses for system implementations and vendor onboarding


Perform threat modelling and security reviews


Define and implement security requirements for infrastructure and cloud environments


Help establish and maintain security guardrails across identity, access, encryption, and integrations


Proficiency in risk management


Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends


Vendor & Third-Party Security

Define and enforce security requirements in procurement processes


Conduct supplier security assessments and due diligence


Evaluate third-party risks from a cybersecurity perspective


Governance & Compliance

Maintain alignment with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II


Contribute to policies, standards, and security guidelines


Support incident investigations


Act as a subject matter expert in audits and internal forums


What Will Help You Thrive

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field


Strong technical foundation in cloud, networking, identity & access management, and system integrations


Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Experience conducting technical risk assessments and security reviews


Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II


Ability to understand complex system landscapes and data flows


Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, and Legal


Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus


Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred:

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, preferably within a SaaS or CPQ environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and configuration methodologies in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A proven track record of supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth.

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage our digital marketing initiatives, and this is a global responsibility with focus on North America and EMEA markets.

Execution

- Efficient and creative implementation of our digital campaigns such as in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Performance Analysis and Optimization

- Campaign tracking and optimization through analyzing, monitoring, and reporting of their performance. Provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance, our channel strategy?

- Complete SEO/SEM audit in collaboration with Web Developer and Content owner of existing content with strategy for improvement with priority phases to implement?

- Coordinate the messaging throughout the customer journey. Identify optimization opportunities to implement both in real-time and long term?

This position is based in Stockholm, Chicago or Karlsruhe. You will report to our CMO Susanne Wahlström.

Key skills required

- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing positions
- Experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation systems
- Proven track record of relevant digital marketing experience from B2B environment
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal

Your team

As part of a growing EMEA commercial team, our marketing is where our customer’s journey begins. This is a critical area as our future customers develop a first impression of Tacton, and it is our job to impress and delight them in return.

You and your team are mainly operating in the EMEA Demand Generation team and will daily work together with other ISR colleagues, Marketing Manager, Content Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager as well as the entire global marketing team. The position can be based in Stockholm - Sweden, Karlsruhe - Germany, or in Warsaw, Poland.

About the role

Our Marketing team is expanding, and we are now looking for our next Inside Sales Representative. Your role will be to fill the gap between marketing and sales and contribute to our exciting path to growth. Ready to bring your entrepreneurial mindset and get challenged? As our Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for generating new demand and ensuring data quality throughout the lead generation process which includes lead prospecting, development, and qualification to generate MQLs, s as well as handover to sales. The role is high-activity and impact-driven with metrics such as the number of appointments set and the ultimate conversion to opportunities.

Some of your responsibilities will be

- Accurately assess and qualify all inbound demand through lead follow-up and route sales qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- ‘Self-generate’ leads from Tacton’s (TAM) total available market by identifying prospects that fit our customer criteria through engagement activities such as email prospecting and social selling using tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Conduct outbound calls to leads, cold calls, and e-mails to position Tacton’s offerings at a high level to source new sales opportunities
- Support strategic sales regions by effectively executing the regional lead generation strategy working with Field Marketing to execute campaigns
- Marketing and sales are fastly evolving which means that so are WE. You will be instrumental in our team’s work to develop our tactics and find new ways of working to continue to generate pipelines and grow our business.


Who are you?

We are looking for a highly motivated person with a positive, can-do attitude. You are outgoing, confident, calm, a good listener, and most of all, comfortable engaging with Manufacturing executives on video/phone calls to understand their needs, educate them on Tacton’s value and demonstrate Tacton’s software offerings.

We believe that you have the interest and aptitude to understand Tacton’s prospects’ and customers’ needs and requirements and will be able to lead interactions to build and sustain interest from prospective clients.

Take your place in the driver seat to ensure high data quality and quick funnel progressions in Tacton’s lead generation process.

- Ambitious with a positive can-do attitude and preferably 2-3 years’ Sales experience in SaaS companies (recent graduates with great drive and the right mindset are also welcomed to apply)
- Internal account management and outbound call experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM is desired
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English
- Native/professional command of any other European language such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc. is a plus
- BA/BS required or equivalent educational background.
- Attention to detail in organizing account information, tracking activities, and follow-up in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- You thrive to collaborate and work with others in a team
