Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes, with a track record of optimizing cross-functional operations.
Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and other revenue-related systems.

Investor Relationship Associate
About the Role:
This role will primarily work with the CEO and the executive team based out of Stockholm, with the purpose of building relationship with VC, investment analysts and relevant external stakeholders. You need to have good grip on the business, industry, competition, business/pricing model, and financial modelling / deal structuring.
You will be working with the CEO to market the company to the appropriate investors. This will include driving investor awareness & engagement, supporting due diligence and decision making on offers. You need to have a clear understanding of company finances, a firm grip on strategy and operations, and compelling communication skills.

SALES Director - DACH
About the Role:
As a team member at TrusTrace, you’ll get to solve challenging, real-world problems that truly make a difference to society.
This role involves leading all TrusTrace’s B2B Sales & Business Development activities in the Nordic region focusing on Brands and Retailers for the Fashion vertical. We’re looking for a hardworking, driven person to formulate and executing a sales strategy within assigned territories, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
You will work closely with the customers and liaise with TrusTrace’s solutions and product teams to ensure we deliver a good experience for the customers. The role would involve complete ownership of customer management from customer qualification to deal closure. This will involve aligning our solution to the customer needs and business case, developing propositions, create product demos, account plans and close deals.
Location: Stockholm
The strategic goal, as part of the sales management team, is to facilitate the following:
· Drive the business for revenue and profit growth
· Achieve Sales Targets for YoY growth
· Deliver an outstanding customer experience
· Ensure TrusTrace is a category leader
· Be innovative and strategic in the GTM
Experience:
5+ years in the area of B2B SaaS sales winning new customers and expanding business
Retail Tech experience with relationships within Fashion
Strong executive network; calling experience and presence
Strong, proven track record of management and strategic selling. Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
Personal experience of closing multi-million euro deals
Understanding of the European region especially in fashion
Having worked in multi-region, multi-cultural teams
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus

Scale, strategically plan, and develop platform sales and position TrusTrace as a thought-leader
Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of TrusTrace platform to win new customers and expand business
Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build sales pipeline working with marketing and product teams
Creating sales collaterals, presentations and proposals
Achieve Sales Targets for the region
Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture C-level relationships
Build Sales Teams to support growth: Actively recruit Business Development Managers and Sales Executives as the business grows
Work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction Visa mindre
