About the job In order to meet the ever-changing market conditions and customer expectations we need increase our efficiency in product development and maintenance and at the same time deliver with stability and quality to keep and increase our customers trust. Your will be operational responsible for the steering and coordination of all activities within the program P27 to establish a single pan-Nordic payment infrastructure for the 27 million inhabitants of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Your will be responsible for:

Lead the programme organisation in in their Way of Working and perform delivery planning
Prepare the organisation for change (together with Business Change Manager).
Define Program plans and coordinate activities in line organisation.

About the job We are looking for Pega Software Engineers and experienced system developers that wants to be part of our cross functional maintenance team with the objective to meet the consumer demands on self-service and automation in the lending process. You will be a part of an agile team and involved in the development process in one of our most important areas within Lending area. About the job Group Cash Management within Group Lending &Payments; is the organizational home for the Corporate cash management products that serve the entire Swedbank Group on all home markets.
As an IT Architect you will report to the Domain architect for the Cash Management Value streams.

Group Commerce was established 2017 within Group Lending and Payments with the mission to strengthen Swedbank´s offering of bundled payment solutions to merchants. This means delivery of competitive, reliable, and high quality products in different channels across POS – in store, E/M-commerce (= OMNI channels).

The Commerce business is becoming more and more global and is in constant change. Although Swedbank has a leading card acquiring position in Sweden and the Baltics, there are significant opportunities for growth within the E-com channels. In order to address the E-com channels and strengthen the position Swedbank acquired the company PayEx in August 2017. The acquisition complements Swedbank's strong acquiring offering with PSP, checkout and retail finance capabilities. With these components we hold the base of a strong offering regardless of payment channel.

Swedbank is the fifth largest card acquirer in Europe and has a solid market position in Sweden and in the Nordics/Baltics. The product is distributed through different Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including our own PayEx One offering, as well as through our own sales channels and distribution network.

About the job Regional sales representative is responsible for managing the Commerce offering towards the Swedish branch network and the Savings Banks. The delivery of products that meet customers' needs and reaches Swedbank Wanted Position is of key focus. You will secure the knowledge and help the branch network to sell a stable and competitive Commerce offering to merchants in Sweden,

About the job The Commerce area is becoming more and more global and is in constant change. Although Swedbank has a leading card acquiring position in Sweden and the Baltics, there are significant opportunities for growth within the E-com channels. The main objective for our unit – Group Commerce BIO (Business Information Office) – is to facilitate business with developing new and maintaining existing IT solutions.
You will, together with the team maintain the fraud application PRM and be a part of upcoming big changes affecting PRM. PRM monitor card transactions in the Nordics and the Baltics to detect fraud. You will work close to the fraud monitoring teams and help them with setting up new rules and fraud reporting.
The system processes millions of card transaction authorizations daily and at peak time over 420 transactions per second

You will interact with Business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams and Architects.

What you need to succeed Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux platform
Basic knowledge of Oracle DBMS
Basic knowledge of Java application servers
Experience in Java application maintenance
Advanced in bash scripting
Intermediate PL/ knowledge
Good analytical thinking, ability to investigate problems and find best solutions
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
University degree in IT
Knowledge in Fraud and/or Card acquiring/issuing would be an advantage.

This role is characterized by high business demands and continuous efficient development. Due to increased demand from the market the need for development in the area will be high in the next coming years.

As a solution architect in our team you will create high-level designs of new development opportunities. Your main responsibility is to support the team to refine User Stories for the team to understand the development scope and tasks. You also need to participate in the development.

You will work together with our agile development teams, business and other stakeholders. You will represent IT and participate in early investigations. You will interact with Business stakeholders, customers, other Developers and Architects.
