Would you like to build the tools and systems that power how a game team designs, develops, and delivers content to players?
As a Senior Game Tools Developer at Snowprint, you’ll take ownership of the tools and workflows that support how our teams design, build, and operate our games. Your work will directly improve how designers, game developers, marketing and community create content, iterate on ideas, and deliver features to players.
At Snowprint Studios, we believe that kindness, collaboration, and self-leadership are what make great games possible. Here, your work will have a clear impact across the entire team. By building thoughtful tools and pipelines, you’ll help make development smoother, faster, and more efficient.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll design, build, and maintain the tools that support how our team develops and operates the game. This includes web-based and Unity-integrated tools that allows the team to create, manage, and iterate on game content efficiently. Much of the work revolves around handling game data and building systems that make it easy for designers to add, modify, and manage content.
You’ll take ownership of the tools area within the team, helping shape how these systems evolve over time and ensuring that the tools and pipelines remain scalable, maintainable, and easy to use. You’ll work closely with game developers, designers, and other disciplines to understand their workflows and translate those needs into practical tools.
A large part of the tools stack is web-based, and many tools integrate directly with the game through Unity and C#, allowing designers and game developers to move smoothly between tools and the game engine. You’ll also explore and enable AI-driven workflows, helping the team use them effectively and safely, including considerations around development, deployment, and distribution.
Because this is a small and collaborative team, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to other technical areas when appropriate, supporting game development tasks, improving workflows, or introducing new approaches where they add value.
Is this you?
You are a senior developer with a strong background in modern web- and game development, with an interest in building tools that support game development.
You have solid experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and are comfortable working with modern web frameworks and backend systems such as Node.js. You have experience building tools for game development, content pipelines, or similar systems.
You’re comfortable working across different technologies and environments, and you’re not afraid to move between web systems, development pipelines, and game-related tooling.
You’re curious, collaborative, and motivated by solving practical problems for the people around you. You enjoy taking ownership, improving workflows, and building tools that make a real difference in how a team works.
Where you’ll work
Our Stockholm studio is in Södermalm and our Berlin studio is in Mitte, with a hybrid working model. We work from the office Tuesdays and Fridays, to allow for closer collaboration and socializing, other days it's up to everyone where they feel most comfortable to work. We support hybrid work by supplying you with the right setup and tools.

You’ll take responsibility for the technical areas you work on, ensuring your code is scalable, maintainable, and built with care. Whatever the task, from creating new features to solving complex technical challenges, your guiding principle will always be to deliver the best possible player experience.
Is this you?You are an experienced game developer who has ideally worked with live services. You’re familiar with Unity and C#, but might have worked with other engines as well.
You enjoy diving into complex systems and writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code, and you have solid knowledge of common 3D engines and their underlying architecture.
You speak English at a professional level and are a good communicator

Do you love bringing characters to life?
You see every movement as a chance to add emotion, style, and gameplay clarity. You know the difference between something that moves, and something that moves you.
As an Animator at Snowprint Studios, you’ll help define the personality of our games. From expressive heroes to strange, multi-legged creatures, you’ll create animations that feel great, look sharp, and make gameplay better. You’ll work on Tacticus, our award-winning strategy game, and collaborate closely with artists, designers, and developers across disciplines.
We’re a small, experienced team that values kindness, creativity, and self-leadership. We move fast, give feedback generously, and trust people to own their craft. You’ll have room to push ideas, test quickly, and ship animations that players around the world will love.
What you’ll be doing
First of all, animation, of course. But you also adjust 3D models and perhaps even build them, rig them, animate them and implement them. It’s varied work. You’ll animate characters, props, UI and more, crafting fluid, responsive animations that elevate gameplay and fit seamlessly into the game experience.
You’ll work in Maya and bring your experience with FK/IK animation, rigging, and mesh adaptation to support the needs of the project. You’ll also work with Unity3D, using both realtime and baked physics, cloth simulation, and dynamic forces to enhance fidelity and feel.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with Art Directors and cross-discipline stakeholders to problem-solve and improve the pipeline. Your insights will help shape how animation supports storytelling, gameplay, and the overall player experience.
Is this you?
You’ve spent a few years animating for games and know how to balance creativity with technical constraints. You bring strong fundamentals and a passion for gameplay-first animation.
You know your way around Maya and game engines (we use Unity3D) and have a solid grasp of game art pipelines. You’re comfortable adapting meshes and tweaking models for animation needs, and you’ve worked with real time and baked physics, including cloth, rigid body, and soft body dynamics.
You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, always ready to give and receive feedback. You stay curious, open-minded, and eager to explore new tools, techniques, or style-switching between cartoony and realistic as needed. A deep passion for games and a belief in the power of team-driven development drives everything you do
Where you’ll work
Our Stockholm studio is in Södermalm and our Berlin studio is in Mitte, with a hybrid working model. We work from the office Tuesdays and Fridays, to allow for closer collaboration and socializing, other days it's up to everyone where they feel most comfortable to work. We support hybrid work by supplying you with the right setup and tools.
