We are now hiring a Head of Sales (Europe), a senior commercial leader who can take our European Sales team to the next level, build a repeatable revenue machine and accelerate our growth across Europe.

Hotels are shifting from PDF-based proposals and manual admin to modern, integrated buying experiences. Proposales™ is at the centre of that shift and we are ready to scale our European footprint.
You will own the full sales motion across Europe, architect the sales organization and drive expansion across both enterprise and mid-market segments.
What you will own
Build and scale our Sales Team:

Build and operationalize a European sales organization with clear structure, segmentation, targets, operating rhythm and accountability.


Turn sales playbooks into habit including qualification (MEDDIC or BANT preferred), forecasting, pipeline management, deal reviews and territory planning.


Establish standards for coaching, performance management and talent development.


Drive predictable new business growth:

Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets, increasing deal sizes through more complex, multi-property and enterprise deals.


Strengthen outbound motions, expand partner-led deal flow and increase conversion rates on inbound demand.


Develop repeatable multi-country market entry strategies.


Operational excellence and forecasting discipline:

Elevate forecasting accuracy toward 90 percent+, with spotless CRM hygiene.


Collaborate with management to modernize tooling, dashboards, reporting and analytics.


Ensure tight alignment with marketing, product and customer success.


Enterprise leadership:

Represent Proposales at key European hospitality events and conferences.

What we believe in:
We use a serverless, continuous-delivery infrastructure hosted on Vercel, built using Next.js and written in TypeScript.

When deciding on a tech stack for a new sub-project, we usually take the opportunity to assess new tech early and plan for long-term benefits and maintainability over short-term goals. But we also value simple solutions over smart ones, and embrace test-driven development and pair programming, favoring higher code quality over faster development times.

We generally prefer a functional programming style over object-orientation and like to avoid abstractions like middlewares or ORMs.

We prefer monorepos with multiple smaller projects, instead of one monolithic application. We avoid code duplication by extracting core logic and UI into separate internal libraries.

What we believe in:
We use a serverless, continuous-delivery infrastructure hosted on Vercel, built using Next.js and written in TypeScript.

When deciding on a tech stack for a new sub-project, we usually take the opportunity to assess new tech early and plan for long-term benefits and maintainability over short-term goals. But we also value simple solutions over smart ones, and embrace test-driven development and pair programming, favoring higher code quality over faster development times.

We generally prefer a functional programming style over object-orientation and like to avoid abstractions like middlewares or ORMs.

We prefer monorepos with multiple smaller projects, instead of one monolithic application. We avoid code duplication by extracting core logic and UI into separate internal libraries.

Your mission:
Customer Portfolio Ownership: Act as the expert point of contact for your portfolio of strategic accounts, providing support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

A bit about the role:
Help customers onboard effectively and deliver continuous engagement through regular touchpoints, ensuring the best possible experience.
Co-own the strategic accounts with the Sales Manager, managing the customer journey from trial to full adoption.
Provide insights and reporting on trial status, customer engagement, and strategic account progress.
Participate in bi-weekly reviews with the Sales Manager to assess trial statuses and adjust the approach as needed.
Identify and build internal champions within your accounts to advocate for Proposales and ensure ongoing success.
Help improve and refine the Customer Success playbook, using data and feedback to drive continual improvement.
