Identify and build long-term relationships with Influencers and Bloggers for the France market with a focus on social media channels such as Instagram YouTube and blogs.
Establish, build and maintain influencer network according to brand and campaign objectives
Project management skills: Serve as the day-to-day influencer contact for clients and influencers; managing deadlines, content reviews, contracts and various requests ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards
Continuously monitor, manage, and optimize influencer collaborations to ensure that objectives are met
Follow-up, gather insights, and evaluate our influencer collaborations to understand ROAS.
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
Monitor and stay up to date with the latest social trends and best practices

About the role
For our Paid Social Marketing we search for someone with practical experience in digital analysis who enjoys thinking strategically with data, and always has one eye on the bigger picture. Knowledge of and a keen enthusiasm for running experiments and identifying insights from data is a must as well as proven experience in managing large datasets.
Duties & Responsibilities
Running and ensuring a successful outcome of our Facebook campaigns on a daily basis.
Following up closely and making necessary changes to always ensure highest profitability.
Proactively identifying opportunities and making recommendations to improve campaigns effectiveness and bringing the system to the next level by developing analytical systems and executing A/B tests independently.
Testing and analyzing the potential of paid advertisement for further SoMe platforms such as Pinterest, Tiktok, Snapchat.
Producing and presenting regular reports which include results and recommendations to the Head of Marketing and the Board.

Requirements & Qualifications
Marketing or Business degree and/or 12+ months experience running digital marketing campaigns.

You will mainly work with the staff at the warehouse which is currently 60 people.

Poster Store söker just nu en posterdesigner till vårt team. Ditt arbete skulle vara att leta upp de vackraste bilderna i världen från internet förhandla fram licensavtal så att vi kan inkludera dem i vårt utbud.
Arbetet innefattar:
- Leta fram de vackraste bilderna i världen som passar till posters
- Designa posters av dessa
- Designa egna posters med text och grafiskt
- Photoshop - Redigerar bilder i Photoshop för att göra dem perfekta (optimera nyans, färg, ljus mm)
- InDesign - Gör ut den slutgiltiga poster-designen i InDesign så att den är tryckfärdig
- InDesign + Photoshop - Skapa poster-produkt-bilderna till hemsidan (använder en för-definierad mall)
- Skapa tryckfilerna vid beställningar och skicka in till tryckeriet
- skapa tryck-annonser för traditionella kampanjer (tidningar, SL m.fl) utifrån en grafisk manual

Din arbetsplats kommer att vara vår studio på Engelbrektsgatan 35B, på centrala Östermalm mitt i stan. Vi tillämpar 40 timmars arbetsveckor med 8 timmars arbetsdagar. Vi föredrar att du startar kl 9 och arbetar till 17.30 med 30 minuters lunch.
Vår studio är en vacker lägenhet på 240 kvadrat i sekelskiftesstil med mycket vackra fönsterbrädor och strukturer.

Det finns också en möjlighet att i framtiden arbeta med att resa runt i Europa och stylea tavelväggar på plats för de allra största bloggsamarbetena som vi har i företaget. Du skulle i så fall få bilder från influencern på hur rummet / väggen ser ut, skicka t.ex 4 förslag på photoshoppade arrangemang, få ett accept på ett alternativ och sedan åka dit i bil med ramar, posters och kamera och sätta upp allt samt troligen även fota.
Detta är dock bara en möjlighet, inte ett måste. Det går även utmärkt att jobba på plats i Stockholm.
Arbetet innefattar:
- Styling och att fysiskt flytta/arrangera möbler
- Hänga upp tavlor
- Fotografera tavelväggar

Arbetsplatsen:
Din arbetsplats kommer att vara vår studio på Engelbrektsgatan 35B, på centrala Östermalm mitt i stan. Du får egna nycklar till studion så att du kan komma och gå som du vill. Då vi väntar leveranser behöver du vara på plats kontorstid då leverans kan komma, i övrigt tillämpar vi flextid med 40 timmars arbetsveckor men frihet att själv sätta arbetstider. Photoshoppa ihop tre helt egna tavelväggar med 3-12 posters från vår webbutik som du tycker är de snyggaste du kan tänka dig. Använd en "tom vit bakgrund" som du färglägger om du tror att det skulle passa bra med en bakgrundsfärg i bilden. Vi kommer att bedöma allt från nyans på bakgrundsfärg till geometri i tavlorna och motiven / färgerna. Så tänk på alla detaljer så att det verkligen sitter.
För varje av de ovan tavelväggarna välj ut tre inredningsbilder som du tycker fångar stilen för inredning som du vill ha tillsammans med just din tavelvägg. Dessa ska vara "Bäst i världen" det absolut bästa du kan hitta. Vi kommer att bedöma dig lika mycket på hur du väljer dessa inredningsbilder som hur du komponerar tavelväggarna. Du måste kunna sätta båda dessa för att vara lämplig för denna tjänst. Namnge sedan dessa bilder på rimligt sätt. Exempelvis egen tavelvägg 1, inspirationsbild 1a, 1b, 1c osv. så att vi förstår vilka inredningsbilder som hör till vilken av dina tavelväggar. Eller lägg dem i mappar och zippa allt. Studioassistenten är en nyckelperson för teamet som självgående måste kunna ta stort ansvar för den egna framdriften. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Fully responsible for staff at the warehouse including, the long-term planning, recruiting, training and leadership.

On a weekly basis, take physically part in the WH operations by overseeing the incoming items as well as picking / packing / processing orders to be constantly updated about the main processes

Maintain regular communication with Customer Service and Marketing to forecast order planning.

Running and ensuring a successful outcome of our Facebook campaigns on a daily basis.

Din arbetsplats kommer att vara vår studio på Engelbrektsgatan 35B, på centrala Östermalm mitt i stan. Du får egna nycklar till studion så att du kan komma och gå som du vill. Då vi väntar leveranser behöver du vara på plats kontorstid då leverans kan komma, i övrigt tillämpar vi flextid med 40 timmars arbetsveckor men frihet att själv sätta arbetstider.
