How will you make an impact:


You will join a dedicated Service Team that supports Customers that are using Thermo Fisher Scientific Online Non-Contact Measurement Gauges (Measurement) technology.


You represent the Company in a positive professional manner in all dealing with our external - as internal Customers. You own your tasks and are committed to deliver the required the end result and delight your Customer. Work is completed in time with high quality.


You are able to prioritize your tasks under stressful conditions and tight schedules.


Electronic knowledge and trouble shooting skills have been maintained to the latest standards but you also feel comfortable with mechanical construction and the application that is used. Any improvements that you identify will be directly discussed with the equipment End Users.

Installation and Commissioning including related Customer introduction
Instrument Repairs and optimization
Regular Maintenance Services
Radiation Services
Calibration and validation Services

How will you get there:


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


Electronics or Engineering diploma
Field service experience (technical) or strong service knowledge
Preferable knowledge in Lithium Ion Batteries industrial process
Excellent written and oral skills in English, and preferable a second language
Outstanding troubleshooting skills passionate about electromechanical, software and application issues
Demonstrate Thermo Fisher Scientific values - Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement
Ability to travel (both domestic and internationally) and interface successfully with customers and commercial teams

Dina ansvarsområden:
Behandla beställningar på instrument
Koordinera leveranser tillsammans med lagret och serviceavdelningen
Uppföljning och support av beställningar och fakturor
Besvara kundklagomål för att säkerställa ett bra kundnöjdhetsresultat
Samarbeta med nordiska och globala kollegor samt externa kontakter för att lösa problem samt återkoppla information till kunderna
Support till våra säljare med framför allt offerter
Arbeta med förbättringsprojekt och vårt demolager av instrument

The job:

Working as part of the dedicated Chromatography Service team, you will take part in providing marked-leading on-site services exceeding customer’s expectations every single day.

What will you do?
Support and enable customers by providing troubleshooting, installation, Preventative Maintenance (PM), repair services and qualification services in a professional and timely manner
Provide the highest quality level of telephone and remote support
Actively promote our contract products
Achieve customer satisfaction through positive and professional interaction and bring up any issues to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible
Manage the company’s assets provided, such as stock/inventory of Parts, Computer, Telephone, general Tools, Software, Company Car, Manuals etc.
Co-ordinate with a variety of internal partners for service planning/scheduling (Dispatching, Team Leader etc.)
Provide accurate and timely reporting of all activities (e.g. Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, etc.)
Collaborate with the Sales team regarding lead generation, customer activities and updates



Who we are looking for:
Professional background in Electronics/Chemistry/Engineering or related subjects
Experience in handling- or servicing analytical equipment gained either as an Engineer, application specialist or working as a Scientist or Technician in a laboratory
Proficient in English; additional Nordic languages a plus
A valid Driver’s License
Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, with an always customer-centric approach
Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
Self-sufficient; comfortable working independently with minimal guidance; and a logical approach to setting work priorities
Willing and able to travel extensively on a weekly basis across the region (4 to 5 days per week), including some overnight stays and longer trips (up to 80% per annum)

The portfolio comprises the main product lines; Capillary/CE sequencing and Real-time PCR / qPCR providing an unrivalled and unique portfolio in the genomics space.

You will compete for all existing, and develops new, sales opportunities within the territory to meet or exceed plan. You will work with a large variety of customers in research and clinical environments working in fields like Healthcare, Biotech, Pharma, academia and other genomics orientated segments.

You will act as a trusted commercial point of contact, working closely with our field-based sales team, the various specialists and support staff, to serve our customers, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty resulting in a contribution to the overall commercial success of the business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers and successfully manage the sales of Company products and services to achieve or exceed the assigned territory sales plan

- Coordinate sales processes for assigned accounts for an assigned geography in accordance with approved sales and marketing plans

- Participate in sales, product and systems training, marketing campaigns, special projects as presented by the Company to develop appropriate selling skills consistent with Company philosophy, policies, and procedures

- Maintain and increase current customer database through Company customer relation’s management software (Salesforce CRM)

- Regularly provide written and verbal communication of successes, failures, best practices, to improve the overall operating efficiency of the team, region and sales organization

- Communicate with research scientists at all accounts for product information and sales presentations

- Coordinate quotations within Company Guidelines by extending competitive pricing as needed to maintain and increase revenues with guidance from Management and/or Marketing

- Support marketing programs and programs in other territories as assigned by the Sales Manager

- Manage and close sales leads generated by colleagues in Marketing and Technical Support


EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/QUALITIES:
- Minimum BSc within Life Sciences required
- Some experience from a sales function in relevant industry would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in one Scandinavian language and English
- Strong capabilities to interact effectively with all customer types
- Ability to function effectively in a high performance team
- Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks required
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing business environment

Position Summary:
We are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator/Receptionist with Danish language skills to join the front of house team in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
• Have contact with suppliers of services and materials to the office; cleaning companies, security companies, alarm companies, office supplies companies, postage/mail handling companies, construction companies, food suppliers, window cleaning companies, furniture suppliers etc. Responsibility for signing new agreements and renewal of agreements with suppliers. Examination of invoices regarding these companies.
• Be responsible for the storage spaces in the office, hold a dialogue with departments that want to store products, instruments, marketing materials in the warehouse. Keep these spaces in good condition and organize an annual cleaning.
• Be responsible for the demo laboratory, including the wet lab, hold a dialogue with sales and technical support staff about storage of demo products. Organize an annual cleaning of freezers and refrigerators as well as destruction of hazardous materials.
• Be responsible for recycled material, keep in touch with the recycle company and plan for occasions when there is an extra need for vessels.
• Be helpful when returning company cars by contacting our leasing company.
• Handling of Nordic telephone calls to the switchboard.
• During office hours, answer calls at the reception. Connect external and internal customers to the right person within and outside the Nordic organization.
• Connect calls to people outside the LSG Group to other parts of the Thermo Fisher Scientific Group.
• Staff the reception and receive visitors and deliveries to the office. Ensure that all external visitors register and receive security information. Make schedules for colleagues who cover the reception/switchboard during lunch breaks. Administer the access control system and key tags for employees and suppliers who need access to the office outside office hours. Manage shared office keys.
• Manage incoming mail. Scan and send incoming invoices to the finance department in Paisley. Sort, envelope, postage and send outgoing invoices to customers.
• Manage parcel shipments and keep in touch with the various shipping companies we use for these shipments.
• Be responsible for the office's meeting rooms with table placement changes prior to meetings, restoring meeting rooms after use, refilling with consumables and booking the meeting rooms. Plan and take responsibility for larger meetings for customer and internal training in the office. Meetings from 2 to 80 people including catering, staff rental, sound system rental, ordering of consumables and bookings of hotels and transport. At meetings, work in the evenings may occur.
• Order and set the table for breakfast meetings once a week.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Good basic level education.
• Language skills: Swedish, Danish and English.
• Computer literate - "Microsoft Office" - Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Office 365.
• Must have excellent administrative skills, organizational skills and the ability to plan and handle various tasks.
• Accuracy, stress resistance and the ability to work independently are necessary.
• At least three years' experience with office responsibilities and reception / exchange, preferably in a fast-growing and changing sales environment.
