We are looking for a creative Copywriter to write clear and concise copy for our online channels (websites, blogs, news, publications and sometimes social media). Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we’d like to meet you. Furthermore you will be responsible for the in-house magazine production (plan, content, coordinate), write scripts for tutorials, webinars and events. Are you creative and have time-management/organizational skills - then this might be the perfect opportunity for you! We believe that you are a fast, accurate writer, brief and to the point.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with creative professionals to build marketing projects and campaigns
- Produce compelling, high quality written content in accurate and compelling English to be used in various mediums (ads, blog posts, newsletters etc.
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirement
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s read
- Source images and other content

Requirements
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English and a flair for adapting the writing style according to target audiences

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Here is the perfect opportunity to work on something completely new!

What will you be doing?
The Graphic Designers' responsibilities include the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts as well as photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Your main responsibilities include

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define the budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirement
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand


Can you relate to these experiences?

- Proven graphic designing background
- A keen eye for visual details and for aesthetics and details
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)
- A Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- If you have experience in 2D or 3D video editing, highlight that in your application

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating the role in the company, as this is a newly established service. You will work strategically and operationally with our presence on social media, globally.

What you’ll be doing
You will define our social media strategy in our various markets, analyze, create content, propose strategies, and also work hands-on to manage all our social media, in the English language. It is thus a role that is both operational and strategic! You will work closely with our creative team, our sales director/founder, our event department, and the design team. Your everyday life will be characterized by peace, growth, creativity, and a great opportunity to influence and shape your role.

Is this you?
You have acquired adequate skills on the job in an international company with a few years' experience from a similar role, preferably from an international environment in a start-up or growth company in tech or in a media content company. You work comfortably with different tools on different platforms, both own channels, and purchased posts. If you have experience in influencer marketing, you’ll feel right at home here at NIBIRU / Planet IX. You might have studied social media, digital marketing, or similar. Furthermore, you have an analytical ability to be able to make accurate quantitative and qualitative analyses of the data we have available to optimize our presence on social media globally and translate them into structured plans.
